Abstract
The present invention relates to a beverage container structure, which mainly makes a container upper part and a container lower part dock with each other, and weld and combine at the butt joints to form a container body. In addition, the liquid outlet of the container upper part is screwed and assembled with a cover body to seal the beverage in the container body, so as to prevent the beverage from being poured out during transportation or storage. Furthermore, when users would like to drink a beverage, the cover body can be opened only by exerting force to rotate the cover body, and the cover body can still be closed when drinking at a time is not finished, so as to improve the hygiene and convenience of beverage drinking.

BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
Field of Invention

The present invention relates to the technical field of containers, in particular to a beverage container structure.


Description of Related Arts

It is noted that in response to the diversity of conventional beverage flavors, in order to hold beverages containing granular toppings, beverage containers usually have special designs. For example, Taiwan Pat. Pub. No. M615996 “Environmental protection cup structure with straw and spoon”, discloses a straw spoon, which has a hollow tube body and a scoop body, wherein the liquid beverage and toppings in the first storage space can be sucked through the straw spoon, and if the toppings (such as boba pearls, fruits, taro balls, etc.) are relatively large, the scoop body can be used to scoop up the toppings for biting. Or the Taiwan Pat. Pub. No. M592694 “Straw-free disposable drinking cup” utilizes the second laminating film to be torn off and then breaks away from the first laminating film, and the first hole of the first lamination film and the second hole of the seal film are exposed as beverage outlets for beverage outflow.


The above-mentioned Taiwan Pat. Pub. No. M615996 “Environmental protection cup structure with straw and spoon”, it is necessary to make the first cup body, the second cup body and straw spoon, which has high production cost. Moreover, the process of packaging after filling the beverage is also cumbersome, which does not meet the needs of modern industries that emphasize low cost and high efficiency. In addition, Taiwan Pat. Pub. No. M592694 “Straw-free disposable drinking cup”, although the particle toppings can be drunk without using a straw when torn off the second lamination film, but the laminating film cannot close the drinking opening again. If the beverage is not finished at one time, it will cause inconvenience to carry the beverage cup and prone to beverage dumping and outflow.


Hence, in view of the fact that the conventional beverage container still has the above-mentioned deficiencies in use and implementation, the inventor has developed the present invention with his years of manufacturing and design experience, knowledge in related fields, and wide creativity.


SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

The present invention relates to a beverage container structure, the main object of which is to provide a beverage container structure that can prevent improper outflow of beverages, and improve the convenience of beverage drinking.


In order to achieve the above-mentioned implementation purpose, the inventors have developed the following beverage container structure, which includes:

    • a container lower part, which has a first cavity arranged in the container lower part, an opening of the first cavity formed at an upper end of the container lower part, and a first flange arranged around an outer side of the opening of the first cavity of the container lower part; and
    • a container upper part, wherein the container upper part is arranged at the upper end of the container lower part to cover the opening of the first cavity of the container lower part correspondingly, wherein the container upper part includes a second cavity arranged therein, an opening of the second cavity formed at a lower end of the container upper part, a second flange arranged around an outer side of the opening of the second cavity of the container upper part to correspond to the position of the first flange of the container lower part, wherein the second flange of the container upper part and the first flange of the container lower part are attached up and down and fixed by welding, wherein the container upper part has a liquid outlet protruding from an upper end thereof, wherein the liquid outlet has a through hole arranged therein to communicate with the second cavity of the container upper part, and an external thread section formed on an outer wall of the liquid outlet.


The beverage container structure as described above, wherein the container upper part has an inclined surface formed on the cavity wall of the second cavity and inclined from the peripheral side of the second cavity to the direction of the liquid outlet.


The beverage container structure as described above, wherein the liquid outlet of the container upper part is deviated from a center position of the container upper part, wherein the container upper part has an inclined surface formed on the cavity wall of the second cavity and inclined from the peripheral side of the second cavity to the direction of the liquid outlet.


The beverage container structure as described above, wherein the container upper part includes a stop edge is extended downward from the opening of the second cavity of the container upper part, wherein the stop edge leans against the cavity wall of the first cavity of the container lower part, so as to cover a seam between the second flange of the container upper part and the first flange of the container lower part.


The beverage container structure as described above, wherein the beverage container structure further comprises a cover body, which has a covering cavity arranged in the cover body, so as to cover the liquid outlet of the container upper part correspondingly, and an internal thread section formed on a cavity wall of the covering cavity of the cover body, so as to be screwed and combined with the external thread section provided on the outer wall of the liquid outlet.


