The present invention generally relates to an automatic openable/closable dispensing structure of an easy-filling powder compact, in which a bottom of a case is formed as an open configuration and a top case opening is integrally formed with a dispensing panel having an arrangement of through holes formed therein so that the bottom allows for an easy operation of filling and the dispensing panel in the top is provided with recessed curved slide channel for receiving elastic elements and a movable dispensing board to mount thereto in an operable manner to achieve an automatic and joint operation of opening/closing, with an opening/closing operation of a case cover, for powder dispensing.
Filling and dispensing structures of a conventional powder compact are often made in such a way that the top side of a case is formed as an open section to receive a material to fill in the case. Dispensing of the material is also achieved through the open side of the case, where a fixed panel that comprises an arrangement of tiny through holes formed therein is set in and closes the open side of the case and an outer lid that also comprises an arrangement of tiny through holes formed therein is set outside and assembled, in a stacked manner, to the open side of the case. By rotating the outer cover with a hand, the through holes may be set in alignment with each other to be selectively open for material dispensing or closed. Arranged outside the case is a case cover that is provided for closure and sealing. Such an arrangement may suffer the problems that the cosmetic material may unexpectedly fall out and the outer lid may not be timely rotated after use to close the dispensing through holes so that the material filled in the case may get undesirably released from the case and may cause contamination after the case cover is removed. Also, the internally filled material may get contaminated. Such a structural arrangement is inconvenient to use and may often cause spillage and waste of the material. A proper use of such a structural arrangement requires a user to have a good habit of closing the outer lid after each use. This is troublesome and may be impractical for use. To cope with such problems, the present inventor has proposed in Taiwan Utility Model M406973 an improved automatic openable/closable powder dispensing structure of a powder compact, in which a case body has a top opening in which a fixed slotted plate and a movable slotted plate are arranged in a stacked assembly, with both slotted plates being provided with corresponding dispensing holes, to allow for relatively sliding and positioning as being acted upon by internally arranged elastic elements and guided by curved slots, in combination with projections formed on a top of the movable slotted plate that are rotatably movable by abutting a case cover in a closing operation so as to achieve an arrangement of automatically opening/closing the dispensing holes thereby achieving dispensing safety and convenience of use of cosmetic material, such as cosmetic powder. After being marketed, such a product has been favored and prevailing in the business and by the general consumers. However, since the fixed slotted plate is provided with dispensing holes and must be properly fixed in the open section of the case, after an operation of fitting and pressing for assembly and also after filling of the material, spillage of the cosmetic material may readily occur and this causes difficulty in filling the material and cleaning up after the filling operation. In addition, this also results in insufficiency of air tightness of the entire package. This has troubled the manufacturers for years. Thus, it is a target for improving designs made by the present inventor to improve the operation of material filling and to achieve a practical advantage of automatic shut down the dispensing of material so as to make the entire structure of an automatic material dispensing powder compact better suit practical needs.
The present inventor has years' experience in designing and manufacturing cosmetic cases and well understands the drawbacks of the previously described case structure for automatic openable/closable dispensing in relation to being impractical of material filling in the use thereof and, based on the years' experience of development, design, and use in the art and in view of the needs for material filling and operation safety in practical use, improves, develops, and designs an automatic openable/closable dispensing structure of an easy-filling powder compact as the present invention, where a material dispensing opening formed in a top of a case body is directly and integrally formed with a material dispensing panel, which is operable in combination with a movable material dispensing plate to be shifted with respect to each other with a closing operation of a case cover to shut down material dispensing and which allows for easy filling of material through an open section in a bottom of the case, which is then closed after the filling thereby greatly improving the problems of inconvenience of material filling and being impractical that are found in the conventional powder case.
The primary object of the present invention is that a case body has a top opening in which a material dispensing panel is formed with a slidable material dispensing board simply stacked thereon so that the material dispensing board is driven by rotation of the case cover in a closing operation to cause position shifting of aligned material dispensing through holes so as to achieve an operation of automatically shutting down dispensing of material. And, after the case cover is being opened, the material dispensing board is returned, through spring forces, to the position where the material dispensing holes are in alignment with and communicating with each other so as to provide a practical advantage of convenience of use for make up. To fill the cosmetic material, the case cover and the case body are firstly assembled and fixed together and then an operation can be carried out to fill the cosmetic material from a bottom of the case body and a bottom board is then applied to achieve air-tight closure so as to form a complete package structure of a cosmetic powder case that ensures easy filling of the powder compact and also achieves a safe and practical advantage of an automatic openable/closable dispensing operation for make up.

