TECHNICAL FIELD
The present disclosure relates to the technical filed of sporting goods, and in particular to a basketball hoop with folding function.
BACKGROUND
The basketball stand played by children has the advantages of small size and convenient movement. Many families will buy basketball stand for their children. The current basketball stand includes a basketball hoop and a support frame, and the basketball hoop is fixed on the top of the support frame and vertically arranged with the support frame. The basketball hoop and the support frame are set vertically, so the basketball hoop is inconvenient to store and takes up a certain volume.
SUMMARY
The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a basketball hoop with folding function, which can solve the deficiencies of the existing technology.
A technical solution of the present disclosure: A basketball hoop with folding function, comprising a basket frame and a folding structure, the folding structure comprises a mounting plate, a folding plate, a rotating shaft, a torsion spring and a support rod; the folding plate comprises a backboard, and a first side board arranged on the left and right sides of the backboard, the front side of the backboard is fixedly connected with the basket frame, and the mounting plate comprises a fixed board and a second side board arranged on the left and right sides of the fixed board, and the rotating shaft passes through the first side board and the second side board successively and is rotating connected with the the first side board and the second side board, the torsion spring is sleeved outside the rotating shaft, and the torsion spring comprises a first spring body, a second spring body, a toggle rod, a first spring torsion bar and a second spring torsion bar, the toggle rod is in contact with the inner side of the backboard, the first spring torsion bar and the second spring torsion bar are respectively in contact with the inner side of the fixed board; the first side board is arranged with a vertical chute, the second side board is arranged with a first arc-shaped chute, and the bottom of the first arc-shaped chute is arranged with a groove; the left end of the support rod passes through the first arc-shaped chute and the vertical chute on the left side, the right end passes through the first arc-shaped chute and the vertical chute on the right side.
In one technical solution, a folded plate arranged on the side of the fixed board close to the mounting plate, and the first spring torsion bar and the second spring torsion bar move between the folded plate and the inner surface of the fixed board.
In one technical solution, the second side plate is arranged with a second arc-shaped chute, the bottom of the first arc-shaped chute communicates with the second arc-shaped chute, and the bottom of the second arc-shaped chute forms a groove.
In one technical solution, the rotating shaft is a bolt, and the bolt is fixed by a nut after passing through the first side board and the second side board.
In one technical solution, the rotating shaft is on the same plane as the vertical chute.
In one technical solution, the middle part of the support rod is arranged with a ring portion, and the mounting plate is arranged with a protrusion near the ring portion, when the left side of the support rod slides into the left groove and the right side slides into the right groove, the ring portion contact with the protrusion.
Based on the above technical solutions, the present disclosure has beneficial effects: at the beginning, the basket frame is in a vertical state, the backboard can freely rotate around the rotating shaft, and the basket frame can rotate together with the backboard around the rotating shaft. When the basket frame is rotated, the basket frame is rotated along the axis of rotation. At this time, the toggle rod is in contact with the inner surface of the backboard, the first spring torsion bar and the second spring torsion bar are respectively in contact with the inner surface of the fixed board, and the left end of the support rod is along the sliding down along the first arc-shaped chute and vertical chute on the left side, the right end of the support rod slides down along the first arc-shaped chute and vertical chute on the right side, when the left side of the support rod sliding to the left groove, the right side of the support rod sliding to the right groove, the support rod is clamped in the groove, at this time, the basket frame is in a horizontal state, and the basket frame is in an unfolded state.

Refer to FIGS. 1-5, A basketball hoop with folding function, comprising a basket frame 10 and a folding structure 20, the folding structure 20 comprises a mounting plate 22, a folding plate 21, a rotating shaft 23, a torsion spring 24 and a support rod 25; the folding plate 21 comprises a backboard 211, and a first side board 212 arranged on the left and right sides of the backboard 21, the front side of the backboard 211 is fixedly connected with the basket frame 10, and the mounting plate 22 comprises a fixed board 221 and a second side board 222 arranged on the left and right sides of the fixed board 221, and the rotating shaft 23 passes through the first side board 212 and the second side board 222 successively and is rotating connected with the the first side board 212 and the second side board 222, the torsion spring 24 is sleeved outside the rotating shaft 23, and the torsion spring 24 comprises a first spring body 241, a second spring body 242, a toggle rod 243, a first spring torsion bar 244 and a second spring torsion bar 245, the toggle rod 243 is in contact with the inner side of the backboard 211, the first spring torsion bar 244 and the second spring torsion bar 245 are respectively in contact with the inner side of the fixed board 221; the first side board 212 is arranged with a vertical chute 213, the second side board 222 is arranged with a first arc-shaped chute 223, and the bottom of the first arc-shaped chute 223 is arranged with a groove 224; the left end of the support rod 25 passes through the first arc-shaped chute 223 and the vertical chute 213 on the left side, the right end passes through the first arc-shaped chute 223 and the vertical chute 213 on the right side.

At this time, the toggle rod 243 is in contact with the inner side of the backboard 211, and the first spring torsion bar 244 and the second spring torsion bar 245 are respectively in contact with the inner side of the fixed board 221, the left end of support rod 25 slides down along the first arc-shaped chute 223 and vertical chute 213 on the left side, and the right end of support rod 25 slides down along the first arc-shaped chute 223 and vertical chute 213 on the right side. When the left side of the support rod 25 slides to the left groove 224 and the right side slides into the right groove 224, the support rod 25 is clamped in the groove 224. At this time, The basket frame 10 is in a horizontal state, and at this moment, the basket frame 10 is in an unfolded state.
Refer to FIGS. 1-5, when the basket frame 10 needs to be folded up, the left side of the support rod 25 is separated from the left groove 224 and the right side is separated from the right groove 224 through external force, and the left end of the support rod 25 slides upward along the first arc-shaped chute 223 and the vertical chute 213 on the left side, and the right end of support bar 25 slides upward along the first arc-shaped chute 223 and vertical chute 213 on the right side, and backboard 211 is under the effect of torsion spring 24, makes backboard 211 and the basket 10 bounced back.

Refer to FIGS. 1-5, a folded plate 225 arranged on the side of the fixed board 222 close to the mounting plate 221, and the first spring torsion bar 244 and the second spring torsion bar 245 move between the folded plate 225 and the inner surface of the fixed board 221. The folded plate 225 can prevent the first spring torsion bar 244 and the second spring torsion bar 245 from detaching from the inner surface of the fixed board 221, and the folded plate 225 can limit the first spring torsion bar 244 and the second spring torsion bar 245.
Refer to FIGS. 1-5, the second side plate 222 is arranged with a second arc-shaped chute 226, the bottom of the first arc-shaped chute 223 communicates with the second arc-shaped chute 226, and the bottom of the second arc-shaped chute 226 forms a groove. By external force, the left side of the support rod 25 is separated from the left groove 224, and the right side is separated from the right groove 224. At this time, the junction of the first arc-shaped chute 223 and the second arc-shaped chute 226 can plays a certain buffering role for the support rod 25.
