Abstract
Beverage can adapter is disclosed in the form of an open-ended cylindrical apparatus secured to the top end over the neck of a pre-opened beverage can. Said apparatus is a single piece molded unit of preferably plastic or glass materials, comprising of the rim/lip, body, bottom and inner flange, scaled and molded to fit the neck, top end and outside diameter of desired beverage can.
Description
BACKGROUND

The aluminum beverage can is the most sustainable beverage container on the market. However, the small hole through which the content is expelled, makes for a very unpleasant experience. Pouring content into an actual drinking glass is the most pleasant, the single use plastic straw is the most practical. Others include can lids, covers, can converters (top half of a plastic bottle with cap) or completely removing the top end of the beverage can with a can cutter. The beverage can adapter is the best option to pouring and it simulates a drinking glass and the simplicity of a straw without the drawbacks. Simple and easy to use, reusable and sustainable.

SUMMARY

The beverage can adapter quickly converts the top end of the can into a drinking glass in a single step. By popping the can open and securing the adaptor over the neck of the can, where the inner flange meets the top end on the can. Said adapter merges with can creating a can-glass hybrid.

DESCRIPTION

The beverage can adapter is a single molded unit comprising of the rim/lip, body, bottom end and inner flange. The features remain the same but the size is scalable large or small to fit the desired beverage can dimensions.
