Abstract
A backpack comprising a backpack body and a back cover is provided, an accommodating house is formed in the backpack body; and a first opening is defined in the backpack body to communicate the accommodating house with outside; the back cover is mounted on the backpack body detachably to cover or open the first opening of the backpack body. When implementing the backpack of the present application, the following advantageous effects can be achieved: the back cover is mounted on the backpack body detachably, so that the back cover or the backpack body can be replaced. Thus, when the back cover or the backpack body is damaged, the user of the backpack doesn't have to buy a completely new backpack.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present application relates to a backpack.


BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Backpacks configured for loading goods such as books, clothes, and foods are widely used in daily lives. A backpack in the prior art generally includes a backpack body and a back cover. If either the backpack body or the back cover is damaged in use, the backpack may be unable to be used. Thus, the backpack owner has to buy a completely new backpack, which brings troubles and financial loss to the backpack owner.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The objective of the present application is to provide a backpack, aiming at the defect that a backpack in the prior art may be unable to be used when either a backpack body of the backpack or a back cover of the backpack is damaged.


The technical solutions of the present application for solving the technical problems are as follows:


in one aspect, a backpack comprising a backpack body and a back cover is provided, an accommodating house is formed in the backpack body; and a first opening is defined in the backpack body to communicate the accommodating house with outside; the back cover is mounted on the backpack body detachably to cover or open the first opening of the backpack body.


In one embodiment, the back cover is mounted on the backpack body via a zipper detachably.


In another embodiment, the zipper includes a first zipper rack and a second zipper rack corresponding to the first zipper rack; the first zipper rack is disposed along the edge of the first opening of the backpack body; the second zipper rack is disposed on the back cover, and a zipper puller is movably mounted on the first zipper rack or the second zipper rack; the first zipper rack engages with the second zipper rack via the zipper puller detachably.


In another embodiment, the zipper includes a first zipper rack and a second zipper rack corresponding to the first zipper rack; the first zipper rack is disposed along the edge of the first opening of the backpack body; and the second zipper rack is disposed on the back cover; one zipper puller is movably mounted on the first zipper rack, and one zipper puller is movably mounted on the second zipper rack; the first zipper rack engages with the second zipper rack via any one of the zipper pullers detachably.


In another embodiment, the back cover is mounted on the backpack body via a plurality of fasteners detachably.


In another embodiment, each of the fasteners includes a fastener body and a recess corresponding to the fastener body; a plurality of the fastener bodies are disposed along the edge of the first opening of the backpack body, and a plurality of the recesses are disposed on the back cover; the fastener bodies are detachably buckled in the recesses respectively.


In another embodiment, each of the fasteners includes a fastener body and a recess corresponding to the fastener body; a plurality of the recesses are disposed along the edge of the first opening of the backpack body, and a plurality of the fastener bodies are disposed on the back cover; the fastener bodies are detachably buckled in the recesses respectively.


In another embodiment, the back cover is mounted on the backpack body via a Velcro detachably.


In another embodiment, the Velcro includes a velour area and a crochet area corresponding to the velour area; the velour area is disposed along the edge of the first opening of the backpack body, and the crochet area is disposed on the back cover; and the crochet area is stick to the velour area detachably.


In another embodiment, the Velcro includes a velour area and a crochet area corresponding to the velour area; the crochet area is disposed along the edge of the first opening of the backpack body, and the velour area is disposed on the back cover; and the crochet area is stick to the velour area detachably.


When implementing the backpack of the present application, the following advantageous effects can be achieved: the back cover is mounted on the backpack body detachably, so that both the back cover and the backpack body can be replaced. Thus, when either the back cover or the backpack body is damaged, the user of the backpack can only buy a new back cover or a new backpack body to replace the damaged one, and doesn't need to buy a whole new backpack.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

In the present application, a backpack 100 comprises a backpack body 101 and a back cover 102 mounted on the backpack body 101 detachably.


Specifically, an accommodating house is formed in the backpack body 101, and the accommodating house is configured for loading goods, such as books, clothes, and other things. A first opening is defined in the backpack body 101 to communicate the accommodating house with outside. The back cover 102 is connected with the backpack body 101 to form the backpack 100, and the back cover 102 can be moved to cover or open the first opening of the backpack body 101. Thus, the backpack 100 can be used as a conventional backpack.


