Abstract
An arm rest support, having a support body and a height riser block movably connected to the support body to adjust a supporting height of the arm rest support. When using the arm rest support, user's arms are rested on the support body, and because of the supporting function of the support body. dangling arms can be relieved from muscle tension. When parts of the arms (e.g. palms and/or wrists) or the entire arms are required to be lifted (e.g. in order to hold a mobile phone/book at a suitable viewing angle), the height riser block can be manually folded upward to be placed on top of the support body or folded downward to be placed at a bottom side of the support body so that the supporting height of the arm rest support can be increased.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an arm rest support.


In the market, there are various kinds of arm rest supports to support user's arms so that dangling arms can be relieved from muscle tension. However, existing arm rest supports do not allow supporting height adjustments, thereby failing to meet the demands of different users.


BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the aforesaid disadvantage now present in the prior art, the present invention provides an arm rest support achieved through the following technical solutions.


An arm rest support, comprising a support body and a height riser block; the height riser block is movably connected to the support body to adjust a supporting height of the arm rest support.


Further, the support body comprises a left supporting leg and a right supporting leg; an opening is formed between the left supporting leg and the right supporting leg.


Further, the support body is connected with the height riser block through a flexible connecting piece, so that the height riser block is movably connected to the support body.


The present invention has the following technical effects: when using the arm rest support, user's arms are rested on the support body, and because of the support body, dangling arms can be relieved from muscle tension. When parts of the arms (e.g. palms and/or wrists) or the entire arms are required to be lifted (e.g. in order to hold a mobile phone/book at a suitable viewing angle), the height riser block can be manually folded upward to be placed on top of the support body or folded downward to be placed at a bottom side of the support body so that the supporting height of the arm rest support can be increased.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is further described below with reference to some embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments as will be described below are only some of the many possible embodiments of the present invention. The embodiments as will be described below are only intended to explain the present invention and do not limit the scope of the present invention.


As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention provides an arm rest support, comprising a support body 1 and a height riser block 2; the height riser block 2 is movably connected to the support body 1 to adjust a supporting height of the arm rest support.


Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, when using the arm rest support, user's arms are rested on the support body 1, and because of the support body 1, dangling arms can be relieved from muscle tension. When parts of the arms (e.g. palms and/or wrists, as shown in FIG. 3) or the entire arms (as shown in FIG. 4) are required to be lifted (e.g. in order to hold a mobile phone/book 3 at a suitable viewing angle), the height riser block 2 can be manually folded upward to be placed on top of the support body or folded downward to be placed at a bottom side of the support body 1 so that the supporting height of the arm rest support can be increased. In FIG. 3, the height riser block 2 is folded upward to be placed on top of the support body 1 to increase the supporting height of the arm rest support, while in FIG. 4, the height riser block 2 is folded downward to be placed at the bottom side of the support body 1 and rested on user's thighs to increase the supporting height of the arm rest support.


Preferably, as shown in FIG. 1, the support body 1 comprises a left supporting leg 11 and a right supporting leg 12; an opening 13 is formed between the left supporting leg 11 and the right supporting leg 12. The support body 1 so constructed is suitable to be used with a seated position of the user so that two legs of the user can be placed in the opening 13, while the left supporting leg 11 and the right supporting leg 12 bear a weight of the supporting body 1 to prevent the weight of supporting body 1 from being entirely supported by the user's legs.


Preferably, as shown in FIGS. 2-4, the support body 1 is connected to the height riser block 2 through a flexible connecting piece 4, so that the height riser block 2 is movably connected to the support body 1. Use of the flexible connecting piece 4 to connect the support body 1 and the height rise block 2 ensures that the height riser block 2 will not be detached from the support body 1 under normal use, thereby preventing the height riser block 2 from losing. The flexible connecting piece 4 can be a piece of soft flexible cloth.


Only the preferred embodiments of the present invention are illustrated above. The present invention should not be limited by the described embodiments. Although the present invention is illustrated through preferred embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the described embodiments. Any minor changes or modifications may be made by a person skilled in the art in an effort to obtain alternative embodiments that may achieve equivalent technical effects based on the teachings of the present invention and without departing from the scope of the present invention. Thus, any changes, modifications, and alternative configurations for the purpose of equivalent technical efforts, made in accordance with the technical essence of the present invention and without departing from the technical teachings of the present invention shall also fall within the scope of the present invention.

Claims
  • 1. An arm rest support, comprising a support body and a height riser block; the height riser block is movably connected to the support body; the height riser block is foldable upward to be placed on top of the support body or foldable downward to be placed at a bottom side of the support body so as to adjust a supporting height of the arm rest support.
  • 2. The arm rest support of claim 1, wherein the support body comprises a left supporting leg and a right supporting leg; an opening is formed between the left supporting leg and the right supporting leg.
  • 3. The arm rest support of claim 1, wherein the support body is connected with the height riser block through a flexible connecting piece, so that the height riser block is movably connected to the support body.
