FIG. 1 is a first perspective view of my new design for a base for a cane showing it attached to a cane;

FIG. 2 is a second perspective view of my new design for a base for a cane;

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right view thereof, a left view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a third perspective view thereof.

The cane shown in FIG. 1 in broken lines and with an indeterminate length is provided for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The other broken lines in the figures depict portions of the base for a cane that form no part of the claimed design.
