In some embodiments, the second heat exchange component is recessed away from the first heat exchange component to form the heat exchange flow channel, thereby facilitating the formation of the heat exchange flow channel.
In some embodiments, the first heat exchange component is a flat plate, the second heat exchange component includes a first heat exchange sub-component and a second heat exchange sub-component connected to each other, the first heat exchange sub-component is recessed relative to the second heat exchange sub-component in the direction away from the first heat exchange component; the heat exchange flow channel is formed between the first heat exchange sub-component and the first heat exchange component, and the second heat exchange sub-component is in contact with the first heat exchange component.
The battery cell is connected to a side of the first heat exchange component away from the second heat exchange component. In the above arrangement, the first heat exchange component is a flat plate, so as to facilitate connection with the battery cell. For example, the bottom or side wall (other than the terminal post surface) of the battery cell is adhered to the plane of the first heat exchange component away from the first heat exchange component. At the same time, since the second heat exchange component includes a first heat exchange sub-component and a second heat exchange sub-component which are connected to each other, and the first heat exchange sub-component is recessed relative to the second heat exchange sub-component in the direction away from the first heat exchange component, that is, the second heat exchange component has a concave-convex structure, the top cover has great impact resistance and provides good protection for the battery cells.
