Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to baby products, and more particularly to a baby carrying harness capable of adjusting a seat height.

BACKGROUND

The emergence of baby carrying devices (such as baby carrying harnesses, waist stools and the like) allows caregivers to free their hands when carrying babies, and does not affect the intimate contact with the babies. Taking the baby carrying harness as an example, the baby carrying harnesses can be divided into horizontal holding type, front-facing type, face-to-face type, back type and so on according to the different ways of holding the baby.

The design of the baby carrying harness should not only be ergonomic to reduce the burden on the user, but also be able to support the baby's buttocks, waist, neck and head, etc., avoid bending and unnecessary pressure, and ensure the comfort and safety of the baby, so as to protect the delicate muscles and bones of the baby. An existing baby carrying harness usually has a fixed space for a baby, however, babies of different ages, the same baby in different ages and different ways of holding babies all lead to different seating spaces required by babies, especially the width and height of the seat. However, the existing baby carrying harness cannot adjust the seat adaptively, which leads to a decrease in the comfort and safety of the babies.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a baby carrying harness that can conveniently adjust the baby's sitting position, so as to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art.

On the other hand, the baby carrying harnesses have now become a common way of transporting babies, but most existing baby carrying harnesses have a disadvantage: the seat in the baby carrying harness has a fixed size. Accordingly, as the baby grows, the baby carrying harness may become too small, reducing the comfort of the baby in sitting, or the seat in the baby carrying harness may itself be constructed to support larger babies, so for younger babies, the seat of this baby carrying harness may be too large, and the baby carrying harness cannot fit the baby's physiological curve, so it cannot provide effective support for the smaller baby, and even the baby may fall unexpectedly. In addition, such fixed seat in a conventional baby carrying harness limits the adaptability that can be achieved with the baby carrying harness, i.e., the baby carrying harness cannot be easily and quickly adapted in both front-carry and back-carry configurations.

Therefore, there is an urgent requirement to provide a baby carrying harness with an adjustable seat height in which the size of the seat can be easily and quickly adjusted according to babies of different sizes, so as to achieve an optimal use state.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Now the embodiments of the invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which similar element numbers represent similar elements.

Firstly, as shown in FIGS. 1-19, the baby carrying harness 1100 provided by the invention includes a waist belt 1110, a support sheet (i.e., back bag) 1120 fixed to the waist belt 1110, shoulder straps 1130 arranged along a lengthwise direction of the support sheet 1120 and connected to the support sheet 1120, and a width adjustment assembly 1140 and/or a height adjustment assembly 1150. Among them, an end of the support sheet 1120 away from the waist belt 1110 is connected to the shoulder straps 1130, that is, an upper end of the support sheet 1120 in the lengthwise direction is connected to the shoulder straps 1130, and an end of the support sheet 1120 close to the waist belt 1110 forms a seat 1120a for bearing a baby. After the waist belt 1110 and the shoulder straps 1130 are worn by an adult, a space for the baby to sit is formed between the support sheet 1120 and the shoulder straps 1130, and the seat 1120a bears the baby and separates legs of the baby sitting on it onto two sides of the seat 1120a. In addition, the width adjustment assembly 1140 is arranged on the seat 1120a along a width direction of the support sheet 1120, and the seat 1120a has a collapsed position and an extended position in its width direction through an adjustment of the width adjustment assembly 1140, so as to achieve a purpose of adjusting a sitting width of the baby. Correspondingly, the height adjustment assembly 1150 is arranged on the seat 1120a and is arranged along the lengthwise direction of the support sheet 1120, and the seat 1120a has a collapsed position and an extended position in its height direction through an adjustment of the height adjustment assembly 1150, so as to achieve a purpose of adjusting a sitting height of the baby.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 6, and 9, according to the invention, the seat 1120a specifically includes a buttocks support portion 1121, two leg support portions 1122, and two connecting sheets 1123. The two leg support portions 1122 are symmetrically connected to both sides of the buttocks support portion 1121 in the width direction through the two connecting sheets 1123. The leg support portions 1122 are used to support the legs of the baby, and a thickness of each of the connecting sheets 1123 is smaller than that of the buttocks support portion 1121 and the leg support portions 1122. By arranging the connecting sheets 1123 having a relative small thickness between the buttocks support portion 1121 and the leg support portions 1122, when the seat 1120a is adjusted in width to be in a collapsed position, the two leg support portions 1122 move closer to the buttocks support portion 1121, so as to press the connecting sheets 1123 into a collapsed position. However, the thickness of the connecting sheets 1123 in the collapsed position is still small, so it will not cause discomfort of the baby in sitting due to its wrinkles, thus the seat 1120a of the baby carrying harness 1100 satisfies requirements in both adjustment function and comfort.

