Claims
- 1. An array of disposable diaper configurations designed to fit toddlers at different stages of development, the array comprising:
a disposable diaper configuration including a chassis designed with specific features to correspond to a toddler's third stage of development, a disposable diaper configuration including a chassis designed with specific features to correspond to a toddler's fourth stage of development, and a disposable diaper configuration including a chassis designed with specific features to correspond to a toddler's fifth stage of development.
- 2. The array of disposable diaper configurations according to claim 1 wherein the toddler's third stage of development comprises a walking phase and wherein the toddlers are capable of standing, walking and beginning to run.
- 3. The array of disposable diaper configurations according to claim 2 wherein the specific features corresponding to a toddler's third stage of development include flexible fasteners and high stretch sides to facilitate changing the toddler in a standing position.
- 4. The array of disposable diaper configurations according to claim 1 wherein the fourth stage of development comprises a learning phase wherein the toddlers are capable of participating in a dressing experience.
- 5. The array of disposable diaper configurations according to claim 4 wherein the specific features corresponding to a toddler's fourth stage of development include a pull on chassis designed to look like underwear enabling the toddler to participate in the dressing experience.
- 6. The array of disposable diaper configurations according to claim 1 wherein the fifth stage of development comprises a training phase wherein the toddler is undergoing toilet training.
- 7. The array of disposable diaper configurations according to claim 6 wherein the specific features corresponding to a toddler's fifth stage of development include a wetness indicator that enables the toddler to recognize the discomfort associated with wetting.
- 8. A method of marketing disposable diapers manufactured for toddlers, the method comprising the steps of:
providing a plurality of disposable diaper configurations, the plurality of disposable diaper configurations including chassis designed with specific features to correspond to at least three toddler stages of development; and providing indicia illustrating each disposable diaper configuration fitted to a toddler at the corresponding stage of development.
- 9. Method of marketing disposable diapers according to claim 8 wherein the indicia are disposed on packages supplying each disposable diaper configuration.
- 10. Method of marketing disposable diapers according to claim 8 wherein the indicia are disposed on a display panel.
- 11. Method according to claim 8 wherein the at least three toddler stages of development include a walking phase wherein the toddlers are capable of standing, walking and beginning to run, a learning phase wherein the toddlers are capable of participating in a dressing experience, and a training phase wherein the toddler is undergoing toilet training.
- 12. Method according to claim 11 wherein the specific features of the chassis corresponding to the at least three toddler stages of development include flexible fasteners facilitating a standing change for the walking phase, a pull on chassis designed to look like underwear to enable the toddler to participate in the dressing experience for the learning phase, and a wetness indicator that enables the toddler to recognize the discomfort associated with wetting for the training phase.
- 13. Method according to claim 12 wherein the indicia illustrating the walking phase exhibits a mother changing the disposable diaper while the toddler is standing, the indicia illustrating the learning phase illustrates a toddles pulling the diaper up like underpants as the toddler participates in the dressing experience, and indicia illustrating the training phase exhibits a toddler undergoing toilet training.
