The present invention is related to an auxiliary handle, which can be disposed on an exercise bike handle to provide a rider to lean arm thereon.
Exercise is a way to maintain physical health, and it can increase muscle strength to effectively maintain the body's metabolic capacity, and also maintain physical strength and force above a certain level, so as to easily cope with the affairs of life and avoid premature disability.
However, keeping exercise habit is not an easy task. For example, the outdoor environment is a big test, and people's desire to go out for exercise may be reduced by rain, high temperature o low temperature, so many convenient indoor exercise machines are provided on the market, and among them, an exercise bike is a very popular indoor exercise machine.
The exercise bike is used to mainly train a rider's legs. However, most of the time when riding the exercise bike, the rider needs to form a more aggressive riding posture by leaning forward and bending arms thereof, and in this case, fewer support points can be provided for the rider's arms, so the rider's arms must consume a lot of muscle strength to bear the weight of the rider's body; as a result, when a beginner uses the exercise bike to train, the beginner faces a situation in which arms become tired but legs are not tired yet, so the beginner cannot train the legs effectively.
In view of the above-mentioned problem, how to reduce arm fatigue during exercise bike riding is a key issue to be solved in the industry.
An objective of the present invention is to provide an auxiliary handle which is configured to dispose on an exercise bike handle and provide a ride to lean arm thereon, so as to greatly decrease consumption of arm strength, thereby indeed solving the problem that the arm is already tired before leg fatigue in exercise bike training.
In order to achieve aforementioned objective and effect, the present invention provides an auxiliary handle including a connection device, a support rod, a bracket, an arm support and a soft cushion. The connection device includes a rod fastening part, a jaw part and a jaw plate. The jaw plate and the jaw part are movably connected to form a clamping space. The support rod includes an end fastened on the rod fastening part. The bracket includes an interlocking member and a support part connected to each other. The interlocking member is disposed on the support rod, and when the interlocking member is locked, the bracket is fastened on the support rod; when the interlocking member is unlocked, the bracket is pivotally swingable relative to the support rod and slidable along the support rod. The arm support is disposed on the support part. The soft cushion is disposed on a top of the arm support.
The structure, operating principle and effects of the present invention will be described in detail by way of various embodiments which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

The implementation of the present invention is described in detail in the following paragraphs with reference to
The implementation of the present invention is further recited following the above description. First, the jaw part 12 and the jaw plate 2 are configured to clamp and fasten with the exercise bike handle, and the jaw part 12 and the jaw plate 2 are connected by screws, that is, screwing or loosening the screws can change a size of the clamping space 21 to meet the exercise bike handle with different size. Before the screws are completed screwed, the jaw part 12 and the jaw plate 2 are rotatable relative to the exercise bike handle, so that the inclination angle of the support rod 3 relative to the exercise bike handle can be adjusted and the bracket 4 can be slidably disposed on the support rod 3. When the interlocking member 41 is not locked, the bracket 4 is slidable along the support rod 3 (as shown in
In an embodiment, another type of the interlocking member 41 is provided, as shown in