More preferably, the buttocks support portion 1121 and the leg support portions 1122 are all provided with filling layers or fillers, so the buttocks support portion 1121 and the leg support portions 1122 can better support the baby, and makes the baby sitting more comfortable. Moreover, each of the connecting sheets 1123 is made of a single-layer fabric, so the connecting sheets 1123 each has a single-layer structure, such that the thickness of the connecting sheets 1123 in the collapsed position is significantly smaller than that of the buttocks support portion 1121 and the leg support portions 1122 filled with filling layers or fillers, will not cause discomfort for the baby in sitting.

It should be noted, the structure of other parts of the support sheet 1120, the structure of the shoulder straps 1130, and the connection between the support sheet 1120 and the shoulder straps 1130, etc., are all conventional settings and well known to those of ordinary skill in the art, so no further detailed explanation will be provided herein.

In addition, it should be noted, for the support sheet 1120 provided with only the height adjustment assembly 1150, the above-mentioned the connecting sheets 1123 can also be omitted, that is, the leg support portions 1122 is directly connected to both sides of the buttocks support portion 1121 in the width direction.

Referring again to FIGS. 1-3, according to the invention, the waist belt 1110 includes a waist belt body 1111 and a waist protection sheet 1112. A substantive middle part of the waist belt body 1111 is fixedly connected to a lower end of the support sheet 1120, and head and tail ends of the waist belt body 1111 are detachably connected for wearing or taking off by the adult. The structure of the waist belt body 1111 is a conventional setting in the field, and will not be described in detail. Among them, the waist protection sheet 1112 is fixed or detachably connected to the waist belt body 1111, the waist protection sheet 1112 is in a long strip structure and has a filler or a filling layer therein, and the width of the waist protection sheet 1112 is greater than that of a head-to-tail connection of the waist belt body 1111. After the waist belt 1110 is worn, the waist protection sheet 1112 can be placed under the head-to-tail connection of the waist belt body 1111, such that the waist protection sheet 1112 can increase the contact area with the adult's waist, so the adult can carry the baby easier.

Next referring to FIGS. 1-2 and 4-9, according to the invention, the width adjustment assembly 1140 includes at least one adjustment unit, and each adjustment unit is arranged along the width direction of the support sheet 1120 and has a connected state and a detached state. When the adjusting unit is in the connected state, the seat 1120a is in the collapsed position in the width direction thereof, thereby reducing the width of the seat 1120a. Correspondingly, the height adjustment assembly 1150 is arranged on the inside or outside of the support sheet 1120 and has a connected state and a disassembled state. When the height adjustment assembly 1150 is in the connected state, the seat 1120a is in the collapsed position in its height direction, thereby adjusting the sitting height of the baby.

More specifically, when the width adjustment assembly 1140 is provided with a plurality of adjustment units, the adjustment units are arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the support sheet 1120 and/or at intervals along the width direction of the support sheet 1120.

Next referring to FIGS. 1-15, the width adjustment assembly 1140 and the height adjustment assembly 1150 in different embodiments of the baby carrying harness 1100 of the invention will be described separately.

Firstly, referring to FIGS. 1-5, in the first embodiment of the baby carrying harness 1100 of the invention, the width adjustment assembly 1140 includes two adjustment units 1140a, 1140b, and the two adjustment units 1140a, 1140b are arranged on the seat 1120a at intervals along the lengthwise direction of the support sheet 1120. Therefore, in use, according to different body types of babies or different sitting styles, the upper adjustment unit 1140a and/or the lower adjustment unit 1140b can be selected to be connected, or neither of the adjustment units 1140a, 1140b is connected.

More specifically, the adjusting units 1140a and 1140b have the same structure. Taking the adjusting unit 1140a as an example, the adjusting unit 1140a includes a first adjusting member 1141 and a second adjusting member 1142 that are detachably connected. The first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 are respectively arranged on both sides of the seat 1120a in the width direction. In this embodiment, both the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 are preferably connected to a connecting position of the connecting sheets 1123 and the leg support portions 1122, such that when the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 are connected, the two leg support portions 1122 are moved closer to the buttocks support portion 1121 and the seat 1120a is in the collapsed position, thereby reducing the width of the seat 1120a. At this time, the two connecting sheets 1123 are pressed into the collapsed position, but the folded connecting sheets 1123 have a small thickness because of their single layer structure or relative small thickness, which does not affect the comfort of the baby in sitting. Moreover, when the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 are detached, the seat 1120a is in the extended position, such that the width of the seat 1120a becomes larger than that in the collapsed position.

