Abstract
A bag structure includes a packaging bag, a plurality of cooked tapioca pearls and an impregnated liquid. The packaging bag has an interior provided with a receiving space. The packaging bag has a top end provided with an air draining section connected to the receiving space. The air draining section has an outer end provided with an adhering strip and a diaphragm. The diaphragm is located above the adhering strip and forms an air vent hole to drain hot air and to prevent the packaging bag from being exploded. The cooked tapioca pearls and the impregnated liquid are filled into the packaging bag, and the packaging bag is heated by microwaves or boiling water for diet.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a bag structure and, more particularly, to a bag structure containing cooked or boiled tapioca pearls and an impregnated liquid.

2. Description of the Related Art

A conventional technique of processing tapioca pearls comprises heating water in a pot until the water is boiled, pouring raw tapioca pearls in the boiling water until the raw tapioca pearls are cooked, and cooling the cooked tapioca pearls until the cooked tapioca pearls are chilled. Thus, the cooked tapioca pearls are edible. However, when the cooked tapioca pearls are placed during a long period of time or stored in the refrigerator, the cooked tapioca pearls are hardened easily and lose the soft taste. In addition, the cooked tapioca pearls only have a single taste, so that the consumers are easily tired of the fixed taste during a long time of diet.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

For solving the problems of the traditional method of processing the raw tapioca pearls, the primary objective of the present invention is to provide a bag structure containing cooked tapioca pearls that are immersed in an impregnated liquid which has diverse flavors, so that the cooked tapioca pearls have different tastes by the impregnated liquid to provide a fresh sensation to the consumer. The cooked tapioca pearls and the impregnated liquid are filled into the packaging bag and are sealed. The packaging bag is frozen rapidly for storage. When the frozen packaging bag is defrosted by boiling water or by microwaves, the cooked tapioca pearls are edible right away.

In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a bag structure comprising a packaging bag, a plurality of cooked tapioca pearls and an impregnated liquid. The packaging bag has an interior provided with a receiving space. The packaging bag has a top end provided with an air draining section connected to the receiving space. The air draining section has an outer end provided with an adhering strip and a diaphragm. The diaphragm is located above the adhering strip and forms an air vent hole for exhaust, to drain hot air during microwaving. The cooked tapioca pearls and the impregnated liquid are filled into the packaging bag, and the packaging bag is heated by microwaves for diet.

Preferably, the packaging bag has a seal opening and is heated directly by hot water.

Preferably, the impregnated liquid contains syrup, extracted plant liquid or juice puree.

Preferably, the impregnated liquid is added with fruit pulps.

Further benefits and advantages of the present invention will become apparent after a careful reading of the detailed description with appropriate reference to the accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Referring to the drawings and initially to FIG. 1, a bag structure 1 in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a packaging bag 10, a plurality of cooked tapioca pearls 11 and an impregnated liquid 12. The packaging bag 10 has an interior provided with a receiving space 100. The packaging bag 10 has an end face (or a top end face) provided with an air draining section 101 connected to the receiving space 100. The air draining section 101 has an outer end provided with an adhering strip 1010. The adhering strip 1010 has an upper end provided with a diaphragm 1011. The cooked tapioca pearls 11 are made of raw tapioca pearls that are cooked or boiled previously. The impregnated liquid 12 contains syrup, extracted plant liquid or juice puree. Alternatively, the impregnated liquid 12 contains fruit pulps 120.

Referring to FIG. 2, the cooked tapioca pearls 11 and the impregnated liquid 12 are placed into the packaging bag 10 and received in the receiving space 100 of the packaging bag 10. Then, the packaging bag 10 is packed and sealed. The top end face of the packaging bag 10 is provided with the air draining section 101. The outer end of the air draining section 101 is provided with the adhering strip 1010. The upper end of the adhering strip 1010 is provided with the diaphragm 1011. Preferably, the diaphragm 1011 has a circular shape, and a shorter distance is defined between the diaphragm 1011 and the adhering strip 1010.

Referring to FIG. 3, the bag structure 1 is initially disposed at a frozen state. Then, the bag structure 1 is placed into and heated by boiling water of a pot 2 until the bag structure 1 is thawed completely. Thus, the user directly opens the bag structure 1 for diet.

Referring to FIG. 4, when the packaging bag 10 is heated or pressurized by microwaves, hot air with high pressure is produced in the receiving space 100 of the packaging bag 10 to inflate the packaging bag 10. When the packaging bag 10 is expanded, the air draining section 101 is expanded simultaneously.

Referring to FIG. 5, the air draining section 101 is expanded after the packaging bag 10 is expanded. At this time, the adhering strip 1010 of the air draining section 101 is squeezed by the high-pressure hot air and forms a breach, and the diaphragm 1011 is stretched and opened by the high-pressure hot air, so that the diaphragm 1011 is connected to the breach of the adhering strip 1010, and forms an air vent hole 1012 which drains the excessive high-pressure hot air to an ambient space to achieve a pressure release function, thereby preventing the packaging bag 10 from being exploded during the heating process. After the packaging bag 10 is heated by microwaves, the packaging bag 10 is opened, and the user directly eats the cooked tapioca pearls 11 in the packaging bag 10.

Accordingly, the raw tapioca pearls are cooked previously to make the cooked tapioca pearls 11, and the cooked tapioca pearls 11 and the impregnated liquid 12 are filled into the packaging bag 10. The cooked tapioca pearls 11 are immersed in the impregnated liquid 12 which affords different tastes to the cooked tapioca pearls 11. The packaging bag 10 is frozen rapidly for storage. When in diet, the frozen packaging bag 10 is defrosted by boiling water or by microwaves, and the cooked tapioca pearls 11 have good taste after thawing.

Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment(s) as mentioned above, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is, therefore, contemplated that the appended claim or claims will cover such modifications and variations that fall within the scope of the invention.
