The present disclosure relates to an automatic teller machine.
2. Description of Related Art
A cash dispensing device is provided in an automatic teller machine. The cash dispensing device is usually taken out of the automatic teller machine to maintain or replace the cash, which is very inconvenient.
Many aspects of the embodiments can be better understood with references to the following drawings. The components in the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale, the emphasis instead being placed upon clearly illustrating the principles of the embodiments. Moreover, in the drawings, like reference numerals designate corresponding parts throughout the several views.
The disclosure is illustrated by way of example and not by way of limitation in the figures of the accompanying drawings in which like references indicate similar elements. It should be noted that references to “an” or “one” embodiment in this disclosure are not necessarily to the same embodiment, and such references mean at least one.

The user interface module 10 provides a screen 17, for showing information like user information and account information. A through slot 11 for outputting a receipt, a card reader 12, a keyboard 13, a number of buttons 15 and a cash dispenser 19 are located on the user interface module 10. In one embodiment, the card reader 12 is below the through slot 11, and the card reader 12 and the through slot 11 together are located a right side of the screen 17; the keyboard 13 is located below the screen 17, and the cash dispenser 19 is located below the keyboard 13; the number of buttons 15 are located on a left side of the screen 17.
The box 20 includes a bottom plate 21, a first side plate 23, a second side plate 24 opposite to the first side plate 23, and a top plate 25. The bottom plate 21 and the top plate 25 are connected to the first and second side plates 23, 34. In one embodiment, the top plate 25 is substantially parallel to the bottom plate 21, and the first and second side plates 23, 24 are substantially parallel to each other and perpendicular to the bottom plate 21.
A number of first mounting holes 231 are defined in the first side plate 23, and a number of second mounting holes 341 are defined in the second side plate 24. A third mounting hole 251 is defined in the top plate 25.
A mounting member 29 is secured to the box 20. The mounting member 29 includes a first mounting plate 2901 and a second mounting plate 2903 that is slanted and extends from the first mounting plate 2901. An obtuse angle is defined between the first mounting plate 2901 and the second mounting plate 2903. A first bent flange 293 is located on a top edge of the first mounting plate 2901, and a second bent flange 395 is located on a bottom edge of the second mounting plate 2903. A number of first fixing holes 2931 are defined in the first bent flange 293, and a number of second fixing holes 2951 are defined in the second bent flange 295. A number of third fixing holes 291 are defined in the first mounting plate 2901. In assembly of the mounting member 29, the mounting member 29 is placed in the box 20. The first fixing holes 2931 are aligned with the third mounting holes 251 of the top plate 25, and the second fixing holes 2951 are aligned with the second mounting holes 241. A number of first fasteners (not shown), such as screws, are screwed into the first holes 2931 and the third mounting holes 251. A number of fixing members (not shown), such as screws, are inserted into the second fixing holes 2951 and the second mounting holes 241. Thus, the mounting member 29 is secured to the box 20.
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 8-10, a door 27 is rotatably secured to the second side plate 24 by any well known technology, such as a hinge. A lock 271, such as a cryptogram lock, and a handle 273 are located on the door 27. The lock 271 prevents the door 27 from opening when unauthorized. The handle 273 conveniently rotates the door 27. A cover 28 is secured to the box 20 when the door 27 is rotated to cover the box 20.

The second positioning member 32 includes a first securing flange 321, a second securing flange 323, a third securing flange 325, and a fourth securing flange 326. The second securing flange 323 and the third securing flange 325 are connected between the first securing flange 321 and the fourth securing flange 326. In one embodiment, the second securing flange 323 is substantially perpendicular to the third securing flange 325. The first securing flange 321 is substantially perpendicular to the second and third securing flanges 323, 325, and is parallel to the fourth securing flange 326. Two second sliding slots 3211 and a second securing hole 3213 are defined in the first securing flange 321, and the two second sliding slots 3211 are arranged in one line. A positioning hole 3251 is defined in the second securing flange 323. Two third securing holes 3261 are defined in the fourth securing flange 326.