Referring to FIGS. 1-6, when the baby carrying harness 1100 in this embodiment is used, if a larger baby is carried, and the larger baby sits facing the caregiver, none of the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 of the two adjusting units 1140a, 1140b is buckled, as shown in FIG. 1. At this time, the seat 1120a is in the extended position and has its maximum width, thereby having a larger supporting and enclosing space, such that the baby can sit more comfortably. If a larger baby sits with his back facing the caregiver (sitting forward), the legs and torso of the baby will need a larger extension space. At this time, the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 of the upper adjusting unit 1140a can be buckled, while the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 of the lower adjusting unit 1140b are not buckled, as shown in FIG. 4, such that an upper half of the seat 1120a is folded and narrowed, that is, the width of the upper half of the seat 1120a is smaller than the width of its lower half, so the legs and torso of the baby have a larger extension space. If a smaller baby is carried, the baby will usually be carried by sitting facing the caregiver, and at this time, the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 of the upper adjusting unit 1140a may not be buckled, and the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 of the lower adjusting unit 1140b are buckled, as shown in FIG. 5, such that the lower half of the seat 1120a is folded and narrowed, that is, the width of the lower half of the seat 1120a is smaller than the width of its upper half, so as to form a seat space that fits the smaller baby and can better support the back of the baby.

In this embodiment, the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 are preferably a male buckle and a female buckle that are cooperative in a plug-in buckle. Insertion and detachment can be easily performed by using the male buckle and the female buckle. Therefore, the operation is relatively simple when adjusting the width of the seat 1120a.

It should be understood, the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 are not limited to plug-in buckles. For example, cooperative snap buckles, magic tapes, zippers, or fixing buckles and fixing rings that are detachably fit to each other, and so on, may also be used, and the width of the seat 1120a can also be adjusted accordingly.

Next referring to FIGS. 6-8, in the second embodiment of the baby carrying harness 1100 of the invention, the two adjustment units 1140a, 1140b are arranged in the same manner as in the above-mentioned first embodiment, except that the structures of the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 are slightly different.

Hereafter the adjustment unit 1140a will be taken as an example for description. One of the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 of the adjustment unit 1140a extends along the width direction of the seat 1120a and has a certain length, and the first adjusting member 1141 or the second adjusting member 1142 is provided with at least one adjusting section, moreover, the adjusting section is optionally detachably connected to the other one of the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142.

In this embodiment, the first adjusting member 1141 has a certain length, and one end of the first adjusting member 1141 is connected to the connecting position of the connecting sheet 1123 on one side of the seat 1120a and the leg support portions 1122, moreover, the other one end of the first adjusting member 1141 has at least one fixing hole. In FIGS. 6-8, only one fixing hole is schematically shown. The second adjusting member 1142 is preferably a fixing buckle, and the fixing buckle is connected to the connecting position of the connecting sheet 1123 on the other one side of the seat 1120a and the leg support portions 1122, so when any fixing hole of the first adjusting member 1141 is buckled with the fixing buckle, the seat 1120a can be in the collapsed position and the width of the seat 1120a can be reduced.

In this embodiment, the first adjusting member 1141 is preferably a cloth belt with a certain length, but the invention is not limited to this, and at least one fixing hole can be opened in the cloth belt. Of course, the first adjusting member 1141 is not limited to a cloth belt. In addition, the second adjusting member 1142 may also be a fixing ring. In this manner, a plurality of buckle members such as fixed buckles and buttons are connected to the first adjusting member 1141 at intervals. In this way, a multi-section adjustment of the first adjusting member 1141 can also be realized.

Understandably, the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 can also be detachably connected to each other by cooperative plug-in buckles, snap buckles, magic tapes, zippers and the like.

Referring to FIGS. 6-8 again, the structure and arrangement of the adjusting unit 1140b are the same as those of the adjusting unit 1140a, and the related description will not be redundantly repeated. In addition, the use of the baby carrying harness 1100 in this embodiment is the same as that in the above-mentioned first embodiment, and the description will not be redundantly repeated also.

Now referring to FIG. 9, in the third embodiment of the baby carrying harness 1100 of the invention, the arrangement of the adjustment unit is different from that in the above two embodiments. In this embodiment, there are four adjustment units. Among them, two adjusting units 1140a are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the support sheet 1120 and located at the upper end of the seat 1120a, that is, the two adjusting units 1140a are arranged at the same height position. Moreover, the other two adjusting units 1140b are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the support sheet 1120 and located at the lower end of the seat 1120a, that is, the two adjusting units 1140b are arranged at the same height position and located below the two adjusting units 1140a.

