The disclosure relates to a flame gun, in particular to an assembled long rod spray gun.
A fuel gas flame gun is needed for house roof leak repairing, high-temperature sterilization in farms, quenching heating in factories, etc. Most fuel gas flame guns use liquefied petroleum gas (liquefied gas) as a gas source. In order to provide convenience for operation and improve the use experience, a rod body length of a spray gun will be increased. However, if the total length of the flame gun is increased, its size will be increased, so that the carrying and transportation are very inconvenient. At the same time, the existing flame gun has non-ideal use effects and use experience due to the structure influence.

The assembled long rod spray gun provided by the disclosure uses an assembled rod body structure, is convenient to assemble and disassemble, achieves a labor-saving effect, greatly reduces the occupation space, is convenient to carry and transport, and further achieves transportation cost reduction. The rod bodies are connected through screw threads, the connection is convenient, and the intensity is high. The assembled long rod spray gun is provided with the safety valve rod which is disposed in a normally closed manner, and the assembled long rod spray gun is switched on when the safety valve rod is in a compressed state, the operation is convenient, a labor-saving effect is achieved, and the use safety is greatly improved. The assembled long rod spray gun is provided with a combustion cylinder structure, the flame linearity is improved, the flame temperature is high, and the use experience is good. The assembled long rod spray gun is provided with the gas guide cylinder for guiding the direction of fuel gas, the flow rate and linearity of the fuel gas are improved, and the flaming and heating effects are further improved. The gap is formed between the spray nozzle and the gas inlet port, so that the fuel gas enters the combustion chamber at a high speed, and a certain negative pressure is formed in the combustion chamber. Through the negative pressure, air outside the combustion chamber sufficiently enters the combustion chamber through the gas inlet port to provide oxygen for combustion and ensure the sufficient combustion, and the combustion ratio and the combustion temperature are improved. The sheath is sleeved on the upper end of the handheld rod, the use experience is high, the handheld reliability and stability can be improved, and the use safety is further improved. The handheld rod is used as a support and mounting carrier and configured to achieve a handheld purpose, hole bodies penetrate through two ends of the handheld rod, and a gas flow channel is formed by the hole bodies and is configured for ventilation. The handheld rod is formed by splicing two or more rod bodies, the two adjacent rod bodies are connected through screw threads, and the connection is convenient, the labor is saved, the connection intensity is high, and the rod bodies can be fast mounted and dismounted. In this embodiment, the quantity of the rod bodies is two, and are respectively an upper rod body 11 and a lower rod body 12, a length of the rod bodies is greater than or equal to 30 cm but smaller than or equal to 50 cm, the upper rod body and the lower rod body are both metal rods, have high rigidity and high intensity, the upper rod body and the lower rod body are of a pipe body structure, and is of a hollow structure, and a gas channel is formed for ventilation.
The gas inlet valve 3 is fixedly mounted at a tail portion of the handheld rod. In this embodiment, the upper end handheld end of the handheld rod is regarded as a tail portion, and the other end is regarded as a head portion. The gas inlet valve 3 is configured to be connected with a gas source and realize gas inlet. Specifically, the gas inlet valve 3 is provided with a screw socket for mounting a hose and is connected to a gas cylinder to realize gas supply. An adjusting knob 31 is disposed on the gas inlet valve 3. The adjusting knob 31 is configured to adjust the gas inlet volume. At the same time, when the adjusting knob 31 rotates to a minimum limit position, gas channel blockage is formed, i.e., a closed effect is achieved. Therefore, the adjusting knob 31 achieve a switch effect at the same time. In order to improve the use safety, in this embodiment, a safety valve rod 33 is rotatably mounted on the gas inlet valve 3, a rotating axis of the safety valve rod 33 is perpendicular to an axis of the handheld rod, i.e., the safety valve rod 33 and the handheld rod are positioned on the same plane, a whole structure of the safety valve rod is similar to a handle structure, additionally, a state is a vented state when the safety valve rod is in a compressed state, and a state is a blocked state, i.e., a closed state when a safety valve rod is in a released state. The use safety is greatly improved. The operation needs to be performed under a condition that the safety valve rod is tightly held in hand.
The combustion cylinder 6 is fixedly mounted on a head portion of the handheld rod. In this embodiment, the combustion cylinder is mounted at an end portion of the lower rod body, a combustion chamber is formed on the combustion cylinder 6, and an open opening at the lower end of the combustion chamber is configured for flaming. At the same time, the top of the combustion chamber is provided with a gas inlet port 60, and the gas inlet port 60 is configured for gas inlet. Specifically, the combustion cylinder 6 is of a cylindrical structure, and the lower end of the combustion cylinder is an open opening and is used as a flaming end. The combustion cylinder is coaxial with the handheld rod, the top of the combustion cylinder is provided with a cover body structure, and the gas inlet port is formed on the cover body structure. At the same time, in order to improve the gas flow rate, in this embodiment, the edge of the gas inlet port downwards extends in the axial direction to further form a gas guide cylinder 61, and the gas guide cylinder 61 is coaxial with the handheld rod, has a length of 1 cm to 4 cm, and is configured to limit the gas flow direction, improve the flow rate, and further improve the flaming effect and heating effect.
A mounting seat 4 is fixed on the top of the combustion cylinder 6, the handheld rod is fixed on the mounting seat 4, and rigid connection between the handheld rod and the combustion cylinder is realized. At the same time, the ignitor is also fixed on the mounting seat 4, the ignitor is vertically disposed, and an ignition needle 51 of the ignitor 5 extends into the combustion chamber, and is configured to ignite the gas entering the combustion chamber. The mounting seat is of a reversed U-shaped structure, reinforced ribs are disposed at two sides of the mounting seat and a top surface of the combustion cylinder, and two ends of the mounting seat are provided with openings, and are used as gas inlet ends of the air to ensure the gas combustion ratio.
A gas outlet end of the handheld rod is provided with a spray nozzle, gas spray holes are formed in the spray nozzle, outlet ends of the gas spray holes face the gas inlet port of the combustion cylinder, a hole diameter of the gas spray holes is much smaller than a hole diameter of the gas flow channel, and the gas outlet speed of the gas outlet end can be greatly accelerated. A gap is formed between the spray nozzle and the gas inlet port 60 of the combustion cylinder 6, and the gap is greater than or equal to 1 cm but smaller than or equal to 4 cm. Fuel gas sprayed out from the spray nozzle enters the combustion chamber at a high speed to further form a negative pressure in the combustion chamber. Through the negative pressure, the air outside the combustion chamber sufficiently enters the combustion chamber through the gas inlet port to provide oxygen for combustion, ensure the sufficient combustion and improve the combustion ratio and combustion temperature.
In order to improve the use hand feeling and avoid the hand slip when the handheld rod is held in hand at the same time, a sheath 2 is sleeved on the upper end of the handheld rod, and the sheath is made of sponge or rubber. Grooves corresponding to fingers are formed in a side wall of the sheath, and the grooves are formed in a length direction of the handheld rod at equal intervals. When the handheld rod is held in hand, the fingers are located in the grooves, the hand feeling is good, the use experience is good, the handheld reliability and stability can be improved, and the use safety is further improved.
The assembled long rod spray gun provided by the disclosure uses an assembled rod body structure, is convenient to assemble and disassemble, achieves a labor-saving effect, greatly reduces the occupation space, is convenient to carry and transport, and further achieves transportation cost reduction.
