Based on the above description of the disclosure, the disclosure exhibits the following beneficial effects compared to the related art.
The bed with a three-way folding mechanism disclosed by the disclosure is simple in structure, easy to operate and easy to implement, thus solving the defect of the existing bed which cannot simultaneously meet the requirement of easy installation and compact volume for facilitating transportation; the bed described in the disclosure makes it possible that the horizontal bar (the bar in the length direction), the vertical bar (the bar in the width direction) and the bed leg (the bar in the height direction) connected are foldable; the horizontal bar can be folded in half to make the original length of the bed body longer than 1.8 m be reduced at least a half, the fold of the vertical bar makes the original width of at least 1 m be reduced to 0.1-0.2 m, and the bed leg is also foldable; more importantly, the fold of the disclosure is achieved without disassembling the horizontal bar, the vertical bar and the bed leg, which will significantly reduce the installation difficulty and time, and consumers themselves do not need to spend a lot of time to assemble the bed body, and the assembly of the bed body of the disclosure can be realized by simply unfolding the frame body and the bed leg and then fixing them, the situation of wrong installation, reverse installation and the like thus will be avoided. Compared with the existing foldable bed which can only be folded in one direction (i.e., only in the horizontal direction or in the vertical direction), by folding the bed body in three directions disclosed by the disclosure, the bed body of an original volume of at least 1.8*1.0*0.3 m in length, width and height respectively will be reduced to 0.9*0.2*0.05 m. The volume after being folded will be reduced to ⅛ to 1/10 of the original volume, which will greatly reduce the freight cost of overseas transportation and enhance the competitiveness of the product in overseas market; furthermore, the parts on the frame body are hinged to each other without disassembling, so there is no need to search for corresponding parts and strictly follow the steps as per the installation manual, which greatly reduces the installation time and the probability of misassembly.
(2) The locking assembly provided by the disclosure prevents the horizontal bar and the vertical bar in unfolded state from folding under external force, thus improving the overall stability of the bed body in unfolded state.
(3) By providing the screw locking member and the combination seat, stable and firm cooperation is realized, the screw locking member is not only fixed to the end face of the horizontal bar, but also fixed to the combination seat in the horizontal bar, so that the end face of the horizontal bar and the side face of the vertical bar tightly urge against each other, thus stabilizing the whole frame body.
(4) The screw locking member urges against an peripheral wall of the shaft when the side face of the vertical bar and the end face of the horizontal bar urge against each other, so that the shaft cannot move in the slot, and the axis of the shaft is perpendicular to that of the screw-locking member, further realizing the stable cooperation of the horizontal bar and the vertical bar in unfolded state.
(5) The support bar provided by the disclosure cooperates with the articulated structure on the vertical bar, which not only enhances the support capacity (when the width of the bed is greater than 1.2 m, the support bar provided will enhance the overall load-bearing capacity of the bed body), but also urges against the rotation-connecting structure on the vertical bar to prevent the vertical bars in unfolded state from folding towards the interior of the frame body, so that the bed body can be easily folded when it needs to be folded for storage, and also can achieve a good load-bearing capacity when it needs to be unfolded for use.
(6) The rotation-connecting structure on the vertical bar not only facilitates the storage of the two second bars in folded state, but also provides stable support and prevents the two second bars in unfolded state deforming and folding, and through the cooperation of the position-limiting surface and the position-limiting member, rotation of the two bars in unfolded state is limited, the corresponding roles and effects in both folded state and unfolded state are ensured.
(7) The avoiding part for rotating is provided by the disclosure for the articulated structure on the horizontal bar, so that the two first bars would not interfere with each other while rotating and folding towards each other, and the upper surfaces of the two first bars in unfolded state are flushed with each other, thus good appearance and good load-bearing capacity are guaranteed.
(8) The bed legs of the disclosure are installed on the horizontal bar and vertical bar respectively, and the folding direction of the bed legs on the horizontal bar is perpendicular to that of the bed legs on the vertical bar, the volume of the bed body after being folded thus will be reduced greatly, and there will be no interference during the folding process.