In a specific embodiment, the two adjusting units 1140a are arranged symmetrically along the horizontal width direction of the seat 1120a, and the two adjusting units 1140b are also arranged symmetrically along the horizontal width direction of the seat 1120a, furthermore, the structure of each adjusting unit is the same. Taking one of the adjusting units 1140a as an example, its first adjusting member 1141 is connected to one side of the seat 1120a in the horizontal width direction, specifically connected to the connecting position of the leg support portions 1122 and the connecting sheets 1123, and the second adjusting member 1142 is connected to the buttocks support portion 1121. After the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 are connected, the seat 1120a can also be in the collapsed position to reduce the width of the seat 1120a. Of course, the connection positions of the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 can be interchanged.

In this embodiment, the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 are preferably ring buckles and fixed buckles, but they are not limited to this, rather, the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 may also be cooperative plug-in buckles, snap buckles, magic tapes, zippers and the like. In addition, of course, the structure of each adjustment unit can also be the structure in any of the above-mentioned embodiments.

Continuing to refer to FIG. 9, in use of the baby carrying harness 1100 in this embodiment, if a larger baby is carried, when the larger baby sits facing the caregiver, none the adjustment units 1140a and 1140b are not buckled, as shown in FIG. 9. At this time, the seat 1120a is in the extended position and has the maximum width, thereby having a larger supporting and enclosing space, so the baby may sit more comfortable. If a larger baby sits with back facing the caregiver (sitting forward), the legs and torso of the baby will need a larger extension space. At this time, the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 of the two upper adjusting units 1140a can be respectively buckled, while none the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 of the two lower adjusting units 1140b is buckled, such that the upper half of the seat 1120a is folded and narrowed, that is, the width of the upper half of the seat 1120a is smaller than the width of the lower half of the seat 1120a, thereby making the legs and torso of the baby have a large extension space. If the carried baby is small and sitting facing the caregiver, none of the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 of the two upper adjusting units 1140a is buckled, while the first adjusting member 1141 and the second adjusting member 1142 of the two lower adjusting units 1140b are all buckled, so the lower half of the seat 1120a is folded and narrowed, that is, the width of the lower half of the seat 1120a is smaller than the width of the upper half of the seat 1120a, so as to form a seat space that fits a smaller baby and can better support the baby's back.

Now referring to FIGS. 10-19, the height adjustment assembly 1150 of the baby carrying harness 1100 of the invention can be arranged based on any of the above embodiments, that is, the baby carrying harness 1100 may be arranged with both the width adjustment assembly 1140 and the height adjustment assembly 1150, or be arranged singly, that is, may be arranged with only the height adjustment assembly 1150. Either way, the arrangement of the height adjustment assembly 1150 will not be affected. The different structures of the adjustment assembly 1150 will be described hereinbelow.

Firstly referring to FIGS. 10-12, in the fourth embodiment of the baby carrying harness 1100 of the invention, the height adjustment assembly 1150 is arranged on an inner side of the support sheet 1120. When the height adjustment assembly 1150 is in the connected state, it is respectively connected to the upper and lower sides of the buttocks support portion 1121, such that the seat 1120a is in a collapsed position in the height direction thereof, hereby increasing the sitting height of the baby.

In this embodiment, the height adjustment assembly 1150 includes a third adjusting member 1151 and a fourth adjusting member 1152 that are detachably connected, and the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting member 1152 are respectively arranged above and below the buttocks support portion 1121. When the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting member 1152 are connected to each other, the buttocks support portion 1121 can be in a collapsed position in the height direction, thereby increasing the sitting height of the baby.

More specifically, the third adjusting member 1151 is arranged above the buttocks support portion 1121 and connected to the support sheet 1120, the fourth adjusting member 1152 is arranged below the buttocks support portion 1121, and the fourth adjusting member 1152 may be connected to the support sheet 1120, the waist belt 1110 or the shoulder straps 1130. In this way, when a smaller baby needs to be carried, it is only necessary to connect the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting member 1152, such that the seat 1120a is in the collapsed position in its height direction, as shown in FIG. 11, thereby making the support position of the baby's buttocks higher, that is, increasing the sitting height of the baby, making the baby more comfortable to sit, and forming a seating space that fits the smaller baby at the same time, so as to effectively support the baby and prevent the baby from accidentally falling. When the caregiver needs to carry a larger baby, he/she only needs to detach the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting member 1152, such that the seat 1120a is in the extended position in its height direction, as shown in FIG. 10. At this time, the position of the buttocks support portion 1121 is lowered after the baby sit, thereby achieving a larger seating space to accommodate the larger baby and improve his/her sitting comfort.

Referring to FIGS. 10-11, in this embodiment, a fixing member 1131 is disposed at front ends of the shoulder straps 1130, and the fixing member 1131 is fixedly connected to the front ends of the two shoulder straps 1130. The fourth adjusting member 1152 is connected to the fixing member 1131, such that the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting member 1152 can be connected and detached more conveniently.

