- 10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein after the solid processing agent has been replenished to said supply means, said compensating means causes supply at one time the same amount of the solid processing agent as that of the supply-shortage, independent of a supply of the solid processing agent on the basis of said predetermined control.
- 11. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein after solid processing agent has been replenished to said supply means, said compensating means supplies a part of the same amount of the solid processing agent as that of the supply-shortage until all amount of the supply-shortage is completed to supply at each time when the supply of the solid processing agent on the basis of said predetermined control is conducted.
- 12. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein when a processing amount of the material reaches a prescribed amount, said compensating means causes supply of processing agent to said processing tank to compensate for the supply-shortage at one time, independent of a supply of the solid processing agent on the basis of said predetermined control.
- 13. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said preset amount of said supply-shortage is set by at least one of types of said solid processing agent and an amount of processing solution in said processing tank.
- 14. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said solid processing agent is a tablet.
- 15. The apparatus of claim 1 further comprising:
- water supply means for supplying a replenishment water to said processing tank,
- wherein when a supply-shortage of the replenishment water reaches a predetermined amount, further receiving of the material for processing is inhibited.
- 16. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein said water supply means supplies replenishment water to compensate for said supply-shortage of the replenishment water, after said water supply means stops and thereafter restarts supplying of the replenishment water.
- 17. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein said water supply means supplies the replenishment water on the basis of a prescribed control, and said apparatus further comprising:
- water computing means for computing a supply-shortage of the replenishment water supplied from said water supply means by comparing a counted value of the number of times of no-supplying with a set value of the replenishment water on the basis of a predetermined control; and
- compensating means for compensating for a supply-shortage computed by said water computing means so that the supply-shortage of the replenishment water is additionally supplied to said processing tank.
- 18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein after the replenishment water has been supplied, said compensating means causes supply at one time of the same amount of the replenishment water as that of the supply-shortage, independent of a supply of the replenishment water on the basis of a predetermined control.
- 19. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein after the replenishment water has been supplied, said compensating means causes supply of a part of the same amount of a replenishment water as that of the supply-shortage until all amount of the supply-shortage is completed to supply at each time when the supply of the replenishment water on the basis of a predetermined control is conducted.
- 20. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein a compensating means causes supply supplies the supply-shortage of the replenishment water only when the receiving of the material for processing is inhibited by an inhibition means.
- 21. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein said water supply means supplies a set value of the replenishment water on the basis of a predetermined control, and said apparatus further comprising:
- water computing means for computing a supply-shortage of the replenishment water from said water supplied supply means by comparing a counted value of the number of times of no-supplying with the set value of the replenishment water,
- wherein when a supply-shortage computed by said water computing means reaches said predetermined amount, an inhibition means for inhibiting the receiving of the material for processing inhibits the further receiving of the material for processing.
- 22. The apparatus of claim 21, wherein said water computing means detects the number of no-supplying operations of the replenishment water in accordance with said predetermined control.
- 23. The apparatus of claim 21, wherein said water computing means computes the replenishment water supply-shortage by detecting the number of supplying operations of said water supply means when a remaining amount of the replenishment water in said water supply means is a preset remaining amount or less.
