Abstract
Interchangeable compound bow accessories comprised of a stabilizer apparatus, vibration reduction apparatus and carrying handle apparatus mechanically fastened to a universal support structure inherent to the accessories that is attached to the center portion of a compound bow riser or compound bow sight support structure. The comprised accessories may be integrated as a multi-functioning device by combining their individual functions into a single component such as a stabilizer apparatus and vibration reduction apparatus combined with a carrying handle apparatus or left as an individual component. The accessories may be easily detached from the universal support structure. The comprised accessories are constructed in such a manner that they may carry or support a compound bow by means of a universal support apparatus constructed specifically for the comprised accessories, by hand, carrying strap, sling, belt, or backpack strap.
Description
FIELD OF INVENTION

The present invention relates to archery. More specifically to compound bow accessories that can be constructed, carried or supported in a universal manner and also easily detached.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

Archery compound bow accessories such as stabilizers, vibration reduction apparatuses and carrying handles are known in the art. The fact that archery as an industry has been in existence for such an extensive period of time, it has offered significant opportunities to create a vast array of inventions and improvements.

By way of example:

U.S. Pat. No. 3,168,971 to Goertzen discloses a Means for supporting a bow or the like.

U.S. Pat. No. 4,457,287 to Babington discloses an Archery bow assembly having universally mounted handle.

U.S. Pat. No. 6,745,756 to Achkar discloses a Bow carrying and support structure.

U.S. Pat. No. 5,090,396 to Bickel discloses an Adjustable archery stabilizer.

U.S. Pat. No. 5,165,584 to Meagher discloses an Archer's bow and carrying device.

U.S. Pat. No. 5,522,376 to Collinsworth discloses a Bow handle.

U.S. Pat. No. 5,611,325 to Kudlacek discloses an Archery bow stabilizer.

U.S. Pat. No. 7,213,590 to Pellerite discloses a Stabilizer and vibration/noise dampening device that attaches to an archery bow.

U.S. Pat. No. 7,798,137 to Ewing discloses a Compound archery bow with an adaptor device for carrying a compound archery bow.

U.S. Pat. No. 8,336,746 to Leach discloses an Archery bow carrying apparatus.

U.S. Pat. No. 8,485,402 to Smith discloses a Hands free archery bow support.

The above mentioned devices and many others are unique and fulfill their specific functions.

It is the objectives of this invention to provide an archery compound bow interchangeable accessories and carrying system that overcomes the limitations and disadvantages of prior art.

It is clear from the ever evolving archery industry that there is a need to continue to improve all applicable devices. Integrated and modular systems to achieve common goals are of the norm not the exception to reduce expense and give flexibility to the user as compared to individual components. It must also be known that with the ever evolving archery industry improvements have been made with archery hunting arrow tips specifically bird hunting tips. The wide diameter cutting blades may in fact contact an apparatus that is positioned at the center portion of the riser of a compound bow. Consideration must be given to the safety and flexibility of using different types of arrow tips for the archer.

In this regard, a system of interchangeable multi-functioning components capable of being easily removed, carried or supported in a variety of ways that may be coupled with a universal carrying and support apparatus according to the present invention fulfills this need.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION

The principle objective set forth by the present invention is a system of interchangeable components comprised of a stabilizer apparatus, vibration reducing apparatus and carrying handle apparatus mechanically fastened to a separate support structure. The separate support structure inherent to the comprised accessories is mechanically fastened to the center portion of a compound bow riser or compound bow sight support structure.

It is a further objective of the present invention to integrate the comprised accessories functions into a single component or leave as individual components.

It is a further objective of the present invention to provide a universal support apparatus, constructed specifically for the comprised accessories that may be coupled with a sling or attached to a belt or backpack strap.

It is further objective of the present invention to provide the ability to carry or support a compound bow by means of the comprised accessories in the present invention by means of the universal support apparatus constructed specifically for the comprised accessories, by hand, carrying strap or sling.

It is a further objective of the present invention to construct the comprised accessories in such a manner they may be easily detached from the universal support structure.