In this embodiment, the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting member 1152 are preferably zippers cooperative to each other. The zippers can be easily connected and disconnected, so as to adjust the sitting height of the baby. Of course, the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting member 1152 are not limited to zippers, rather, the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting member 1152 may also be cooperative plug-in buckles, snap buckles, magic tapes, or fixing buckles and fixing holes that can be detachably cooperative to each other, etc.

It should be noted, in this embodiment, the height adjustment assembly 1150 may also be optionally arranged on the outside of the support sheet 1120. At this time, the fourth adjusting member 1152 is arranged below the buttocks support portion 1121 and connected to the support sheet 1120 or the waist belt 1110.

Furthermore, both the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting member 1152 can be provided by a plurality. In this manner, a plurality of third adjusting members 1151 and/or a plurality of fourth adjusting members 1152 are all arranged at intervals along the lengthwise direction of the support sheet 1120. In use, the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting member 1152 at a certain height position can be connected according to requirements, so as to achieve the purpose of a multi-section adjustment.

Now referring to FIGS. 13-16, in the fifth embodiment of the baby carrying harness 1100 of the invention, the difference compared with the fourth embodiment is only that the height adjustment assembly 1150 further includes a height adjusting member 1153, and at least one end of the height adjusting member 1153 is detachably connected to the third adjusting member 1151 and/or the fourth adjusting member 1152. When the height adjusting member 1153 is connected to the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting member 1152, the buttocks support portion 1121 can be in a collapsed position in its height direction, such that the support position of the baby's buttocks becomes higher, and increase the sitting height of the baby. After the height adjusting member 1153 is detached from the third adjusting member 1151 and/or the fourth adjusting member 1152, the buttocks support portion 1121 is in a natural extended position, thereby lowering the sitting position of the baby. By the arrangement of the height adjusting member 1153, not only the sitting position can be adjusted more conveniently and quickly, but also allows the height adjusting member 1153 to support the baby's buttocks after adjustment, thereby making the baby's buttocks support more flat and improving the sitting comfort.

In this embodiment, two ends of the height adjusting member 1153 are detachably connected to the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting member 1152, respectively. For details, referring to FIGS. 13-16, the two ends of the height adjusting member 1153 are respectively provided with a fifth adjusting member 1154 detachably connected to the third adjusting member 1151 and a sixth adjusting member 1155 detachably connected to the fourth adjusting member 1152. In this way, after the third adjusting member 1151 is connected to the fifth adjusting member 1154, and the fourth adjusting member 1152 is connected to the sixth adjusting member 1155, installation of the height adjusting member 1153 is achieved, so as to make the buttocks support portion 1121 to be in the collapsed position.

Referring to FIGS. 15-16, in this embodiment, a fixing member 1131 is disposed at the front ends of the shoulder straps 1130, and the fixing member 1131 is fixedly connected to the front ends of the two shoulder straps 1130, moreover, the fourth adjusting member 1152 is connected to the fixing member 1131. Therefore, after the height adjusting member 1153 is installed, its lower end is connected to the shoulder straps 1130.

In this embodiment, the third adjusting member 1151 and the fifth adjusting member 1154, the fourth adjusting member 1152 and the sixth adjusting member 1155 are zippers cooperative to each other, and the zippers can realize quick installation and detachment of the height adjusting member 1153, thereby making the adjustment operation of the sitting height of the baby more convenient and quick. Of course the height adjusting member 1153 may also be installed by using cooperative plug-in buckles, snap buckles, magic tapes, or fixing buckles and fixing holes that can be detachably cooperative to each other, etc.

Continuing to refer to FIGS. 13-16, when the baby carrying harness 1100 in this embodiment is in use, if a smaller baby needs to be carried, the height adjusting member 1153 may respectively connect to the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting member 1152, as shown in FIG. 16. At this time, the buttocks support portion 1121 is in a collapsed position in its height direction, and the height adjusting member 1153 forms a support position for the baby's buttocks, such that the support position of the baby's buttocks becomes higher in respect to the waist belt 1110, and raises the sitting height of the baby, thereby forming a seating space fitting the smaller baby, and in turn enabling the baby to obtain an effective support, avoiding accidental falling of the baby. Meanwhile the buttocks support position formed by the height adjusting member 1153 is flatter and the supporting area is larger, which makes the baby more comfortable to sit. If a larger baby needs to be carried, the height adjusting member 1153 may be detached respectively from the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting member 1152, such that the buttocks support portion 1121 is in an extended position, as shown in FIG. 13. the position of the buttocks support portion 1121 is lowered respect to the waist belt 1110 after the baby sits, so as to obtain a larger space for the buttocks support portion 1121 to accommodate the larger baby and improve his/her comfort in sitting.

