Abstract
This invention relates to heating systems and can be used in individual, urban and rural sports and fitness complexes. Bath heating method, including steam production comprises: supplying of cold water and retaining its required level in expansion vessel, the collector is filled with water; the water is heated by solar energy to boiling temperature. Emitted steam with spray is feed into expansion vessel, where precipitates the water spray, and the clean steam is supplied and spared in bathroom.
Description

The invention relates to heating systems and can be used in private, urban and rural sports and fitness facilities.

There is the know method for directly heating the fireplace stones by using the flows of combustion products, and the stone fireplace with the horizontal gas channels, Kolevatov V. M., Stone fireplaces for the family bath, Strojizdat, L., 1991,4, pg. 5.

The known Russian Federation patent No.: 2291999, F24B1/24 the Kurin's Russian steam bath and the bath fireplace with the air channel under the surface of the fireplace base.

The nearest technical solution to the proposed invention is the method for heating the bath stone fireplace, and the bath stone fireplace according to the Russian Federation patent No: 2039324, F24B1/18, which describes the heating of a fireplace, water heating and supplying the steam to the bath. At the moment of firing the stone fireplace, the flow of the combustion products with a high content of unburned fuel is directed from the combustion chamber directly to the outside. The increase in temperature helps to reduce the amount of the incompletely burned products in the flow of the combustion emissions within the combustion chamber. Once the temperature within the combustion chamber reaches the level at which the fuel combustion products burn completely, the flow of the combustion products to the outside gets interrupted and is redirected through the stone layer. This heating method is not environmentally friendly.

The aim of the invention is to create a cost effective and environmentally friendly bath heating method by using the alternative lasting energy source—the solar energy.

This is achieved through the preparation of water steam using exclusively thermal solar heating without any additional means.

The essence of the bath heating method, which comprises the steam production, is the following, the hot water is supplied and its level is maintained in the expansion tank, the collector is filled with water, the sun heats the water up to the boiling temperature, the produced steam with water spray is supplied into the expansion tank, where the water spray precipitates, while the clean steam is further supplied into the bath room and it is scattered there.

FIG. 1 shows the scheme for implementing the method.

The scheme consists of

1. Line of water supply

2. Automatic valve for water replenishment valve and level support

3. The tank for separation of water-steam spray and expansion

4. The line of the unprocessed steam from the collector

5. Vacuum solar collector

6. Collector water supply line

7. The clean steam supply line from the spray separation tank to the bath room

8. The scattering of the clean steam within the bath room

The bath heating method works in the following manner.

The water is fed through the water supply line 1 from water supply, the automatic water replenishment and level maintenance valve 2 replenishes the system with the cold water and maintains the necessary water level within the water spray separation and expansion tank 3. The collector 5 gets filled with water through the collector's water supply line 6; the collector 5 is attached to the bath roof. The sun heats the water in the collector 5, where it starts to boil, this produces steam with water spray, and it is transferred through the unprocessed steam channel 4, which is in the upper part of the collector, to the water-steam spray separation and expansion tank 3, where the steam gets separated from the water spray. The remaining processed steam is transferred through the clean steam supply line 7, from the spray separation tank 3 to the bath room 8 and it is scattered there.