A blocking member 70 is secured to the second positioning member 32. The blocking member 70 includes a base portion 71, a first extending portion 72, a second extending portion 73, and a third extending portion 74, and an operating portion 75. The second extending portion 73 extends upwards from an end of the base portion 71. The second extending portion 73 extends rearward from an end of the first extending portion 72. The third extending portion 74 extends downwards from an end of the second extending portion 73. The operating portion 75 extends rearwards from an end of the third extending portion 74. The first locking member 41 includes a main portion 411 and a pair of first locking flanges 413 located on opposite edges of the main portion 411. A number of second locking holes 4212 are defined in the main portion 411. Three second locking holes 4131 are defined in the one of the first locking flanges 413, corresponding to the first sliding slots 3112 and the first securing hole 3113. A number of second fasteners 50, such as screws, are screwed into the second locking holes 4131 and the first sliding slots 3112 and the first securing hole 3113. Thus, the first locking member is secured to the first positioning member 31. The first inner rail 43 defines a number of third locking holes 431, corresponding to the second locking holes 4131 of the first locking member 41. A number of third fasteners 81, such as screws, are screwed in the third locking holes 431 and the second locking holes 4131, to secure the first inner rail 43 to the first locking member 41. The first intermediate rail 45 is secured to and slides relative to the first inner rail 43. The first outer rail 471 is secured to and sliding relative to the first intermediate rail 45. A number of fourth locking holes 4711 are defined in the first outer rail 471.
The first securing member 48 includes a base board 481, a pair of first side boards 483, and a pair of second side boards 485. The first side boards 483 are located on opposite long edges of the base board 481, and the second side boards 485 are located on opposite short edges of the base board 481. A number of fifth locking holes (not shown) are defined in the base board 481, corresponding to the fourth locking holes 4711. A number of fourth fasteners 82, such as screws, are screwed into the fifth locking holes and the fourth locking holes 4711, to secure the first outer rail 471 to the base board 481. A mounting flange 4831 is located on a long edge of each first side board 483 away from the base board 481. A number of sixth locking holes 4833 is defined in each mounting flange 4831, corresponding to the second mounting holes 241 of the second side plate 24. The second locking member 42 includes a main portion 421 and a pair of first locking flanges 423 located on opposite edges of the main portion 421. A number of second locking holes 4212 are defined in the main portion 421. Three second locking holes 4231 are defined in the one of the first locking flanges 423, corresponding to the second sliding slots 3212 and the second securing hole 3213. A number of sixth fasteners 60, such as screws, are screwed into the second locking holes 4231, the first sliding slots 3112 and the second securing hole 3213. Therefore, the second locking member 42 is secured to the first positioning member 32. The second inner rail 44 defines a number of third locking holes 441, corresponding to the second locking holes 4231 of the second locking member 42. A number of seventh fasteners 83, such as screws, are screwed in the third locking holes 441 and the second locking holes 4231, to secure the second inner rail 44 to the second locking member 42. The second intermediate rail 46 is slidably secured to the second inner rail 44. The second outer rail 472 is slidably secured to the second intermediate rail 46. The second securing member 49 includes a base board 491, a pair of first side boards 493, and a pair of second side boards 485. The first side boards 493 are located on opposite long edges of the base board 491, and the second side boards 485 are located on opposite short edges of the base board 481. A number of fifth locking holes (not shown) are defined in the base board 491, corresponding to the fourth locking holes 4711. A number of eighth fasteners 85, such as screws, are screwed into the fifth locking holes and the fourth locking holes 4711, to secure the second outer rail 472 to the base board 491 of the second securing member 49. A mounting flange 4931 is located on a long edge of each first side board 493 away from the base board 491. A number of sixth locking holes 4933 is defined in each mounting flange 4931, corresponding to the third fixing holes 291. While the cash dispensing device 30 is slid from the first position to the second position, the blocking member 70 is resiliently deformed by pressing the operating portion 75 to disengage from the receiving opening 4935. The second securing member 49 can be slid relative to the box 20.
While the cash dispensing device 30 is slid from the second position to the first position, the second extending portion 73 is pressed by the second securing member 49, and the blocking member 70 is resiliently deformed until the second securing member 49 can pass across the blocking member 70. When the second extending portion 73 aligns with the receiving opening 4935, the blocking member 70 rebounds to the original state to engage in the receiving opening 4935. Therefore, the blocking member 70 can slide relative to the box 20 to block the second securing member 49.
While the cash dispensing device 30 is slid between the second position and the third position, one of the second fasteners 50 disengages from the first securing hole 3113 of the first positioning member 31, and one of the sixth fasteners 60 disengages from the second securing holes 3213. The second fastener 50 and the other sixth fasteners 60 are loosened to slide in the first and second sliding slots 3112, 311.