Now referring to FIGS. 17-19, in the sixth embodiment of the baby carrying harness 1100 of the invention, the difference compared with the fourth and fifth embodiments described above is that the height adjustment assembly 1150 is arranged in a different manner. In this embodiment, the height adjustment assembly 1150 is arranged on the outside of the support sheet 1120, and the height adjustment assembly 1150 includes a third adjusting member 1151 and a fourth adjusting member 1152 that are detachably connected, furthermore, one of the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting member 1152 is provided with a buttocks support portion 1121.

More specifically, one of the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting member 1152 is arranged at the buttocks support portion 1121, and the other one of the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting member 1152 is arranged above and/or below the buttocks support portion 1121. When the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting member 1152 are connected, the buttocks support portion 1121 is in a collapsed position in its height direction, thereby adjusting the sitting position of the baby.

As shown in FIG. 17, in a specific embodiment, the height adjustment assembly 1150 has a third adjusting member 1151 and two fourth adjusting members 1152. The third adjusting member 1151 is arranged at the buttocks support portion 1121, and the two fourth adjusting members 1152 are respectively arranged above the buttocks support portion 1121 and at the waist belt 1110. Moreover, the third adjusting member 1151 and the fourth adjusting members 1152 are arranged at intervals along the lengthwise direction of the support sheet 1120, and the third adjusting member 1151 is optionally connected to one of the fourth adjusting members 1152. Specifically, when the third adjusting member 1151 is connected to the fourth adjusting member 1152 above the buttocks support portion 1121, as shown in FIG. 18, the buttocks support portion 1121 is in a collapsed position in its height direction, such that the support position of the baby's buttocks may be raised in respect to the waist belt 1110, so as to raise the sitting height of the baby to make the baby more comfortable in sitting, and form a seating space fitting a smaller baby to facilitate carry the smaller baby. When the third adjusting member 1151 is connected to the fourth adjusting member 1152 above the buttocks support portion 1121, as shown in FIG. 19, the buttocks support portion 1121 is in an extended position in its height direction, such that the support position of the baby's buttocks is lowered, thereby reducing the sitting height of the baby, and obtaining a larger seating space in turn to accommodate a larger baby and improve his/her comfort in sitting.

Understandably, the number of the fourth adjusting members 1152 is not limited to two, instead, a plurality of fourth adjusting members 1152 can be respectively provided above and below the buttocks support portion 1121, such that the third adjusting member 1151 can be optionally connected to any fourth adjusting member 1152, thereby achieving a multi-section adjustment. Correspondingly, a plurality of third adjusting members 1151 may also be provided on the buttocks support portion 1121, so a multi-section adjustment may also be achieved by selectively connecting the third adjusting members 1151 at different height positions to the fourth adjusting members 1152 located above or below.

In this embodiment, the third adjusting members 1151 and the fourth adjusting members 1152 are cooperative male and female buckles on magic tapes. The magic tapes may make the operation of height adjustment easier and labor-saving. Of course, the third adjusting members 1151 and the fourth adjusting members 1152 are not limited to magic tapes, instead, the third adjusting members 1151 and the fourth adjusting members 1152 may also adopt cooperative plug-in buckles, snaps, zippers, or cooperative fixing buckles and fixing holes, and the like.

As shown, in the fourth, fifth, and sixth embodiments described above, if the width of the buttocks support portion 1121 needs to be adjusted, the adjustment may be carried out in the manner as in the first to third embodiments. For example, in the sixth embodiment, the structure of the seat 1120a is arranged as same as that of the above-mentioned first embodiment, that is, the seat 1120a has a buttocks support portion 1121, two leg support portions 1122, and two connecting sheets 1123, and the seat 1120a is arranged to have the width adjustment assembly 1140 of any one of the first to third embodiments. Therefore, the width and/or height of the seat 1120a may be selectively adjusted, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the sitting height and/or sitting width of the baby.

In summary, since in the baby carrying harness 1100 of the invention, the width adjustment assembly 1140 and/or the height adjustment assembly 1150 are provided on the seat 1120a of the support sheet 1120, according to different body types of babies or different sitting styles, the height adjustment assembly 1150 may be selectively adjusted for adjusting the sitting height of the baby and/or the width adjustment assembly 1140 may be selectively adjusted for adjusting the sitting width of the baby, such that a seating space that fits smaller babies is formed between the seat 1120a and the carrying harness, or alternatively, neither the width adjustment assembly 1140 nor the height adjustment assembly 1150 is adjusted, so as to obtain a larger seating space to effectively support the larger babies, that is, in the baby carrying harness 1100 of the invention, the size of the seat 1120a can be adaptively adjusted conveniently and quickly according to different requirements, so as to achieve the best use state and ensure the safety and comfort of the baby in sitting.