The present invention provides an automatic openable/closable dispensing structure of an easy-filling powder compact, of which an overall outside usable configuration of the compact is substantially similar to an outside configuration of a conventional powder compact and the entirety of the improvement of the structure, as illustrated in
The entire case body (10) has as bottom that is an open hollowed section generally for use in filling the cosmetic material. On a bottom of an inside surface of the hollowed open section, a predetermined recessed circumferential groove (17) for positioning purposes is provided for use in combination with a corresponding raised circumferential flange (181) formed in a bottom board (18) that is provided for closing the bottom opening by being directly pressed to fit therein to achieve a fixed air-tight closure assembly. The fixing arrangement of the bottom board (18) can be alternatively achieved with screwing engagement or with a sealing ring fit therein to achieve a similar air-tight closing, fixing, and leakage-preventing assembly, which under the structural feature disclosed herein as a design of an open-to-fill structure formed in the bottom of the case body (10) according to the present invention, is considered a simple and equivalent substitute. To carry out an operation of filling a cosmetic material, the case cover (20) is first screwed and assembled and disposition in an up-side-down fashion is arranged to allow for filling of the cosmetic material, and after completely filling, the bottom board (18) is used by applying the recessed circumferential groove (17) formed in an inside surface of the bottom opening for the purposes of positioning in such a way as to receive the raised circumferential flange (181) formed in a circumferential surface of an end edge of the bottom board (18) to be directly pressed into and thus assembled therewith, thereby easily completing air-tight closure and fixation to achieve an operation and a use of safely filling the material, making the structure and assembly of the entire powder compact simplified and filling of cosmetic material convenient and practical so as to be a novel improved structure among structures of the same kind of products.
The feature of improvement of the powder compact of the present invention as a whole resides in that a case body (10) is provided with a material dispensing opening in which a material dispensing panel (13) is integrally formed therewith in a manner of being recessed and comprising an arrangement of material dispensing through holes (131), which, in combination with a sealing ring (12) fit over and assembled with the case opening (11), allows a case cover (20) to positively close and seal the entire case opening. A material dispensing board (16) having a configuration similar to the material dispensing panel (13) that is formed in a recessed configuration in the case opening is stacked thereon and has a board surface comprising corresponding material dispensing through holes (161) formed therein. The material dispensing panel (13) is provided in a top thereof with predetermined recessed curved long slide channels (14) that respectively receive elastic elements (15) to dispose therein to be respectively actuated and moved by insertion pegs (162) formed on a bottom of the material dispensing board (16). The material dispensing board (16) has an end ring (164) on which raised spots (165) are formed to be pushed and moved by an inside surface of the case cover (20) in a closing and fastening operation so as to cause position shifting between the through holes (131, 161) of the material dispensing board (16) and the material dispensing panel (13) to thereby perform an operation of shutting down material dispensing. The entire assembling structure is greatly simplified and no recessed or raised positioning parts are necessary for engaging and fixing each other and thus a practical advantage of easy assembling is achieved. In opening the case cover (20), spring restoration of the elastic elements (15) automatically achieves position returning of the material dispensing board (16) to return the condition where the holes are in alignment with each other for material dispensing therethrough. To fill a cosmetic material, it only needs to close and securely assemble the case cover (20) to positively close the top dispensing arrangement and then the case body (10), which is put up-side-down, may receive the material filled through the bottom opening; this, in combination with a simply fixed air-tight closing and positioning design provided on the bottom board (18), can achieve a practical advantage of safety of secured air-tight closure and easy filling, and particularly suits the needs of a cosmetics manufacturer who needs to purchase out-sourced cases and requires no disassembling and assembling parts of the cases again so that the purposes of an easy operation of filling of cosmetic material can be achieved without any risk of contamination of the cosmetic material caused by second time assembling. The advantages of use and convenience that can be achieved with the present invention are believed to be a novel creation among the structural designs of cosmetic cases of this kind and the advantages of use so achieved is of no match by designs of cases of this kind. The advantages and features of the structural design provided by the present invention are definitely a design improvement of novel creation in regard to design concept and technique of cosmetic powder cases of this kind.
In summary, the present invention provides an automatic openable/closable dispensing structure of an easy-filling powder compact, wherein a material dispensing panel that is formed in an open side of a case body is used in combination with a resiliently rotatable structural arrangement of a movable material dispensing board stacked thereon to achieve a synchronous control of material dispensing with the opening/closing of the case and a bottom of the case body is made for material filling in a manner of not affecting the entire structural arrangement of the material dispensing side so as to provide convenient and easy operation of filling cosmetic material. The advantages of innovation and usefulness of the entire structural arrangement definitely bring a brand new design concept of the conventional ways of assembling and use of the cosmetic powder case and also achieves enhancement of safety. The structure innovation and usefulness are believed satisfying the requirements as a paten and as such, the application is filed for the purposes of seeking for a letter patent for the invention.
