Claims
- 1. A liquid crystalline polyester composition comprising (α) an aromatic liquid crystalline polyester as a continuous phase and (β) a copolymer having a reactive group with the aromatic liquid crystalline polyester as a dispersed phase, and said liquid crystalline polyester composition has a flow temperature of 300° C. or less, here the flow temperature means a temperature (° C.) at which the melt viscosity measured by a capillary type rheometer is 48,000 poise when a resin which has been melted by heating at a temperature raising rate of 4° C./min is extruded through a nozzle having an internal diameter of 1 mm and a length of 10 mm under a load of 100 kgf/cm2.
- 2. The liquid crystalline polyester composition according to claim 1, wherein the ratio of viscosity (viscosity 2/viscosity 1) is 0.20-0.80, here viscosity 1 is a melt viscosity measured at a flow temperature with the shear rate of 100 sec-1 or 1000 sec-1, and the viscosity 2 is a melt viscosity measured at a flow temperature higher than said flow temperature by 20° C. with the same shear rate as that in the melt viscosity at the flow temperature.
- 3. The liquid crystalline polyester composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the melt tension measured at a temperature higher than the flow temperature at least by 20° C. is 1.5 g or more.
- 4. An aromatic liquid crystalline polyester resin composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the composition is obtained by melt kneading of 56.0-99.9% by weight of aromatic liquid crystalline polyester (α), and 44.0-0.1% by weight of a copolymer (β) having a reactive group with the aromatic liquid crystalline polyester.
- 5. An aromatic liquid crystalline polyester resin composition according to claim 1, wherein the functional group reactive with the aromatic liquid crystalline polyester is oxazolyl group, epoxy group or amino group.
- 6. An aromatic liquid crystalline polyester resin composition according to claim 1, wherein the copolymer (β) having a functional group reactive with the aromatic liquid crystalline polyester is a rubber having an epoxy group.
- 7. An aromatic liquid crystalline polyester resin composition according to claim 1, wherein the copolymer (β) having a functional group reactive with the aromatic liquid crystalline polyester is a thermoplastic resin having an epoxy group.
- 8. An aromatic liquid crystalline polyester resin composition according to claim 1, wherein the copolymer (β) having a functional group reactive with the aromatic liquid crystalline polyester is a copolymer which contains 0.1 to 30% by weight of an unsaturated glycidyl carboxylate unit and/or an unsaturated glycidyl ether unit.
- 9. An aromatic liquid crystalline polyester resin composition film comprising the aromatic liquid crystalline polyester resin composition described in claim 1.
- 10. An aromatic liquid crystalline polyester resin composition film according to claim 9, obtained by blow molding the aromatic liquid crystalline polyester resin composition described in either of the claims 1-2 with blow ratio (TD stretching magnification) of 1.5-15 and draw ratio (MD stretching magnification) of 1.5-40.