Therefore, the beverage can be packaged in the container body by using the liquid outlet provided on the container upper part to thread and assemble the cover body, so as to prevent the beverage from being poured out during transportation or storage. Furthermore, when wanting to drink a beverage, the cover body can be opened only by exerting force to rotate the cover body, and the cover body can still be closed when the one-time drinking is not finished, so as to improve the hygienic convenience of beverage drinking.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

In order to disclose the technical means of the present invention and the achievable effects more completely and clearly, the detailed description is as follows and referring to the disclosed drawings and numbers.


First, referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a beverage container structure according to the present invention includes:

    • a container lower part (1), which has a first cavity (11) arranged in the container lower part (1), an opening of the first cavity (11) formed at an upper end of the container lower part (1), and a first flange (12) arranged around an outer side of the opening of the first cavity (11) of the container lower part (1);
    • a container upper part (2), wherein the container upper part (2) is arranged at the upper end of the container lower part (1) so as to cover the opening of the first cavity (11) of the container lower part (1) correspondingly, wherein the container upper part (2) includes a second cavity (21) arranged therein, an opening of the second cavity (21) formed at a lower end of the container upper part (2), a second flange (22) arranged around an outer side of the opening of the second cavity (21) of the container upper part (2) to correspond to the position of the first flange (12) of the container lower part (1), and a stop edge (23) is extended downward from the opening of the second cavity (21) of the container upper part (2), wherein the stop edge (23) leans against the cavity wall of the first cavity (11) of the container lower part (1), so as to cover the seam between the second flange (22) of the container upper part (2) and the first flange (12) of the container lower part (1), wherein an imaginary centerline (A) defined passing through the center of the container upper port (2), wherein the container upper part (2) has a liquid outlet (24) protruding from the upper end thereof, wherein the liquid outlet (24) deviates from the center position of the centerline (A) of the container upper part (2), wherein the liquid outlet (24) has a through hole (241) arranged therein to communicate with the second cavity (21) of the container upper part (2), and an external thread section (242) formed on the outer wall of the liquid outlet (24), wherein the container upper part (2) has an inclined surface (25) formed on the cavity wall of the second cavity (21) and inclined from the peripheral side of the second cavity (21) to the direction of the liquid outlet (24); and
    • a cover body (3), which has a covering cavity (31) arranged in the cover body (3), so as to cover the liquid outlet (24) of the container upper part (2) correspondingly, and an internal thread section (32) formed on the cavity wall of the covering cavity (31) of the cover body (3), so as to be screwed and combined with the external thread section (242) provided on the outer wall of the liquid outlet (24), referring to FIGS. 3 and 4.


Accordingly, when assembling, the cap body (3) is correspondingly capped on the liquid outlet (24) of the container upper part (2) by a cap locking machine, and the internal thread section (32) provided in the covering cavity (31) of the cover body (3) is screwed with the external thread section (242) provided in the liquid outlet (24) of the container upper part (2), and then the ingredient particles and beverages filled into the first cavity (11) of the open container lower part (1), and then the container upper part (2) is butted with the container lower part (1) in an up-down manner, so that the second flange (22) of the container upper part (2) and the first flange (12) of the container lower part are attached to each other correspondingly. After that, the second flange (22) on the container upper part (2) and the first flange (12) on the container lower part (1) are welded together by high-frequency or ultrasonic waves, so that the beverage is sealed in the beverage container of the present invention.


Thereby, by utilizing the packaging of the beverage container of the present invention, the beverage will not be poured out during transportation or storage. When consumers desire to drink the beverage in the container of the present invention, the cover body (3) is turned by force, so that the internal thread section (32) of the cover body (3) is reversely screwed away from the screwed state of the external thread section (242) of the liquid outlet (24) of the container upper part (2), the cover body (3) can be taken off from the liquid outlet (24), and then the beverage can be poured out from the liquid outlet 24 for drinking. When the beverage was poured out from the liquid outlet (24), the inclined plane (25) arranged on the container upper part (2), which inclines from the peripheral side of the second cavity (21) to the direction of the liquid outlet (24), can be used to improve the flow smoothness of the granular content such as powder balls or konjac contained in the beverage to the liquid outlet (24). In addition, because the liquid outlet (24) deviates from the position of the centerline (A) of the container upper part (2), the liquid outlet (24) is designed to be closer to the periphery of the container upper part (2), so that the beverage can be drunk at a small inclination angle when drinking, which is beneficial to the convenience of drinking the beverage.


