Abstract
A vehicle mug that is wine cup-shaped, and the upper portion usually is too large to fit into a vehicle cup holder, is fitted with a base member that is appropriately sized. The resulting mug can be conveniently carried in a vehicle cup holder when combined. The base member can carry cutlery and napkins and can be detached to be used as a cup for drinking water, coffee, tea, or cocoa. The upper portion can be used to store a variety of food items like fruits, salads, creams, and so on. An airtight lid can prevent leakage, and a handle is provided to carry the mug conveniently in an upright position.
Description
PRIOR ART

While CN 1,603,161 exhibits an invention that provides motor vehicles having a rotary cup holder configuration; the present invention can be provided by a horizontally rotatable around the rotational axis as the center of the container tank, and close contact and support the beverage container inserted into the container groove circumferential surface the support table, and by a support table provided in the simple operation button which consists of the support table fixing means locking in a particular rotational position on the rotating shaft, regardless of size may be a variety of sizes of the beverage container more.


In contrast, the present subject matter is stably supported on the tank, eliminating the problems due to the existing flow of the beverage container and the noise generated by spilled beverages.


Similarly, KR 100,432,006 embodies a cup holder for a vehicle provided to improve the fine view by being inserted into a specific portion of the indoor of the vehicle when the cup holder is not used and to open and shut the cup holder in a simple way when the cup holder is used.


The present subject matter is cup holder for a vehicle that has a body, a storage member (100), an opening (10), a fixing member (30), a guide member (20), and a support plate (40). The body is inserted into a specific portion of the indoor of the vehicle. The storage member is included in the body to store a cup to be moved back and forth. The opening is equipped to the right and left sides of the storage member in the shape of a circular arc. The opening is hinged to the rear end of the opening to be moved. The opening has a guide member to be fixed elastically with a spring.


The fixing member is composed of plates to be moved up and down and connected to the rear end of the storage member with a connecting pin (90). Similarly, CN 203,244,254 depicts a utility model that provides an intelligent vehicle-mounted cold and hot cup and belongs to the technical field of articles of daily use. The intelligent vehicle-mounted cold and hot cup solves the problem that an existing cold and hot cup is heated through a refrigerating sheet and is low in heating speed and poor in effect.


The intelligent vehicle-mounted cold and hot cup comprise a cup cover, a cup body, and an electric heating cup base that is electrically connected to a vehicle-mounted power source. The cup body is detachably connected to the electric heating cup base in an inserting mode. It is electrically connected with the electric heating cup base, and the cup body comprises an outer shell, an inner container and a bottom cover arranged on the lower portion of the outer shell, a refrigerating sheet, a radiator, a heat dissipating fan, and a PCB chip set are arranged between the inner container and the bottom cover.


A temperature sensor and a heating bar are arranged on the bottom of the inner container in an inserting mode. According to the intelligent vehicle-mounted cold and hot cup, the heating bar is used for directly making contact with water to carry out heating, the heating speed is higher, effects are better, the fact that the refrigerating sheet is in dual-purpose is avoided, the service life of the refrigerating sheet is prolonged, and the damage is avoided. The intelligent vehicle-mounted cold and hot cups have the advantages of being short in heating time, good in refrigerating effect, and long in heat preservation time.


The prior art has presented multiple solutions regarding the effective car mug or cup and cup holders. However, these solutions are limited and restricted to their conventional systems. The current invention focuses on presenting a wine-shaped cup/mug, which is ideal for car cup space, allowing an individual to conveniently eat some fruits, salads, or snacks while driving. The lower body of the mug can fit in the car, and the upper half is wider, allowing it to contain a more significant portion of food. The mug's structure is stable and easily fits any mug holder slot perfectly.


BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

None of the previous inventions and patents, taken either singly or in combination, is seen to describe the instant invention as claimed. Hence, the inventor of the present invention proposes to resolve and surmount existent technical difficulties to eliminate the shortcomings mentioned above of prior art.


The present invention relates to a mug that is shaped like a wine cup and is used to eat a variety of food items while enhancing the ease of use, and operating flexibility, while at the same time providing the user a sense of security when eating food from a cup while sitting/driving the vehicle.


A vehicle is a mobile machine that transports people or cargo. Typical vehicles include wagons, bicycles, motor vehicles (motorcycles, cars, trucks, buses), railed vehicles (trains, trams), watercraft (ships, boats), aircraft, and spacecraft. Land vehicles are classified broadly by what is used to apply to steer and drive forces against the ground: wheeled, tracked, railed, or skied. ISO 3833-1977 is the standard, also internationally used in legislation, for road vehicle types, terms, and definitions.


With the recent case of the road becoming good, life becoming rich, the use of the car for a long time has seen an upward trend. Further, the tendency of long-time distance traveling has also seen an upward trend. People like to travel and travel with their families. While traveling, the driver and passengers in the car drink various beverages and water.