The structure and connection mode of the undescribed parts of the baby carrying harness 1100 of the invention are substantively conventional arrangement that are well known to those of ordinary skill in the art, and detailed description will not be provided here.

Now the seventh embodiment of the application will be described.

As shown in FIGS. 20-24, the baby carrying harness 2100 capable of adjusting seat height according to the seventh embodiment of the invention includes a carrying assembly 2001 that is wearable on a user and a support sheet 2002 that is connected to the carrying assembly 2001. The carrying assembly 2001 includes a waist belt (i.e., waist member) 2011 and two shoulder straps 2012. Front ends of shoulder straps (i.e., shoulder members) 2012 are connected to an upper part of the support sheet 2002, rear ends of the shoulder straps 2012 are connected to a middle of the support sheet 2002, and the lower part of the support sheet 2002 and the carrying assembly 2001 are enclosed to form a seat 2003 for the baby to sit on. The seat 2003 is provided with a height adjustment assembly 2031, and the seat 2003 has an extended position and a collapsed position that are opposite to each other by the height adjustment assembly 2031. A horizontal height of the extended position is lower than that of the collapsed position. More specifically, the seat 2003 changes its connection with the height adjustment assembly 2031, so as switch the seat 2003 between the extended position and the collapsed position. More specifically, the connection relationship between the seat 2003 and the height adjustment assembly 2031 includes a first connection relationship and a second connection relationship. The first connection relationship makes the seat 2003 in the extended position, and the second connection relationship makes the seat 2003 in the collapsed position. More specifically, the seat 2003 is detachably connected to the height adjustment assembly 2031, and the seat 2003 is connected to the height adjustment assembly 2031 to form the first connection relationship, moreover, the height adjustment assembly 2031 is detached from the seat 2003 to form the second connection relationship.

As shown in FIGS. 21-24, the height adjustment assembly 2031 is disposed on the inner side of the support sheet 2002. More specifically, the height adjustment assembly 2031 includes a connecting sheet 2311, one end of the connecting sheets 2311 is detachably connected to the lower part of each of the shoulder straps 2012, and the other one end of the connecting sheet 2311 is detachably connected to the upper part of the support sheet 2002. More specifically, the front ends of the shoulder straps 2012 are sleeved with a fixing member 2121, and the fixing member 2121 is fixedly connected to the front ends of the two shoulder straps 2012. More specifically, two ends of the connecting sheet 2311 are detachably connected to the fixing member 2121 and the upper part of the support sheet 2002 through zipper structures 2312, respectively. More specifically, the rear end of each of the shoulder straps 2012 is connected to a weaved strap structure 2122. More specifically, the weaved strap structures 2122 at the rear ends of the two shoulder straps 2012 are respectively fixedly connected to the two ends of the fixing member 2121.

In use, when the caregiver needs to carry a smaller baby, he/she only needs to make the connecting sheet 2311 be in closed connection respectively with the fixing member 2121 and the upper part of the support sheet 2002 through the zipper structures 2312. At this time, the connecting sheet 2311 and the seat 2003 are in the first connection relationship, such that the seat 2003 of the baby carrying harness 2100 capable of adjusting seat height is in the collapsed position, and the support position of the baby's buttocks becomes higher, forming a seat space that fits the smaller baby, and in turn enabling the baby to obtain an effective support, avoiding accidental falling of the baby. When the caregiver needs to carry a larger baby, he/she only needs to detach the connecting sheet 2311 from the seat 2003 through the zipper structures 2312, at this time, the connecting sheet 2311 and the seat 2003 are in the second connection relationship, such that the seat 2003 of the baby carrying harness 2100 capable of adjusting seat height is in the extended position, so the support position of the baby's buttocks is lowered, thereby achieving a larger seating space to accommodate the larger baby and improve his/her sitting comfort.

Now the eighth embodiment of the application will be described hereinbelow.

