Claims
- 1-11. (Canceled).
- 12. A bending roll apparatus for manufacturing a pipe, comprising:
a core roll formed from a metal, wherein an elastic material member is pushed to the core roll, and wherein a metal sheet is adapted to be fed to a contact portion that is formed between the elastic material member and the core roll; and a clamping device configured to hold the core roll, the claming device contacting and holding the core roll at a plurality of positions of a circumference of the core roll, and holding the metal sheet to be bent until the metal sheet is shaped into a shape of the pipe.
- 13. The bending roll apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the clamping device includes at least three push rolls having a surface portion thereof formed of the elastic material member.
- 14. The bending roll apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the push rolls are arranged so as to face one another while the core roll is held among the push rolls, and wherein centers of the push rolls and a center of the core roll are arranged linearly.
- 15. The bending roll apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the clamping device comprises a plurality of push rolls and an elastic belt, and wherein the elastic belt is wound on the push rolls and on the core roll.
- 16. The bending roll apparatus according to claim 15, further comprising:
bending belts formed of an elastic material, the bending belts being interposed between the core roll and each of the push rolls, the bending belts passing on a surface of the core roll on a side that is opposite to an entry side of the metal sheet and synchronously driven with the core roll; and a guide belt passing between the core roll and the bending belt, and synchronously driven with said core roll.
- 17. The bending roll apparatus according to claim 16, wherein the guide belt meshes with the surface of the core roll, and has slits for reducing a bending radius in a longitudinal direction of the core roll.
- 18. The bending roll apparatus according to claim 16, further comprising:
a metal sheet guide belt formed of an elastic material, and interposed between the core roll and each of the push rolls, the guide belt passing on a surface of the core roll on a side opposite to an entry side of the metal sheet, and synchronously driven with the core roll; and a guide band disposed on the guide belt on a side of the push rolls and a groove for inserting the guide band, the guide band being formed in a surface of the push rolls.
- 19. The bending roll apparatus according to claims 12, further comprising:
a winding belt having one of ends thereof bonded and fixed to a surface of the core roll and another of the ends thereof fixed to a tension roll; a brake for imparting a predetermined tension to the winding belt winding synchronously with the rotation of the core roll in a winding direction; a torque limiter operating at the time of winding and rewinding of a metal sheet; and a winding/rewinding direction driving mechanism provided to the tension roll.
- 20. The bending roll apparatus according to claims 13, wherein the push rolls are so arranged as to oppose one another while interposing the core roll, and wherein a center of the core roll is so arranged as to be offset from a line connecting centers of the push rolls so arranged as to oppose one another.
- 21. The bending roll apparatus according to claim 13, further comprising:
a core roll adapted to change a roll radius thereof so as to create a step corresponding to a thickness of the metal sheet to be bent at one position of an outer circumference of the core roll; and a metal sheet guide plate interposed between the push rolls, and pushing a distal end of the metal sheet in the direction of the surface of the core roll.
- 22. A bending roll apparatus for manufacturing a pipe, comprising:
a core roll formed from a metal, wherein an elastic material member is pushed to the core roll, and wherein a metal sheet is adapted to be fed to a contact portion that is formed between the elastic material member and the core roll; and a clamping device configured to hold the core roll, the claming device contacting and holding the core roll at a plurality of positions of a circumference of the core roll, and holding the metal sheet to be bent until the metal sheet is shaped into a shape of the pipe, wherein the clamping device includes a metal sheet guide belt driven synchronously with the core roll.
- 23. The bending roll apparatus according to claim 22, wherein the clamping device includes a plurality of push rolls having a surface portion thereof formed of the elastic material member, the bending roll apparatus further comprising:
a metal sheet guide belt formed of an elastic material, and interposed between the core roll and each of the plurality of push rolls, the guide belt passing on a surface of the core roll on a side opposite to an entry side of the metal sheet, and synchronously driven with the core roll; a guide band disposed on the guide belt on a side of the push rolls and a groove for inserting the guide band that is formed in a surface of the push rolls.
- 24. The bending roll apparatus according to claim 22, further comprising:
a winding belt having one of the ends thereof bonded and fixed to a surface of the core roll, and another end thereof fixed to a tension roll; a brake for imparting a predetermined tension to the winding belt winding synchronously with the rotation of the core roll in a winding direction; a torque limiter operating at the time of winding and rewinding a metal sheet; and a winding/rewinding direction driving mechanism provided to the tension roll.
- 25. The bending roll apparatus according to claim 22, wherein the clamping device includes a plurality of push rolls having a surface portion thereof formed of the elastic material member, wherein the push rolls are so arranged as to oppose one another while interposing the core roll, and wherein a center of the core roll is so arranged as to be offset from a line connecting the centers of the push rolls so arranged as to oppose one another.
- 26. The bending roll apparatus according to claim 22, wherein the clamping device includes a plurality of push rolls having a surface portion thereof formed of the elastic material member, the bending roll apparatus further comprising:
a core roll adapted to change a roll radius thereof so as to create a step corresponding to a thickness of the metal sheet to be bent at one position of an outer circumference of the core roll; and a metal sheet guide plate interposed between the push rolls, and pushing a distal end of the metal sheet in the direction of the surface of the core roll.
