The broken line portion of FIGS. 1 through 5 and FIG. 7 is included to show the unclaimed cable; the broken line shown in FIG. 8 shows the unclaimed cable and also the unclaimed portable illuminator. All of the subject matter rendered in broken line is unclaimed and forms no part of the claimed design.
