1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to an improved baking oven structure, and more particularly to an appliance for baking food.
2. Description of the Related Art
As shown in
However, food in the internal drum 91 may not be uniformly heated due to the heating manner, and a top of the internal drum 91 can be merely provided with one opening. Food can be merely placed in or taken out of the opening to restrict the utilization, resulting in shortcoming to be overcome.
In view of the shortcomings of the prior art, the inventor(s) of the present invention based on years of experience in the related industry to conduct extensive researches and experiments, and finally developed an improved baking oven structure to overcome the foregoing problem.
A first objective of the invention is to provide an improved baking oven structure for uniformly heating food.
A second objective of the invention is to place food in or take food out of two ends of a main body of the improved baking oven structure.
A third objective of the invention is to have well conducting effect when smoke generated by a fire source flows in a gas chamber of the improved baking oven structure.
A fourth objective of the invention is to have an efficacy of releasing pressure when the gas pressure in the baking chamber of the internal drum is extremely high.
A fifth objective of the invention is to utilize an oil dropping basin to receive oil when food baked on the article placing rack drops oil.
A sixth objective of the invention is to utilize a fire source of an oven rack as a heat source when the main body is placed on the oven rack.
To achieve the foregoing objectives, the structure comprises: a main body showing a drum shape, the main body comprising an external drum and an internal drum, a bottom of the external drum of the main body placed on an oven rack and lain down, two ends of the main body connected to end portions of the external drum and the internal drum through each circular wall portion to form a gas chamber between the external drum and the internal drum; a bottom of the external drum having at least one air inlet, a top of the external drum having at least an exhaust outlet, the air inlet and the exhaust outlet respectively communicating the gas chamber; the internal drum having a baking chamber, at least one end of the baking chamber at two ends of the main body having an opening, at least one valve disposed to the main body to open and close the opening, and at least an article placing rack disposed in the baking chamber.
At least one chimney is disposed to the exhaust outlet of the external drum. A top of the internal drum has an exhaust pipe protruding the external drum. A top of the exhaust pipe has a pressure relief port. A sealing cap is disposed to the pressure relief port and provided with a flexible member to push toward the pressure relief port. The sealing cap seals the pressure relief port.
An oil dropping basin is disposed under a bottom of the article placing rack in the baking chamber. Two ends of the baking chamber of the main body respectively have an opening. A valve is correspondingly disposed to each opening of the main body.
The foregoing and other technical characteristics of the present invention will become apparent with the detailed description of the preferred embodiments and the illustration of the related drawings.

An oven rack 5 in the embodiment has a shape corresponding to the bottom of the external drum 2. When the external drum 2 of the main body 1 is placed on the oven rack 5, the air inlet 20 is wrapped by the oven rack 5. In addition, at least one opening 50 is disposed to the oven rack 5. A fire source can be placed in the oven rack 5 through the opening 50.
When the baking oven in the embodiment is used, the oven rack 5 having the fire source is positioned. The main body 1 is lain down, and the external drum 2 is placed on the oven rack 5. The valve 32 is opened to open the opening end 300 to place food to be baked on the article placing rack. The valve 32 then is closed to seal the opening end 300. As shown in
Since a top of the exhaust pipe of the internal drum 3 is sealed by the sealing cap 331, the baking chamber 30 is still a sealing space. After the baking chamber 30 of the internal drum 3 is heated, the air pressure within the baking chamber 30 is increased. The air pressure in the baking chamber 30 is higher than the push force of the flexible member 332. The sealing cap 331 is outwardly pushed as shown in
Advantages of the invention can be found through the foregoing depiction. Heat generated by the fire source can enter the gas chamber 4 from the air inlets 20 at the bottom of the external drum 2 and be exhausted from the exhaust outlet 21 in the chimney 22 to uniformly heat the internal drum 3 so that food in the baking chamber 30 can be uniformly heated.
In addition, one end of the main body 1 is the opening end 300. Two ends of the main body 1 can also be provided with opening ends 300 in another embodiment. A valve 32 is respectively disposed to the opening ends 300. Accordingly, while placing food in the baking chamber 30 or taking baked food from the baking chamber 30, the opening ends 300 at two sides can be randomly selected to conveniently use the baking oven to bake food.
The invention improves over the prior art and complies with patent application requirements, and thus is duly filed for patent application. While the invention has been described by device of specific embodiments, numerous modifications and variations could be made thereto by those generally skilled in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention set forth in the claims.
