BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention is about footwear (attire for heel) which is produced for people who have problems on heels or stand long time in a day.

The invention is especially related to a footwear which is a practical, useful and an economic heel attire, to be used by people who have ailments such as planar fasciit (vicious) and heel spur and where it can be used at home or at the outside with shoes, which has a support section at the heel part of the foot and can be wear such as socks without need any binding element.

2. Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 and 37 CFR 1.98.

In the prior art technique, when we consider our living standards, an increase in participation in working business life leads to various health problems. These problems are especially in the heel spurs and plantar vicious complaints due to stay standing up.

Heel Spurs (EpinKalkenei):

EpinKalkanei is a widespread and very common health problem. A spine occurs under the heel bone namely under the soles of feet. This extension or spine is a result of running or walking on hard surfaces with shoes having hard bases or is seen frequently on elderly people who have arthritis. In addition it is frequently seen or detected in those who have excessive weight problems or stands while working for a long time and is seen in some rheumatic diseases. There is pain when pressed on the heels at the soles of feet.

In its treatment, insoles or insock for heel with orifice on its center is used, or the bottom of the shoe heel portion is carved and some painkillers and inflammation mitigation antirheumatic drugs or medications are used. If pain does not vanish an injection of cortisone is applied into the heel, the area of heel spine. If the pain still exist, this spine is taken out with a surgical operation.

Plantar Fasciitis

People having this ailment, after a long period of rest, for example, when they get up in the morning, they feel a pain which is more, while their first steps are paced and lesser as they walk but it starts again increasingly during the day while standing and which propagates from the heel to the inside of the foot.

There is a thick fiber layer, at the soles of the feed and under the skin, which is starting from the heel and stretching through the toes. This layer is called plantar fascia. Apart from protection the muscles and bones, main function of the fascia is to give a slope which is seen from perspective.

It can be seen at any age and a repetitive frequent trauma can be caused as a result of sports activities, works that need person who has to walk and stand too much and may be occurred to overweight and elderly individuals. Usually it be encountered with heel spurs and plantar fasciitis.

At the treatment, an insoles with an orifice at the center of heel sole and if there is a flat surface on the feet, a special tools to reduce tension on the plantar fascia are given and some stretching exercises for the plantar fascia are recommended. In case of persistent heel pain, a cortisone injection can be shot to the plantar fascia and the heel.

According to known technique some orthopaedical shoes have been developed for these problems. One of them is a shoe or slipper having orifice at the heel part of it, which is developed for patients having heel spur. But this solution has high costs and cannot be afforded and used everyone. Even if it is bought, it will not be possible to use that single shoe everywhere.

One of the improvement in prior technique about the subject matter is a utility model of TR 2003 01626 which is about socks having sole. The socks, which are the subject of the invention, consist of soles under its base. There is a material, which provides mounting the rubber material around the lower section of the socks. A rubber made material is mounted over said material.

The socks having sole of the invention mentioned above are products facilitating to walk for babies about to begin walking without getting cold by wearing only these socks. Thanks to rubber underneath, it is sufficient to wear only that socks. However this product has not any feature to protect the health of the heel and relieving pain.

Another utility model, TR 2003 00071, discloses footwear with a sole support. The invention of the utility model is related to pillows located at the sole of the footwear in order to lessen the pressure of load over the heel bone and articulation of leg and foot during walking. The footwear includes a sole and an upper part mounted on that sole. Upper part includes a hole allowing a foot to enter and a lace or any kind of connecting means which prevents the footwear not to take off from the foot.

The aforementioned invention lose its property of usefulness and easily wearable because of including a lace or any kind of connecting means which prevents the footwear not to take off from the foot.

In a patent application, having the number of U.S. Pat. No. 4,560,462, a foam material which is in different positions of the sole and having different densities, is used.

Said material has no effect to protect heel health and to kill the pain. In addition there is some problems to wash because it is not water resistant.

In order to eliminate the disadvantages described above, a multi purpose footwear for heel, having advantages compared to its counterparts, can meet the technical needs which is possibility to use both at home and at the outside with shoes.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The object of the invention is to prevent disadvantages of the prior techniques while putting forward an attire for heel (footwear) which is cost effective and useful for everyone who has problems on heels or has to stay stand for a long time and which can be used every type of shoes.

In this context, an objective of the present invention is to make a structure while designing a novel heel attire which can be used both at home and at the outside and provides a good health quality and feeling of comfort on the feet.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a time gaining and easy to use product because it does not include any kind of connecting means (Velcro strips, zippers, buttons, etc.). Therefore the skin irritation problem of these connection means is prevented from the beginning.

In the present invention of the heel attire, thanks to its porous structure, prevents sweating, various skin diseases and bad smell of feet. Besides it is suitable for people of any age and health condition.

Another object of the invention is to provide a constant position as a result of putting en foot and tightness around the foot and therefore to be used by those who have to stand for a long time.

Additionally, intended with the footwear (heel attire) is to provide a water resistant structure so as to be used by patients even in bathroom

Therefore, to achieve aforementioned objectives, footwear (heel attire) is developed to be used by patients who have heel spurs and plantar foot ailments such as vicious, both at home and at the outside with shoes and it includes a main body to cover the heel tightly and a supporting surface having a connection with the main body.

In a preferred embodiment, the present invention comprises many pores on the main body to prevent sweating.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In this detailed description, the present invention of the footwear or heel attire is explained in order to understand better and not to constitute any restrictive effect.

A preferred embodiment of the present invention of the footwear (1) is given in FIG. 1 as a side view. Accordingly, said footwear or heel attire (1) comprises a main body (2) wrapping around the heel only, a supporting surface (3) connected underneath to said main body (2), a number of pores (4) configured on said main body (2) to prevent sweating.

Said supporting surface (3) is a silicon based material which brings essential features of the present invention.

To use the present invention, the footwear (heel attire) (1) is worn so that the foot enters from the wrist opening (6) and the toes exit through the toe opening (5) until the main body (2) wraps the heel tightly.