Therefore, when consumers want to drink, they can open the cover body (3) without using any tools, and during the opening process of the cover body (3), their hands and other parts will not come into contact with the beverage, so as to improve the hygienic safety of beverage drinking. If the drink cannot be finished at one time and there is still beverage in the container, the cover body (3) can be re-covered to close the liquid outlet (24), and the internal thread section (32) of the cover body (3) and the external thread section (242) of the liquid outlet (24) screwed together to prevent the beverage from flowing out from the liquid outlet (24), so as to facilitate drinking next time.


It is also worth mentioning that, in the present invention, the stop edge (23) is formed on the container upper part (2) to abut and contact with the cavity wall of the first cavity (11) of the container lower part (1), wherein the stop edge (23) can cover the seam between the second flange (22) of the container upper part (2) and the first flange (12) of the container lower part (1), in order to increase the joint area and joint stability between the container upper part (2) and the container lower part (1), and avoid the situation that the second flange (22) of the container upper part (2) and the first flange (12) of the container lower part (1) are not reliably welded, causing the beverage to leak from the seam.


It can be seen according to the above-mentioned structure and embodiments, advantages and effects provided by the present invention may include the following:

    • 1. The beverage container structure of the present invention is to use the open container lower part, which can easily fill the beverage and ingredient particles in the first cavity of the container lower part, and then the container upper part and the container lower part are bonded and welded correspondingly, so as to quickly and conveniently encapsulate the beverage and ingredient particles in the beverage container.
    • 2. The beverage container structure of the present invention is that the liquid outlet of the container upper part is covered with a cover body correspondingly, and the internal thread section of the cover body is screwed together with the external thread section of the liquid outlet, so that the cover body can be opened by simply turning the cover body without the help of any tools, and the hands and other parts will not come into contact with the beverage, further enhancing the hygiene and convenience of drinking the beverage.
    • 3. The beverage container structure of the present invention uses the liquid outlet to deviate from the center position of the container upper part, and the cavity of the container upper part has an inclined surface inclined towards the direction of the liquid outlet. In this way, the beverage container is slightly tilted and guided by the inclined surface, so that the smooth flow of the granular contents such as powder balls or konjac contained in the beverage to the liquid outlet can be improved.
    • 4. The beverage container structure of the present invention is provided with a stop edge on the container upper part to abut and contact with the cavity wall of the cavity of the container lower part, so as to shield the seam between the flange of the container upper part and the flange of the container lower part. Accordingly, the bonding area and bonding stability between the container upper part and the container lower part are increased.

  • 1. A beverage container structure, comprising: a container lower part, which has a first cavity arranged in the container lower part, an opening of the first cavity formed at an upper end of the container lower part, and a first flange arranged around an outer side of the opening of the first cavity of the container lower part; anda container upper part, wherein the container upper part is arranged at the upper end of the container lower part to cover the opening of the first cavity of the container lower part correspondingly, wherein the container upper part includes a second cavity arranged therein, an opening of the second cavity formed at a lower end of the container upper part, a second flange arranged around an outer side of the opening of the second cavity of the container upper part to correspond to the position of the first flange of the container lower part, wherein the second flange of the container upper part and the first flange of the container lower part are attached up and down and fixed by welding, wherein the container upper part has a liquid outlet protruding from an upper end thereof, wherein the liquid outlet has a through hole arranged therein to communicate with the second cavity of the container upper part, and an external thread section formed on an outer wall of the liquid outlet.
  • 2. The beverage container structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the container upper part has an inclined surface formed on the cavity wall of the second cavity and inclined from the peripheral side of the second cavity to the direction of the liquid outlet.
  • 3. The beverage container structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the liquid outlet of the container upper part is deviated from a center position of the container upper part, wherein the container upper part has an inclined surface formed on the cavity wall of the second cavity and inclined from the peripheral side of the second cavity to the direction of the liquid outlet.
  • 4. The beverage container structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the container upper part includes a stop edge is extended downward from the opening of the second cavity of the container upper part, wherein the stop edge leans against the cavity wall of the first cavity of the container lower part, so as to cover a seam between the second flange of the container upper part and the first flange of the container lower part.
  • 5. The beverage container structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the beverage container structure further comprises a cover body, which has a covering cavity arranged in the cover body, so as to cover the liquid outlet of the container upper part correspondingly, and an internal thread section formed on a cavity wall of the covering cavity of the cover body, so as to be screwed and combined with the external thread section provided on the outer wall of the liquid outlet.