Advantageously, in the present application, two straps 103 are arranged on the back cover 102. Specifically, the two straps 103 are sewed on the back cover 102. Of course, the connection method between the straps 103 and the back cover 102 is not limited to the sewed method, and can be a buckled method. Particularly, two ends of each of the straps 103 are buckled on the back cover 102 to achieve a connection between each of the straps 103 and the back cover 102. Thus, when the back cover 102 is mounted on the backpack body 101 to form the backpack 100, a user can carry the backpack 100 conveniently via the two straps 103. It is understood that there can also be only one strap 103 sewed on the back cover 102.


Normally, the two straps 103 are flexible, and can be made of cotton or chemical fiber, etc.


Additionally, the two straps 103 can also be arranged on the backpack body 101. Advantageously, the two straps 103 are respectively sewed on two external side surfaces of the backpack body 101 that are opposite to each other. Moreover, both the two straps 103 abut the first opening of the backpack body 101. Thus, when the back cover 102 is mounted on the backpack body 101 to form the backpack 100, a user can carry the backpack 100 via the two straps 103 conveniently.


Of course, the two straps 103 can also be mounted in the accommodating house. In this situation, two through-holes corresponding to the two straps 103 should be defined in the back cover 102. When the back cover 102 is mounted on the backpack body 101, the two straps 103 can pass through the two through-holes of the back cover 102 respectively, so that a user can use the two straps 103 to carry the backpack 100.


The present application provides three connection methods for connecting the back cover 102 with the backpack body 101, and the three connection methods are respectively described in the following three embodiments.



FIG. 1 is an exploded view of a backpack 100 of a first embodiment of the present application.


In the first embodiment, the back cover 102 is mounted on the backpack body 101 via a zipper 200 detachably. Specifically, the zipper 200 includes a first zipper rack 201 and a second zipper rack 202 corresponding to the first zipper rack 201. The first zipper rack 201 is disposed along the edge of the first opening of the backpack body 101, and the second zipper rack 202 is disposed on the back cover 102. A zipper puller 203 is movably mounted on the first zipper rack 201 or the second zipper rack 202. Thus, the first zipper rack 201 can engage with the second zipper rack 202 via the zipper puller 203, so that the backpack body 101 can be mounted on the back cover 102.


It is understood that two zipper pullers 203 can be provided. In this embodiment, one zipper puller 203 is movably mounted on the first zipper rack 201, and the other zipper puller 203 is movably mounted on the second zipper rack 202. The first zipper rack 201 can engage with the second zipper rack 202 via any one of the two zipper pullers 203, so that the backpack body 101 can be mounted on the back cover 102. Moreover, the first zipper rack 201 can be separated from the second zipper rack 202, so that the backpack body 101 can be separated from the back cover 102. By adopting the two zipper pullers 203, the situation that the only one damaged zipper puller 203 causes unavailability of the backpack 100 is avoided.


When the backpack body 101 is mounted on the back cover 102, the zipper 200 can be used to open or close the first opening of the accommodating house. Thus, goods can be received by the accommodating house.


Of course, a second opening can be defined in the backpack body 101 to communicate the accommodating house with outside. Moreover, the second opening can be sealed by a sealed device 500 mounted on the backpack body 101, such as a zipper, a buckle or a Velcro, etc. Thus, goods can be put into the accommodating house through the second opening.



FIG. 2 is an exploded view of a backpack 100a of a second embodiment of the present application.


The backpack 100a also includes a backpack body 101 and a back cover 102. The difference between the backpack 100a of the second embodiment and the backpack 100 of the first embodiment is that the backpack 100a of the second embodiment adopts another connection method for connecting the backpack body 101 with the back cover 102.


In the second embodiment, the back cover 102 is mounted on the backpack body 101 via a plurality of fasteners 300 detachably. Specifically, each of the fasteners 300 includes a fastener body 301 and a recess 302 corresponding to the fastener body 301. A plurality of the fastener bodies 301 are disposed along the edge of the first opening of the backpack body 101, and a plurality of the recesses 302 are disposed on the back cover 102. Thus, as the fastener bodies 301 are detachably buckled in the recesses 302 respectively, the backpack body 101 is mounted on the back cover 102.


It is understood that a plurality of the recesses 302 are disposed along the edge of the first opening of the backpack body 101, and a plurality of the fastener bodies 301 are disposed on the back cover 102, as shown in FIG. 2.


The fastener body 301 can be separated from the recess 302 corresponding to the fastener body 301, so that the first opening is open. Goods can be put into the accommodating house via the first opening.



FIG. 3 is an exploded view of a backpack 100b of a third embodiment of the present application.