So, while in the vehicle, a place for storage and support for cups is required. These cups should be able to support the cup in their upright position and in a secure manner so that with the jerks and vibration of the vehicle, the liquid in the mug doesn't spill. Looking at prior art, multiple advancements have been seen in cup holders specifically designed for vehicles.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In light of the disadvantages of the prior art, the following summary is provided to facilitate an understanding of some of the innovative features unique to the present invention and is not intended to be a complete description. A full appreciation of the various aspects of the invention can be gained by taking the entire specification, claims, drawings, and abstract as a whole.


The primary object of the invention is related to a car mug designed to conveniently allow the user to eat a variety of food items in the vehicle.


The invention will also provide the user with a high-quality mug that can be installed or removed multiple times easily without affecting its efficiency and outlook.


It is also the objective of the invention to provide a car mug that is wine cup-shaped, which means the upper body is wider and the lower body is narrow, allowing it to fit comfortably in the vehicle's mug holder slot.


The invention's objective is to provide a car mug developed from high-quality materials, including but not limited to stainless steel and plastic, and maintain its effectiveness over a more extended period.


It is also the objective of the invention to provide a mug with a top lid and threads to close the mug and carry it safely. This lid has a handle allowing you to carry the mug conveniently.


It is further the objective of the invention to provide storage space at the base of the mug to store small cutlery like a fork and to store napkins or any other desired accessory. The storage space has a special lid to open and close the bottom storage, which is on the opposite side of the main lid located on the top.


Another advantage of the present invention is that it can be mass-produced, shipped, and stored efficiently and inexpensively.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Detailed descriptions of the preferred embodiment are provided herein. However, it is to be understood that the present invention may be embodied in various forms. Therefore, specific details disclosed herein are not to be interpreted as limiting but rather as a basis for the claims and as a representative basis for teaching one skilled in the art to employ the present invention in virtually any appropriately detailed system, structure, or manner.


Whether using private, commercial, or public transport, the movement of people and/or cargo has become a significant industry. Daily travel is essential to engaging in commerce in today's interconnected world. Commuting to and from work can account for a large portion of a traveler's day. As a result, vehicle manufacturers have begun to focus on making this commute and other journeys more enjoyable.


The United States is home to the second-largest passenger vehicle market of any country in the world. Overall, there were an estimated 263.6 million registered passenger vehicles in the United States in 2015. This number, along with the average age of vehicles, has increased steadily since 1960. The United States is also home to three large vehicle manufacturers: General Motors, Ford Motor Company, and Chrysler, which have historically been referred to as the “Big Three.”


As with the growing number of vehicles, the average time people are on the road has also increased. The present invention relates to a mug that is specifically designed to be placed in automobiles which can accommodate a variety of food regardless of size and shape and provides stable support and allows the mug to stay at an upright and stable position so that the food doesn't spill out of the mug in case of any jerks or sudden movement.


In its preferred embodiment, the invention embodies a simple, inexpensive multiple-chamber container with a food chamber separated from an accessory's retention chamber and single or double-wall stainless steel or plastic body with a removable cap on top and bottom side sealing the two chambers separately is provided.


As per its preferred embodiments, the present invention provides a mug with two separate chambers. The top chamber is wider and can receive a variety of food articles. The bottom chamber is narrow and can hold various food cutlery and accessories. Both sides are provided lids wherein the top lid is provided with threads to close the mug and carry it safely. The lid has a holder that can easily hold the mug upright.


The proposed assembly's lightweight, the easy-to-use configuration allows various shapes to fit any need. The top and bottom body of the mug are detachable and can be used separately, wherein the top part can be used as a deep plate to hold food, and the bottom part can be used as a coffee mug. The lower chamber can contain any fluids, including, but not limited to, different beverages, including hot and cold beverages, or any other type of fluids, including powders or granular substances, such as salt and pepper.


As per further embodiments, the mug's shape is suitable for any vehicle's holder. The narrow bottom area can fit easily into the mug holder, while the upper part containing the food item will remain accessible and in an upright and stable position.

  • 1. A travel mug adapted to fit within a vehicle-mounted cup receptacle comprising: an upper mug portion having a circumferential side wall and a bottom, said upper cup portion having a diameter more significant than the diameter of the vehicle-mounted cup receptacle;a base portion having a circumferential side wall and a bottom, said base portion having a diameter approximately comparable to the diameter of the vehicle-mounted cup receptacle;a top lid with a threaded structure allowing the upper portion of a mug to be appropriately secured;a bottom lid with a threaded structure allowing the base portion to be adequately secured;a coupling means integral with said upper cup bottom and base portion side wall for separably joining said cup and base portions, said upper part of said base portion side wall being adapted to fit within said recess so that the combination can be carried in a vehicle-mounted cup receptacle.
  • 2. A vehicle mug adapted to fit within a vehicle-mounted cup receptacle comprising: an upper cup portion having a circumferential side wall and a bottom portion;A handle member mounted on said cup portion top lid and extending outward beyond the opening of the vehicle-mounted cup receptacle;a narrower base with a separate compartment to store cutlery and a variety of articles;a detachable body wherein the base portion is to be utilized as a cup and the upper portion is to be used as a deep plate.
