Claims
- 1. A measuring assembly comprising:an active component region impacted by flux noise; an assembly associated with said active component region and consisting of a carrier supporting said active component region, and a superconductor deposited on said carrier in the form of a high temperature superconductive film provided with a multiplicity of holes penetrating through the film and having a radius in the range of 50 to 2000 nm; said film being in the form of a ring surrounding an internal free region and containing a Josephson junction; and control and evaluating circuitry for driving the active component region with an RF alternating current and producing a signal which is characteristic of a change in the magnetic flux through the free space.
- 2. An active electronic component comprising:an active component region impacted by magnetic flux noise; and an assembly associated with said active component region and consisting of a carrier supporting said active component region, and a superconductor deposited on said carrier in the form of a high temperature superconductive film provided with a multiplicity of holes penetrating through the film and having a radius in the range of 50 to 2000 nm, a numerical density of said holes varying locally over said film.
- 3. The active electronic component defined in claim 2 wherein said assembly is directly adjacent said active component region.
- 4. The active electronic component defined in claim 2 wherein the active component region is formed directly in said film.

- 6. The active electronic component defined in claim 5 wherein said free region is surrounded on all sides by said holes.
- 7. The active electronic component defined in claim 5 wherein the mean distance d between neighboring holes, the hole radius r and a thickness t of the film are so selected as to satisfy the inequality Bc1·(t/(d−2r))0.5≧B where Bc1 represents a lower critical field of the superconductor and B is an external magnetic field.