As shown in
The preparing and folding process:
(1) preparing two horizontal bars 11, each horizontal bar 11 is composed of at least two first bars 111 hinged together, in the embodiment two first bars 111 are adopted for illustration, and each first bar 111 is longer than 0.9 m, and the two first bars 111 are connected to the articulated seat 41 through the articulated shaft 42, and the opposite sides of the two first bars 111 are provided with the inclined surface 111A, it should be noted that a lower portion of the articulated seat 41 is extending to form the strut 43, the strut 43 serves the same purpose as the bed legs 2; preparing at least two horizontal bars 11 in this way.
(2) preparing two vertical bars 12, each vertical bar 12 is composed of at least two second bars 121 hinged together; in the embodiment, the two second bars 121 (the length of the two second bars 121 in the embodiment is greater than 0.5 m) are placed to the opening portion 511 on the support 51, and are hinged to the support 51 through the pivot 52; it should be noted that there is an avoiding space 513 between the two second bars 121 for the two second bars 121 to rotate, and by providing the position-limiting surface 512, the support 51 at the location of the rotation-connecting structure of the second bars 121 can only be foldable towards the interior of the frame body 1, further, a side opposite to the position-limiting surface 512 is provided with the receiving part 514 for receiving the support bar 6.
(3) preparing the support bar 6 in the same way as that of the horizontal bar 11, the support bar 6 here is used to enhance the load-bearing capacity and is generally provided when the width of the frame body 1 is greater than 1.2 m (i.e. the support bar 6 is provided when the length of the vertical bar 12 is greater than 1.2 m to enhance the overall stability and reliability of the bed body).
(4) mounting the bed leg 2, the bed leg 2 includes the supporting leg 21 and the bracket 22, the length of the whole bed leg 2 is greater than 0.3 m, the bracket 22 is located at the end portion of the supporting leg 21 and is provided with a hole 221, the hole 221 is eccentrically set relative to the supporting leg 21, and the bed leg 2 is hinged to the horizontal bar 11 and the vertical bar 12 through the hole 221 on the bracket 22; in the embodiment, the rotation direction of the bed leg 2 located on the two horizontal bars 11 is perpendicular to that of the bed leg 2 located on the vertical bar 12, the bed leg 2 is hinged to the support bar 6 in the same way.
(5) Connecting the horizontal bar 11 to the vertical bar 12 through the folding structure as follows:
In the disclosure, the combination seat 742 is provided in the horizontal bar 11, the slot 73 penetrates through the upper surface and the lower surface of the horizontal bar 11, subsequently, the assembly seat 71 is welded to the side portion of the vertical bar 12 and provided with two extension arms 710 (i.e. extension portion 710) extending towards the horizontal bar 11, the horizontal bar 11 is placed right to the position between the two extension arms 710, the shaft 72 passes through the slot 73 to realize the hinge joint of the vertical bar 12 and the horizontal bar 11; it should be noted that the slot 73 is arranged along the length direction of the horizontal bar 11, the screw locking member 741 passes through the vertical bar 12, enters the horizontal bar 11, and passes through and is threadedly connected to the combination seat 742;
The remaining free ends of the horizontal bar 11 and of the vertical bar 12 are hinged respectively in the above manner, so that the whole frame body 1 and the bed legs 2 are proper connected and can be foldable freely;
While folding:
(1) First, folding the two bed legs 2 located on the horizontal bars 11 and set on the same side inwards the horizontal bars 11.
(2) Folding the two second bars 121 relative to each other so that the supports 51 in the middle of the two vertical bars 12 move toward the interior of the frame body 1 (i.e., the inner sides of the horizontal bars 11), during which the folding mechanism 7 at the joint of the vertical bar 12 and the horizontal bar 11 is released, that is, the assembly seat 71 on the vertical bar 12 is displaced outward along the length direction of the horizontal bar 11 by a certain distance, the distance is the length of the slot 73, at the moment, the vertical bar 12 is released from the constraint of the end face of the horizontal bar 11, then rotate and fold the vertical bar 12 relative to the horizontal bar 11 around the shaft 72, which makes the two second bars 121 of the vertical bar 12 fold inward, the vertical bar 12 on the other side is also folded in the same way; the original width of the frame body 1 of at least 1 m is reduced to the width of four second bars 121, and in practice the width of the frame body 1 after being folded is 0.1-0.2 m.
