20

and positions the band

44

about the decorative cover

12

thus securing the decorative cover

12

about at least a portion of the outer peripheral surface

14

and either below or about the upper end

17

of the flower pot

16

. The hand

40

of the person

42

passes through the passageway

38

, which is formed between the first end

34

and the second end

36

of the body member

26

, as the flower pot

16

with the decorative cover

12

secured about at least a portion of the outer peripheral surface

14

44

from the plurality of legs

20

and disposes the band

44

about all the plurality of legs

20

to prepare for securing another decorative cover

12

about another flower pot

16

. This procedure of securing the decorative cover

12

about the flower pot

16

will continue until the person

42

has completed the required task.