The backpack 100b also includes a backpack body 101 and a back cover 102. The difference between the backpack 100b of the third embodiment and the backpack 100 of the first embodiment is that the backpack 100b of the third embodiment adopts another connection method for connecting the backpack body 101 with the back cover 102.


In the third embodiment, the back cover 102 is mounted on the backpack body 101 via a Velcro 400 detachably. Specifically, the Velcro 400 includes a velour area 401 and a crochet area 402 corresponding to the velour area 401. The velour area 401 is disposed along the edge of the first opening of the backpack body 101, and the crochet area 402 is disposed on the back cover 102. The crochet area 402 is stick to the velour area 401 detachably. Thus, as the crochet area 402 is stick to the velour area 401, the backpack body 101 is mounted on the back cover 102.


It is understood that the crochet area 402 can be disposed along the edge of the first opening of the backpack body 101, and the velour area 401 can be disposed on the back cover 102 correspondingly.


The velour area 401 can be separated from the crochet area 402 corresponding to the velour area 401 partially, so that the first opening is open. Goods can be put into the accommodating house via the first opening.


Advantageously, the backpack body 101 can be mounted on the back cover 102 by adopting both the zipper 200 and the fastener 300, wherein the fastener 300 has a locating function for the convenience of closing the first opening via the zipper 200.


Additionally, the backpack body 101 can also be mounted on the back cover 102 by adopting both the zipper 200 and the Velcro 400.


While the embodiments of the present application are described with reference to the accompanying drawings above, the present application is not limited to the above-mentioned specific implementations. In fact, the above-mentioned specific implementations are intended to be exemplary not to be limiting. In the inspiration of the present application, those ordinary skills in the art can also make many modifications without breaking away from the subject of the present application and the protection scope of the claims. All these modifications belong to the protection of the present application.

Claims
  • 1. A backpack comprising a backpack body and a back cover, wherein, an accommodating house is formed in the backpack body; and a first opening is defined in the backpack body to communicate the accommodating house with outside; the back cover is mounted on the backpack body detachably to cover or open the first opening of the backpack body.
  • 2. The backpack according to claim 1, wherein, the back cover is mounted on the backpack body via a zipper detachably.
  • 3. The backpack according to claim 2, wherein, the zipper includes a first zipper rack and a second zipper rack corresponding to the first zipper rack; the first zipper rack is disposed along the edge of the first opening of the backpack body; the second zipper rack is disposed on the back cover, and a zipper puller is movably mounted on the first zipper rack or the second zipper rack; the first zipper rack engages with the second zipper rack via the zipper puller detachably.
  • 4. The backpack according to claim 2, wherein, the zipper includes a first zipper rack and a second zipper rack corresponding to the first zipper rack; the first zipper rack is disposed along the edge of the first opening of the backpack body; and the second zipper rack is disposed on the back cover; one zipper puller is movably mounted on the first zipper rack, and one zipper puller is movably mounted on the second zipper rack; the first zipper rack engages with the second zipper rack via any one of the zipper pullers detachably.
  • 5. The backpack according to claim 1, wherein, the back cover is mounted on the backpack body via a plurality of fasteners detachably.
  • 6. The backpack according to claim 5, wherein, each of the fasteners includes a fastener body and a recess corresponding to the fastener body; a plurality of the fastener bodies are disposed along the edge of the first opening of the backpack body, and a plurality of the recesses are disposed on the back cover; the fastener bodies are detachably buckled in the recesses respectively.
  • 7. The backpack according to claim 5, wherein, each of the fasteners includes a fastener body and a recess corresponding to the fastener body; a plurality of the recesses are disposed along the edge of the first opening of the backpack body, and a plurality of the fastener bodies are disposed on the back cover; the fastener bodies are detachably buckled in the recesses respectively.
  • 8. The backpack according to claim 1, wherein, the back cover is mounted on the backpack body via a Velcro detachably.
  • 9. The backpack according to claim 8, wherein, the Velcro includes a velour area and a crochet area corresponding to the velour area; the velour area is disposed along the edge of the first opening of the backpack body, and the crochet area is disposed on the back cover; and the crochet area is stick to the velour area detachably.
  • 10. The backpack according to claim 8, wherein, the Velcro includes a velour area and a crochet area corresponding to the velour area; the crochet area is disposed along the edge of the first opening of the backpack body, and the velour area is disposed on the back cover; and the crochet area is stick to the velour area detachably.
