DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present disclosure will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings. This figure is a simplified schematic diagram, which only illustrates the basic structure of the present disclosure in a schematic manner, so it only shows the structure related to the present disclosure,

Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the present disclosure provides an aerosol generating device, which includes an atomizer 100 and a power supply device 200 electrically connected to the atomizer 100. In use, the power supply device 200 supplies power to the atomizer 100, so that the aerosol-forming substrate generates smoke under the heating action of the atomizer 100 for the user to inhale.

Please refer to FIGS. 3-7, the atomizer 100 includes a liquid storage member 10 and an atomizing assembly 20. The liquid storage member 10 is provided with a liquid storage chamber 101 for storing the aerosol-forming substrate. The atomizing assembly 20 is slidably connected with the liquid storage member 10. The atomizing assembly 20 includes a heating structure 21 for heating the aerosol-forming substrate. The atomizing assembly 20 is provided with a liquid inlet 202, and a sealing member 30 is installed at the liquid inlet 202. An abutting rod 40 is fixedly arranged in the liquid storage member 10. The abutting rod 40 is connected with the sealing member 30. Sliding the atomizing assembly 20 relative to the liquid storage member 10 can make the atomizing assembly 20 move between a first position and a second position. When the atomizing assembly 20 is in the first position, the sealing member 30 closes the liquid inlet 202; when the atomizing assembly 20 is in the second position, the sealing member 30 is separated from the liquid inlet 202, such that the aerosol-forming substrate contacts the heating structure 21 after passing through the liquid inlet 202.

During the time period from the production of the atomizer 100 to the time before the user uses it, the sealing member 30 is in the first position, and at this time period, the aerosol-forming substrate cannot pass through the liquid inlet 202 due to the blocking of the sealing member 30, and thus cannot contact with the heating structure 21, thereby avoiding the deterioration of the aerosol-forming substrate and the leakage occurring when the heating structure 21 is saturated with liquid. In use, the atomizing assembly 20 moves from the first position to the second position, and at this time, the sealing member 30 is separated from the liquid inlet 202, the liquid inlet 202 is opened, the aerosol-forming substrate passes through the liquid inlet 202 and then comes into contact with the heating structure 21, and is then heated and atomized to generate smoke for being inhaled by the user.

Referring to FIG. 6, in a specific embodiment, the liquid storage member 10 is generally in the form of a hollow cylindrical structure with an opening at the lower end thereof, the liquid storage chamber 101 is formed by the inner cavity of the liquid storage member 10, the atomizing assembly 20 is accommodated in the lower end of the liquid storage member 10. The atomizing assembly 20 includes an atomizing bracket 22 and an atomizing base 23. The atomizing bracket 22 is connected with the atomizing base 23. The atomizing base 23 is provided with an atomizing chamber 231. The heating structure 21 is sandwiched between the atomizing bracket 22 and the atomizing base 23.

The atomizing bracket 22 is sealed with and slidably connected to the liquid storage member 10. The atomizing bracket 22 is arranged adjacent to the liquid storage chamber 101 relative to the atomizing base 23. The lower end of the atomizing bracket 22 is provided with an opening, and the opening of the atomizing bracket 22 forms a receiving chamber 201. The heating structure 21 is fixedly installed in the receiving chamber 201. The liquid inlet 202 is provided at one end of the atomizing bracket 22 adjacent to the liquid storage chamber 101, and the liquid inlet 202 is in communication with the receiving chamber 201. In this embodiment, there are two liquid inlets 202, and the two liquid inlets 202 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the central axis of the atomizing bracket 22. In this way, the aerosol-forming substrate in the liquid storage member 101 can enter into the receiving chamber 201 synchronously and uniformly through both sides of the atomizing bracket 22, so that the heating structure 21 can perform atomization more uniformly.

In a specific embodiment, in order to improve the sealing between the atomizing bracket 22 and the liquid storage member 10 and prevent the leakage of the aerosol-forming substrate, a first sealing member 221 is sleeved on the outside of the atomizing bracket 22, and the side wall of the first sealing member 221 is sandwiched between the atomizing bracket 22 and the liquid storage member 10. It can be understandable that the first sealing member 221 is made of silicone or rubber material.

The atomizing base 23 is arranged away from the liquid storage chamber 101 relative to the atomizing bracket 22. Specifically, one end of the atomizing base 23 facing the atomizing bracket 22 is opened, and the atomizing chamber 231 is formed by the opening of the atomizing base 23. After the heating structure 21 and the atomizing bracket 22 are installed in place, the heating structure 21 separates the liquid storage chamber 101 from the atomizing chamber 231, so that the aerosol-forming substrate stored in the liquid storage chamber 101 is completely isolated from the air in the atomizing chamber 231. Thus, the aerosol-forming substrate flowing into the receiving chamber 201 is prevented from directly flowing into the atomizing chamber 231 without passing through the heating structure 21, and the leakage of the aerosol-forming substrate is effectively prevented.