(3) Folding the bed legs 2 set on the vertical bars 12.
(4) Taking the articulated seat 41 on the horizontal bar 11 as the hinge point to fold the two first bars 111 relative to each other, at the moment, the folding of the first bars 111 drives the second bars 121 to move along the same rotation direction of the first bar body 111, since the articulated seat 41 is provided with the strut 43, and the width of the strut 43 is equal to the width of the bed leg 2, so there is no interference; the two first bars 111 are respectively folded relative to each other in the same way (it should be noted that, since the second bar 121 of the vertical bar 12 is folded towards the interior of the frame body 1, the bed legs 2 on the vertical bars 12 are also between the two horizontal bars 11 correspondingly, that is, after being folded, the bed legs 2 on the vertical bars 12 are also in the inner sides of the horizontal bars 11); and then the first bars 111 on the two horizontal bars 11 are folded, the bed legs 2 on the two horizontal bars 11 share the same axis with the horizontal bars 11, and the bed legs 2 on the two horizontal bars 111 and the bed legs 2 on the vertical bars 12 will not interfere with each other, and thus make the whole frame body 1 after being folded be a compact rectangle, thus facilitating packaging; as for the size of the frame body 1 after being folded, the length reduces to half of the original length, that is, for a bed body with a length of 1.8 m, a width of 1 m and a height of 1 m, the volume of the bed body after being folded will be reduced to 0.9 m in length, 0.1 m in width and 0.1 m in height; no matter when the width of the bed body is 1 m, 1.2 m, 1.4 m, 1.5 m or 1.8 m the width after being folded will still be 0.1 m, which is a very important advantage in terms of overseas transportation costs.
(5) For the bed body with a width greater than 1.2 m and the support bar 6 is provided in the middle, the support bar 6 will be folded in the same way.
(6) Finally, after the frame body 1 and the support bar 6 being folded respectively, a number of load-bearing bars 3 are packaged together with the frame body 1 for transportation; when the frame body 1 needs to be used, it is only required to unfold the folded frame body 1, fix the articulated parts, and then place the support bar 6 and the load-bearing bars 3 to the corresponding position respectively, a stable bed thus is achieved.
While unfolding:
(1) Unfolding the horizontal bars 11 and the vertical bars 12 along the length direction and the width direction of the body 1 respectively (i.e., first unfold the two first bars 111 of the horizontal bar 11 with the articulated seat 41 as the center of the circle until the two first bars 111 are in the horizontal position, and then pull the two horizontal bars 11 apart along the width direction until the two second bars 121 in the width direction are in the same line), and unfold the bed leg 2 and support on the ground.
(2) When the vertical bar 12 is rotated to a state perpendicular to the horizontal bar 11, the assembly seat is pushed towards the horizontal bar 11, so that the side wall of the vertical bar 12 urges against the end face of the horizontal bar 11, at the moment, the shaft 72 is displaced synchronously to a certain position, then the screw locking member 741 is screwed to threadedly connected to the combination seat 742 inside the horizontal bar 11 and urge against the shaft 72; the remaining three folding mechanisms 7 are fixed in the same way, so as to ensure that the side face and the end face are perpendicular to and urge against each other to realize firm support.
(3) Embedding the support bar 6 to the receiving portion 514 of the support 51 on the vertical bar 12 after unfolding the bed leg 2 on the support bar 6.
(4) Each load-bearing bar 3 is mounted with two ends on the two horizontal bars 11 respectively or with one end on the one horizontal bar 11 and the other end on the support bar 6, wherein the load-bearing bar 3 mounted on the hinged seat 41 of the horizontal bar 11 is also bolted to ensure the stability.
The assembly process is completed through above steps, the whole process is simple, searching for parts, reading drawing and the like during the assembly process is not required, and there is no need to warry about reverse installation, wrong installation; the assembly of the conventional bed body requires at least 2 hours, the bed in the disclosure however can be completed within 10 minutes, such bed can be used indoors and outdoors, is small in size, easy to transport and reduces transportation costs.
The above description of the specification and embodiments is used to explain the scope of protection of the disclosure, but does not constitute a limitation of the scope of protection of the disclosure.
