- third control means connected to said third power means for causing actuation of said third power means to rotate said mixing member within said mixer housing.
- 4. Apparatus according to claim 3 wherein said mixer housing is pivotal about a horizontal axis adjacent said inlet opening thereof, and said discharge opening thereof is pivotal about said horizontal axis to a plurality of positions above said inlet opening.
- 5. Apparatus according to claim 4 wherein fourth power means are connected to said mixer housing for moving said discharge opening of said mixer housing about said horizontal axis to said plurality of positions above said inlet opening.
- 6. Apparatus according to claim 5 wherein fourth control means are connected to said fourth power means for causing said fourth power means to move said discharge opening of said mixer housing to said plurality of positions.
- 7. Apparatus according to claim 3 wherein said source of waste sludge comprises a sludge hopper, said sludge auger means comprising a sludge tube and a sludge auger, said sludge tube extending from said sludge hopper to said mixing hopper, said sludge auger having an exposed portion extending within said sludge hopper and being directly exposed to said sludge within said sludge hopper, and having an enclosed portion extending within said sludge tube.
