The base member (110) may have a plate shape and at least some areas may be formed of a flexible material capable of being bent.

The first treatment region (120) is provided on the base member (110) and has first surface roughness. Also, the second treatment region (130) is provided on the base member (110) and has second surface roughness different from the first surface roughness. Furthermore, the first treatment region (120) and the second treatment region (130) may be each provided on the same plane of the base member (110). The first treatment region (120) and the second treatment region (130) may also be provided on the base member (110) so as to have the same area, and the first treatment region (120) and the second treatment region (130) may also be provided on the base member (110) so as to have different areas. In this document, the surface roughness may mean, for example, one or more of three kinds of roughness, such as maximum roughness (Rmax), average roughness (RZ) and center roughness (Ra), obtained by measuring the height of each portion arbitrarily taken from the surface of each treatment region.

Also, the fixing member (170) may be provided on the base member (110), for fixing the base member (110) on a support (for example, a practitioner's fingers, backs of hands, wrists, etc.), so as to surround at least some areas of the support. At least one or more fixing members (170) may also be provided. For example, when the base member (110) is functionally separated into two or more regions or physically separable, at least two or more fixing members (170) (171, 172) may be provided.

Furthermore, the fixing member (170) allows the base member (110) to be held on the support in a state surrounding some areas of the support. The fixing member (170) may also have a ring shape having a closed curve, and may also have a ā€œCā€ shape that a part of the area is opened. In addition, the fixing member (170) may also be formed of a band type such as a rubber band, and may also be formed of a material such as fibers, resins or metals.
