Claims
- 1. An aqueous dispersion of a composition consisting essentially of a perfluoroalkyl ester of a fluorinated alcohol having the formula C.sub.n F.sub.2n.sub.+1 (CH.sub.2).sub.m OH, wherein n is 6 to 14 and m is 2, and citric acid, the ester being volatile at about 200.degree. C to 300.degree. C, the composition forming up to about 60% of the total weight of the dispersion.
- 2. A dispersion according to claim 1 wherein the perfluoroalkyl ester is the citric acid urethane.
