This application claims priority to Chinese patent application number 202123269047.2, filed on Dec. 23, 2021. Chinese patent application number 202123269047.2 is incorporated herein by reference.
The present disclosure relates to a bed skeleton and a connecting buckle.
Wooden beds and iron frame beds are two types of beds commonly used by people. The wooden beds comprise a left frame, a right frame, and wooden keels usually connected between the left frame and the right frame, and a bed board or a mattress can be supported on the wooden keels. The iron frame beds comprise a left frame, a right frame, and steel pipes connected between the left frame and the right frame. The steel pipes bear a weight together with the left frame and the right frame. However, whether for the wooden keels or the steel pipes, each of the wooden keels or each of the steel pipes is relatively independent when each of the wooden keels or each of the steel pipes is subjected to the weight. If a large pressure is suddenly applied to a certain portion of the bed, such as a child jumping on the bed, the wooden keels or the steel pipes are easy to break or bend. Therefore, the load-bearing capacity of the existing bed frames needs to be further improved.
The present disclosure provides a bed skeleton and a connecting buckle to solve the deficiencies in the background. A technical solution of the present disclosure is as follows.
A connecting buckle for a bed skeleton comprises a body and a plurality of buckle covers. The bed skeleton comprises a plurality of supporting rods. The body is elongated. The body comprises a plurality of accommodating grooves respectively corresponding to the plurality of supporting rods, and each of the plurality of accommodating grooves extends through a left side and a right side of the body. The plurality of buckle covers correspond to the plurality of accommodating grooves, and the plurality of buckle covers are configured to be buckled to the body to cooperate with the plurality of accommodating grooves to be fastened to the plurality of supporting rods. The plurality of accommodating grooves are spaced apart from one another along a length direction of the body, and the plurality of buckle covers are matched with the plurality of accommodating grooves in a one-to-one correspondence.
The connecting buckle can be buckled on the plurality of supporting rods through the plurality of accommodating grooves and the plurality of buckle covers, so that the connecting buckle can be buckled on the plurality of supporting rods at the same time, and the plurality of supporting rods are restrained by the connecting buckle when bearing weight. Thereby, the weight can be effectively dispersed to some of the plurality of supporting rods which are adjacent to one another, a certain supporting rod of the plurality of supporting rods can be effectively avoided from independently supporting the weight, and the load-bearing capacity of the bed skeleton can be improved.
In a preferred embodiment, a first end of each of the plurality of buckle covers is rotatably connected to the body, and a connection point at which the first end of each of the plurality of buckle covers is connected to the body is located on a first side of each of the plurality of accommodating grooves. A second end of each of the plurality of buckle covers comprises a first hook, and the body comprises a second hook located on a second side of each of the plurality of accommodating grooves. The first hook and the second hook are configured to be buckled to each other. The first end of each of the plurality of buckle covers is directly connected to the body, and the second end of each of the plurality of buckle covers is directly buckled to the body, which is convenient to use.
In a preferred embodiment, the body comprises a hook groove, and the second hook of the body is disposed on a bottom of the hook groove. The hook groove is provided, so that a height of the second hook of the body is lower, and each of the plurality of buckle covers can cover each of the plurality of supporting rods to a greater extent.
In a preferred embodiment, the body comprises a plurality of buckle cover grooves, and the plurality of buckle covers are respectively stored in the plurality of buckle cover grooves after being opened. During an installation process, the plurality of buckle covers can be placed in the plurality of buckle cover grooves before being closed, and the plurality of buckle covers will not interfere with the support rod, which is easy to install.
In a preferred embodiment, the connecting buckle is plastic members, which is integrally injection-molded. In this way, the connecting buckle not only has a simple structure, but also has a firmer connection between the plurality of buckle covers and the body.
In a preferred embodiment, each of the plurality of buckle covers and each of the plurality of accommodating grooves are semicircular structures.
In a preferred embodiment, the plurality of accommodating grooves are four accommodating grooves.
A bed skeleton comprises a plurality of supporting rods parallel to and spaced apart from one another and a plurality of connecting buckles. Each of the plurality of connecting buckles comprises a body and a plurality of buckle covers. The plurality of supporting rods are connected together through the plurality of connecting buckles.
The plurality of supporting rods are connected together through the plurality of connecting buckles to form an integrated structure. When a single supporting rod of the plurality of supporting rods is under pressure, some of the plurality of supporting rods which are adjacent to and connected to the single supporting rod of the plurality of supporting rods provide tension to prevent the single supporting rod of the plurality of supporting rods from sinking. That is, the plurality of supporting rods form the integrated structure by the plurality of connecting buckles to provide a force network that can effectively spread the weight borne by the single supporting rod of the plurality of supporting rods.
In a preferred embodiment, the plurality of connecting buckles are sleeved on a middle of the plurality of supporting rods, and two connecting buckles of the plurality of connecting buckles which are adjacent to each other are fastened to at least one supporting rod of the plurality of supporting rods. The plurality of connecting buckles are located in the middle of the plurality of supporting rods, and when the single supporting rod of the plurality of supporting rods is stressed, the weight can be more evenly distributed to some supporting rods of the plurality of supporting rods located on two sides of the single supporting rod of the plurality of supporting rods.
In a preferred embodiment, the plurality of supporting rods are steel pipes, and the bed skeleton comprises two side frames symmetrically arranged on a left side and a right side thereof. Each end of each of the plurality of supporting rods is bent downward to form a plug, and each of the two side frames comprises a slot corresponding to the plug.
The present disclosure will be further described below in combination with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
Referring to
Each of the plurality of connecting buckles 20 comprises a body 22, which is elongated. The body 22 comprises a plurality of accommodating grooves 221 respectively corresponding to the plurality of supporting rods 10, and each of the plurality of accommodating grooves 221 extends through a left side and a right side of the body 22. Each of the plurality of connecting buckles 20 further comprises a plurality of buckle covers 24 corresponding to the plurality of accommodating grooves 221. The plurality of buckle covers 24 are configured to be buckled to the body 22 to cooperate with the plurality of accommodating grooves 221 to be fastened to the plurality of supporting rods 10. The plurality of accommodating grooves 221 are spaced apart from one another along a length direction of the body 22, and the plurality of buckle covers 24 are matched with the plurality of accommodating grooves 221 in a one-to-one correspondence.