Please refer to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, in a specific embodiment, the opposite sides of the surface of the atomizing base 23 facing the atomizing bracket 22 are protruded with two connecting plates 232 extending toward the atomizing bracket 22. The space between the two connecting plates 232 forms a mounting chamber 233, the mounting chamber 233 is configured for installing the atomizing bracket 22. Specifically, one end of the atomizing bracket 22 away from the liquid storage chamber 101 is inserted into the mounting chamber 233, the end face of the atomizing bracket 22 away from the liquid storage chamber 101 abuts against the end face of the atomizing base 23 adjacent to the liquid storage chamber 101, so as to realize the connection between the atomizing bracket 22 and the atomizing base 23 and facilitate the installation operation for the user. A mounting groove 241 is provided at the end surface of the second sealing member 24 away from the liquid storage chamber 101. The heating structure 21 is installed in the mounting groove 241, so that the heating structure 21 is arranged at the tower end of the receiving chamber 201. The end surface of the second sealing member 24 adjacent to the liquid storage chamber 101 is provided with a communication groove 242 in communication with the mounting groove 241. The communication groove 242 is configured for the aerosol-forming substrate entering the receiving chamber 201 to enter the mounting groove 241 and be absorbed by the heating structure 21. It can be understood that the second sealing member 24 can be made of silicone or rubber material, so as to improve the sealing between the heating structure 21 and the atomizing bracket 22 and prevent the leakage of the aerosol-forming substrate.

Referring to FIG. 6 again, in a specific embodiment, the top wall of the receiving chamber 201 corresponding to the heating structure 21 protrudes toward the heating structure 21 to form an arc surface, so that when the aerosol-forming substrate flows into the receiving chamber 201, a portion of the aerosol-forming substrate can flow along the arc surface to the top of the heating structure 21 and drop onto the heating structure 211, which further ensures that ore aerosol-forming substrate can be absorbed by the heating structure 21 and heated and atomized to generate smoke.

The heating structure 21 includes a liquid absorbing member and a heating member in contact with each other, the liquid absorbing member is configured for absorbing the aerosol-forming substrate, and the heating member is configured for heating the aerosol-forming substrate.

It can be understandable that the liquid absorbing member can also be porous graphite or foamed metal.

In a specific embodiment, the heating member is disposed at the lower surface of the liquid absorbing member. Under the electric driving of the power supply device 200, the aerosol-forming substrate conducted to the lower surface of the liquid absorbing member is heated, so that the aerosol-forming substrate is atomized to generate smoke, and the smoke fills the atomizing chamber 231. The heating member can be a heating coating, a heating circuit, a heating sheet or a heating net, and the like.

The atomizer 100 of the present disclosure further includes a bottom cover 50. The bottom cover 50 is fixedly connected with the liquid storage member 10. The bottom cover 50 is located at one end of the atomizing assembly 20 away from the liquid storage chamber 101. The abutting rod 40 extends along the axial direction of the liquid storage member 10, one end of the abutting rod 40 abuts against the bottom cover 50, and the other end of the abutting rod 40 passes through the atomizing base 23 and the atomizing bracket 22 in sequence and is fixedly connected with the sealing member 30. In this embodiment, the abutting rod 40 is inserted into the sealing member 30. In order to improve the sealing effect of the sealing member 30 for closing the liquid inlet 202 and prevent the leakage of the aerosol-forming substrate, the sealing member 30 is made of silicone or rubber material.

In a specific embodiment, the bottom cover 50 is snap-connected to the lower end of the liquid storage member 10. It can be understood that the bottom cover 50 and the liquid storage member 10 can also be connected in a detachable manner such as plug connection, screw connection or magnetic connection, which is not limited here. In addition, the bottom cover 50 is accommodated in the lower end of the liquid storage member 10. In order to improve the sealing between the bottom cover 50 and the liquid storage member 10 and prevent the aerosol-forming substrate from leaking, a sealing ring 236 is sandwiched between the outer wall of the bottom cover 50 and the inner wall of the liquid storage member 10. The sealing ring 236 can be made of a sealing material such as silicone or rubber.

Referring to FIG. 6, when the atomizing assembly 20 is in the first position, there is a gap between the end surface of the bottom cover 50 adjacent to the liquid storage chamber 101 and the end surface of the atomizing base 23 away from the liquid storage chamber 101. The gap can provide room for the atomizing assembly 20 to move. Referring to FIG. 7, the atomizing assembly 20 moves relative to the abutting rod 40 in a direction away from the liquid storage chamber 101, until the end face of the atomizing base 23 away from the liquid storage chamber 101 abuts against the end face of the bottom cover 50 adjacent to the liquid storage chamber 101, such that the atomizing assembly 20 is in the second position, and at the same time, the sealing member 30 is separated from the liquid inlet 202 under the driving action of the abutting rod 40.

The lower end of the vent tube 61 slidably passes through the top wall of the liquid storage member 10 along the axial direction of the liquid storage member 10 and then extends into the liquid storage member 10 and is fixedly connected to the atomizing bracket 22. The mouthpiece 62 is slidably sleeved on the outside of the upper end of the liquid storage member 10. In use, when the user presses the mouthpiece 62, the vent tube 61 moves downward under the driving of the mouthpiece 62, thereby driving the atomizing assembly 20 to move from the first position to the second position, which is simple and convenient to operate for the user.

In a specific embodiment, the top wall of the liquid storage member 10 is provided with a perforation 102, the vent tube 61 slidably passes through the perforation 102. In order to improve the tightness between the vent tube 61 and the liquid storage member 10 and prevent the leakage of the aerosol-forming substrate, a third sealing member 611 is sandwiched between the outer wall of the vent tube 61 and the hole wall of the perforation 102.
