BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
A conventional automatic collapsed umbrella uses springs provided between ribs and its runner or provided around its shaft and includes an engaged mechanism in its handle to control the umbrella being closed automatically. This prior structure has many complex parts, which are not easy to be assembled and has high possibility being trouble.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is to provide an automatic collapsed umbrella, which utilizes a very simple assembly to obtain the purpose in closing umbrella automatically. The manufacturing is convenient and economic. Now, accompanying with the following drawings, the character of the present invention will be described here and after.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
Please referring to FIG. 1 first, the present invention relates to an automatic collapsed umbrella, which can be two or more folded umbrella and is illustrated by three-folded umbrella in this invention. The umbrella includes a shaft (1) composed by a first tube (11), a second tube (12), and a third tube (13), which connects its top end with a joint (2), and its bottom end with a handle (3). A runner (7) is provided around the shaft (1) and inner ends of the ribs are connected with the joint (2) and the runner (7). Two wheels (21) are provided under the joint (2) at opposite sides. A main spring (71) is provided around the first tube (11) between the joint (2) and the runner (7).
A controller (5) is connected on top of the second tube (12) and is provided with an inner lateral rod (51) connected with a small spring for providing elastic force to push the rod (51) outward to engage with an aperture (111) on the first tube (11) as the umbrella is opened. A controlling wire (54) connects its upper end with inner end of the rod (51) and its lower end with an end of a swing piece (32), which is provided in the handle (3) and has its other end contact with inner face of a button (31) mounted on the handle (3). A connector (6) is connected on top of the third tube (13), which includes an axis (61) for winding a connecting wire (62), wherein the connecting wire (62) has its both ends upward to pass through the respective channel (53) of the controller (5), as shown in FIG. 4, extending to the wheel (21) and then to turn downward to connect with the runner (7). A V-shape elastic slice (8) is provided in the shaft (1) to position the second tube (12) and the third tube (13). At this moment, the main spring (71) is compressed while the umbrella is kept in opening state stably.
When to close the umbrella, user can press the button (31) as in FIG. 2 pushing the swing piece (32) to force the controlling wire (54) moved downward. Meanwhile, the rod (51) is moved inward and released from the aperture (111) of the first tube (11). Hence, the first tube (11) can be pushed downward by the elastic force of the main spring (71). And the runner (7) is moved downward to pull the connector (6) upward by the connecting wire (62) that makes the third tube (13) and the second tube (12) be moved upward and received in the first tube (11) as shown in FIG. 3 to complete the closing of the umbrella automatically.
