This invention relates to the technical field of belt accessories, in particular, a belt buckle.
With the pursuit of beauty, people show increasing love for diversified clothing accessories. Therefore, single-sided belts can no longer meet people's needs. As a result, two-sided belts emerge at the right moment. With two-sided belts, people can change the visible side of their belt to match with their clothes to show a different visual effect. However, at the present, changing the visible side of a belt is finished by rotating the tail clamp of the belt. The rotating tail clamps in the market adopt intermediate rotating shaft structure. There are corresponding concave and convex on the tail clamp and front end. A spring is set in the middle of the rotating shaft and the tail end is fixed with nut or screwed for fixing with glue. When it is necessary to rotate, pull up the tail clamp to squeeze the spring and pull out the tail clamp from the groove that is connected with the front end. Rotate for 180 degrees until the concave and convex matches and allow the tail clamp to restore to correspond with the front end under the force of the spring, and thus realizing flexible switchover of the two sides of the belt body. However, this method has the following deficiencies:
1. The nut, whether with glue applied or not, will come off after being used for a long time, and thus needing repair.
2. The spring will weaken or loosen or break after being used for a long time. If the nut is fixed by welding, the nut will not come off, but the spring tends to break more quickly under high temperature.
3. During use, the tail clamp is often pulled open under force and clips on the clothes or skin while the life of the spring is also affected under force.
Therefore, there is an urgent need in the industry for a structure that only needs spring and nut to realize flexible switchover of the two sides of belt body.
In order to overcome the deficiencies of the existing technology that the spring and nut are often stretched or squeezed under force and therefore tend to be replaced or become loose more easily, this invention provides a belt buckle.
The technical solution adopted by this invention for solving its technical problems is:
A belt buckle includes: belt buckle head and tail clamp. The first connection part is set on the end of the mentioned buckle head that is close to the tail clamp and the second connection part that matches with the first connection part is set on the end of the mentioned tail clamp that is close to the belt buckle head. The other end of the mentioned tail clamp is connected with the two-color belt body. The mentioned first and second connection parts are clamped in a removable way.
Preferably, the mentioned first connection part includes a groove and protruding marble. There is an opening on one end of the mentioned groove and the mentioned protruding marble is set on the side of the end of the belt buckle head that is close to the tail clamp and is far from the opening of the groove. The mentioned second connection part includes an inlay and concave that matches with the mentioned marble and is used for limitation. The mentioned concave is set on the end of the tail clamp that is close to the belt buckle head and is on the both sides of the inlay. The mentioned inlay matches with the mentioned groove in shape. The mentioned inlay slides from the opening of the groove into the groove and buckles with the mentioned belt buckle head.
Preferably, a sunken sliding rail is set respectively on the upper and lower parts inside the mentioned groove and a protrusion is set on the outer side of the mentioned inlay. The mentioned protrusion slides on the rail and is clamped in the groove.
Preferably, from the vertical direction of the mentioned belt buckle, it is found that an opening is set on the upper end of the mentioned groove and the mentioned protruding marble is set on the lower part of the end of the belt buckle head that is close to the tail clamp.
Preferably, from the vertical direction of the mentioned belt buckle, it is found that an opening is set on the lower end of the mentioned groove and the mentioned protruding marble is set on the upper part of the end of the belt buckle head that is close to the tail clamp.
Preferably, the third connection part that is connected with the two-color belt body is set on the end of the mentioned tail clamp that is far from the belt buckle head.
Preferably, the mentioned third connection part is the threaded holes (first number) and mounting holes that correspond to the mentioned threaded holes are set on one end of the mentioned two-sided belt body. Screws are passed through the mentioned threaded holes and mounting holes for fixing the tail clamp and the two-sided belt body.