Referring to FIG. 25-27, according to the eighth embodiment of the invention, the baby carrying harness 2100 capable of adjusting seat height includes a carrying assembly 2001 that is wearable on a user and a support sheet 2002 connected to the carrying assembly 2001 for carrying a baby. The carrying assembly 2001 includes a waist belt 2011 and two shoulder straps 2012. Front ends of the shoulder straps 2012 are connected to an upper part of the support sheet 2002, and rear ends of the shoulder straps 2012 are connected to a middle of the support sheet 2002, moreover, a lower part of the support sheet 2002 and the carrying assembly 2001 are enclosed to form a seat 2003 for a baby to sit. The seat 2003 is provided with a height adjustment assembly 2031, and the seat 2003 has an extended position and a collapsed position oppose to each other by the height adjustment assembly 2031. A horizontal height of the extended position is lower than a horizontal height of the collapsed position. Specifically, the seat 2003 may be switched between the extended position and the collapsed position by changing the connection relationship with the height adjustment assembly 2031. Specifically, the connection relationship between the seat 2003 and the height adjustment assembly 2031 has a first connection relationship and a second connection relationship. The first connection relationship makes the seat 2003 in the extended position, and the second connection relationship makes the seat 2003 in the collapsed position.

Referring to FIGS. 26-27, the height adjustment assembly 2031 is arranged on the outer side of the support sheet 2002. Specifically, the height adjustment assembly 2031 includes a first connecting member 2313a, a second connecting member 2313b, and a third connecting member 2313c. The first connecting member 2313a, the second connecting member 2313b, and the third connecting member 2313c are arranged in a row on the lower part of the support sheet 2002 and the front end of the waist belt 2011. More specifically, the first connecting member 2313a and the second connecting member 2313b are arranged on the lower part of the support sheet 2002, and the third connecting member 2313c is arranged on the front end of the waist belt 2011. In the eighth embodiment, the second connecting member 2313b is a male buckle on magic tape, and the first connecting member 2313a and the third connecting member 2313c are female buckles on magic tape, but not limited to this, that is, alternatively, the first connecting member 2313a, the second connecting member 2313b, and the third connecting member 2313c can also adopt one of buttons and fixing rings, snap buttons, zippers and plug-in buttons cooperative to each other. By the adhesive buckling between the female buckle on magic tape of the first connecting member 2313a and the male buckle on magic tape of the second connecting member 2313b arranged on the support sheet 2002, the support sheet 2002 may raise the height position of the seat 2003, such that the seat 2003 is in the collapsed position. By the adhesive buckling between the male buckle on magic tape of the second connecting member 2313b arranged on the support sheet 2002 and the female buckle on magic tape of the third connecting member 2313c on the waist belt 2011, the support sheet 2002 may lower the height position of the seat 2003, such that the seat 2003 is in the extended position.

In use, when the caregiver needs to carry a smaller baby, he/she only needs to perform an adhesive buckling between the female buckle on magic tape of the first connecting member 2313a and the male buckle on magic tape of the second connecting member 2313b arranged on the support sheet 2002. At this time, the first connecting member 2313a and the second connecting member 2313b are in the first connection relationship with the seat 2003, such that the seat 2003 of the baby carrying harness 2100 capable of adjusting seat height is in the collapsed position, and the support position of the baby's buttocks becomes higher, forming a seat space that fits the smaller baby, and in turn enabling the baby to obtain an effective support, avoiding accidental falling of the baby. When the caregiver needs to carry a larger baby, he/she only needs to perform an adhesive buckling between the male buckle on magic tape of the second connecting member 2313b on the support sheet 2002 and the female buckle on magic tape of the third connecting member 2313c arranged on the waist belt 2011. At this time, the second connecting member 2313b and the third connecting member 2313c are in the second connecting relationship with the seat 2003, such that the seat 2003 of the baby carrying harness 2100 capable of adjusting seat height is in the extended position, so the support position of the baby's buttocks is lowered, thereby achieving a larger seating space to accommodate the larger baby and improve his/her sitting comfort.

Referring to FIGS. 20-27, in the baby carrying harness 2100 capable of adjusting seat height of the invention, the seat 2003 is provided with a height adjustment assembly 2031, and the seat 2003 has an extended position and a collapsed position opposite to each other by the height adjustment assembly 2031. The size of the seat 2003 can be easily and quickly adjusted according to the different sizes of babies, so as to achieve the best use state. For a young baby, the size of the baby is relatively small, accordingly, the seat 2003 is in the collapsed position by being connected to the height adjustment assembly 2031, such that the support position of the baby's buttocks becomes higher, forming a seat space that fits the smaller baby, thereby enabling the baby to obtain an effective support, avoiding accidental falling of the baby. Then, as the baby grows, the size of the baby becomes larger, and the seat 2003 is in the extended position by the detachment of the height adjustment assembly 2031, such that the support position of the baby's buttocks is lowered, thereby achieving a larger seating space to accommodate the larger baby.

What is disclosed above is only the preferred embodiment of the invention, and certainly cannot limit the scope of rights of the invention with this, so any equivalent changes made according to the scope of the patent application of the invention still belong to the scope covered by the invention.
