Claims
- 1. A bar code reader having MR device as magnetic sensor, comprising:
- a bridge circuit composed of a MR device and resistors:
- a differential amplification circuit and a noninverted amplification circuit connected in series to an output of said bridge circuit;
- a differentiation circuit connected to an output of said noninverted amplification circuit;
- a comparison circuit connected to an output of said differentiation circuit;
- and a signal processing circuit comprising a signal output circuit connected to an output of said comparison circuit.
- 2. A bar code reader having a MR device as magnetic sensor according to claim 1, in which:
- said bridge circuit consists of said MR device and said resistors and
- a signal processing circuit to process the output signal from said bridge circuit formed integrally in a single mold.
- 3. A bar code reader having a MR device as magnetic sensor according to claim 1, in which:
- said bridge circuit consists of said MR device and said resistors and
- a signal processing circuit to process the output signal from said bridge circuit formed as a monolithic IC in a single chip.
