Claims
- 1-47. (canceled).
- 48. An artificial firelog material, comprising:
(a) a plurality of waxed corrugated cardboard segments; (b) wherein at least a portion of said segments have faces that are compressed circumferentially in relation to a central longitudinal axis of the firelog; and (c) wherein at least a portion of said segments have faces that are positioned radially outward in relation to the central longitudinal axis of the firelog.
- 49. An artificial firelog material as recited in claim 48:wherein said segments open or expand with heat when burned; and wherein corrugations in said segments channel oxygen throughout the segments.
- 50. An artificial firelog material as recited in claim 48, wherein said segments are adhered together in an overlapping configuration.
- 51. An artificial firelog material as recited in claim 50, wherein biomass material comprises at least a portion of the artificial firelog material.
- 52. An artificial firelog material as recited in claim 51, wherein the biomass material is selected from the group consisting essentially of saw dust, almond shells, walnut shells, peanut shells, olive pits, cherry pits, and coal.
- 53. An artificial firelog material, comprising:
(a) a plurality of waxed corrugated cardboard segments; (b) wherein at least a portion of said segments have faces that are compressed circumferentially in relation to a central longitudinal axis of the firelog; (c) wherein at least a portion of said segments have faces that are positioned radially outward in relation to the central longitudinal axis of the firelog; and (d) wherein said segments are adhered together in an overlapping configuration.
- 54. An artificial firelog material as recited in claim 53, wherein:
said segments open or expand with heat when burned; and wherein corrugations in said segments channel oxygen throughout the segments.
- 55. An artificial firelog material as recited in claim 53, wherein biomass material comprises at least a portion of the artificial firelog material.
- 56. An artificial firelog material as recited in claim 55, wherein the biomass material is selected from the group consisting essentially of saw dust, almond shells, walnut shells, peanut shells, olive pits, cherry pits, and coal.
- 57. An artificial firelog material, comprising:
(a) a plurality of waxed corrugated cardboard segments; (b) wherein at least a portion of said segments have faces that are compressed circumferentially in relation to a central longitudinal axis of the firelog; (c) wherein at least a portion of said segments have faces that are positioned radially outward in relation to the central longitudinal axis of the firelog; (d) wherein said segments are adhered together in an overlapping configuration. (e) wherein said segments open or expand with heat when burned; and (f) wherein corrugations in said segments channel oxygen throughout the segments.
- 58. An artificial firelog material as recited in claim 57, wherein biomass material comprises at least a portion of the artificial firelog material.
- 59. An artificial firelog material as recited in claim 58, wherein the biomass material is selected from the group consisting essentially of saw dust, almond shells, walnut shells, peanut shells, olive pits, cherry pits, and coal.
