Abstract
The invention relates to a beverage container structure, which mainly includes a container body, wherein the container body is blow-molded from plastic blanks. A liquid outlet is integrally formed on an upper end of the container body. The cavity wall above the cavity of the container body is formed with a inclined surface that inclines from the peripheral side of the cavity to the direction of the liquid outlet. A cover body is covered on the liquid outlet of the container body. In addition, the liquid outlet deviates from the center position of the container body, and the cavity of the container body is provided with an inclined surface inclined toward the liquid outlet, so that the contents of the beverage, such as tapioca balls or konjac, can flow smoothly to the liquid outlet, so as to improve the convenience of beverage drinking.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
Field of Invention

The present invention relates to the technical field of containers, in particular to a beverage container structure.


Description of Related Arts

It is noted that due to the diversity of conventional beverage tastes, in some beverages containing granular toppings such as tapioca balls or konjac, the beverage container is not only designed in the shape of a PET bottle, but also specially designed to hold beverages containing granular toppings. For example, Taiwan Pat. Pub. No. M615996 “Environmental protection cup structure with straw and spoon”, discloses a straw spoon, which has a hollow tube body and a scoop body, wherein the liquid beverage and toppings (such as boba pearls, fruits, taro balls, etc.) in the first storage space of the first cup body can be sucked through the straw spoon, and if the toppings are relatively large, the scoop body can be used to scoop up the toppings for biting. In addition, such as Taiwan Pat. Pub. No. M592694 “Straw-free disposable drinking cup”, which mainly includes a cup body, a sealing film, a first laminating film and a second laminating film. The sealing film is joined to the flange of the top opening of the cup body. The first laminating film has a first hole, wherein the first laminating film is attached to the sealing film and is close to the flange of the top opening, so that the outer edge of the first hole is tangent to the flange. The sealing film under the first hole of the first laminating film is punctured to form a second hole. The second laminating film is bonded on the first laminating film and covers the first hole and the second hole. The sealing film, the first laminating film and the second laminating film together seal the accommodating space of the cup body, so that the beverage can be contained in the accommodating space, and the first hole overlaps the second hole as a beverage outlet for the beverage to flow out, and the second laminating film can be torn off and separated from the first laminating film, and the first hole and the second hole are exposed as beverage outlets for beverages to flow out.


The above-mentioned Taiwan Pat. Pub. No. M615996 “Environmental protection cup structure with straw and spoon”, it is necessary to make the first cup body, the second cup body and straw spoon, which has high production cost. Moreover, the process of packaging after filling the beverage is also cumbersome, which does not meet the needs of modern industries that emphasize low cost and high efficiency. In addition, Taiwan Pat. Pub. No. M592694 “Straw-free disposable drinking cup”, although the particle toppings can be drunk without using a straw when torn off the second lamination film, but the laminating film cannot close the drinking opening again. If the beverage is not finished at one time, it will cause inconvenience to carry the beverage cup and prone to beverage dumping and outflow.


Hence, in view of the fact that the conventional beverage container structure still has the above-mentioned deficiencies in the manufacture and implementation, the inventor has developed the present invention with his years of manufacturing and design experience, knowledge in related fields, and wide creativity.


SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

The present invention relates to a beverage container structure, the main object of which is to provide a beverage container structure that can effectively save the production time and cost of the beverage container, and improve the smooth and convenient drinking of the beverage.


In order to achieve the above-mentioned implementation purpose, the inventors have developed the following beverage container structure, which includes a container body, which is integrally blow-molded from a plastic blank, wherein the container body comprises a cavity formed therein, a liquid outlet integrally formed on an upper end of the container body and deviated from a center position of the container body, and a inclined surface inclined from the side of the cavity to the liquid outlet formed on a cavity wall above the cavity of the container body, wherein the liquid outlet has a through hole provided thereof to communicate with the cavity of the container body, and an external thread section formed on an outer wall of the liquid outlet.


The beverage container structure as described above, wherein the container body comprises a narrow neck formed between the upper end of the container body and the liquid outlet, wherein the upper and lower ends of the neck are respectively connected with the liquid outlet and the container body, wherein the neck has a rounded corner arranged at each of the connections between the neck and the liquid outlet and between the neck and the container body.


The beverage container structure as described above, wherein the beverage container structure further comprises a cover body, which has a covering cavity arranged in the cover body, so as to cover the liquid outlet of the container body correspondingly, and an internal thread section formed on a cavity wall of the covering cavity of the cover body, so as to be screwed and combined with the external thread section provided on the outer wall of the liquid outlet.


Accordingly, the beverage container structure of the present invention can effectively save the production time and cost of the beverage container by integrally blow molding the container body and the liquid outlet. In addition, the liquid outlet deviates from the center position of the container body, and the cavity of the container body is provided with an inclined surface inclined toward the liquid outlet, so that the contents of the beverage, such as tapioca balls or konjac, can flow smoothly to the liquid outlet, so as to improve the convenience of beverage drinking.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

In order to disclose the technical means of the present invention and the achievable effects more completely and clearly, the detailed description is as follows and referring to the disclosed drawings and numbers.


First, referring to FIGS. 1-3, a beverage container structure according to the present invention includes:

    • a container body (1), which is integrally blow-molded from a plastic blank, wherein the container body (1) includes a cavity (11) formed therein, an imaginary centerline (A) defined passing through the center of the container body (1), a liquid outlet (12) integrally formed on the upper end of the container body (1) and deviated from the centerline (A) of the container body (1), a inclined surface (13) inclined from the side of the cavity (11) to the liquid outlet (12) formed on the cavity wall above the cavity (11) of the container body (1), and a narrow neck (14) formed between the upper end of the container body (1) and the liquid outlet (12), referring to FIG. 4, wherein the liquid outlet (12) has a through hole (121) provided thereof to communicate with the cavity (11) of the container body (1), and an external thread section (122) formed on the outer wall of the liquid outlet (12), wherein the upper and lower ends of the neck (14) are respectively connected with the liquid outlet (12) and the container body (1), wherein the neck (14) has a rounded corner (141) arranged at each of the connections between the neck (14) and the liquid outlet (12) and between the neck (14) and the container body (1); and
    • a cover body (2), which has a covering cavity (21) arranged in the cover body (2), so as to cover the liquid outlet (12) of the container body (1) correspondingly, and an internal thread section (22) formed on the cavity wall of the covering cavity (21) of the cover body (2), so as to be screwed and combined with the external thread section (122) provided on the outer wall of the liquid outlet (12).


Accordingly, when the use is implemented, the liquid filling machine is used to fill the beverage from the through hole (121) of the liquid outlet (12) of the container body (1) into the cavity (11) of the container body (1), and then the cap locking machine is used to cover the covering cavity (21) of the cover body (2) correspondingly on the liquid outlet (12) of the container body (1), so that the internal thread section (22) provided on the cavity wall of the covering cavity (21) of the cover body (2) is threadedly combined with the external thread section (122) provided on the outer wall of the liquid outlet (12), thereby packaging the beverage in the beverage container of the present invention. In the transportation process of filling beverages and locking lids, the fixture is usually held at the neck (14) of the container body (1), at this time, the neck (14) is designed with the rounded corners (141) of the upper and lower ends of the neck (14) to disperse the gripping stress of the fixture to avoid the fracture of the container body (1) at the neck (14).


Here, by utilizing the packaging of the beverage container of the present invention, the beverage will not be poured out during transportation or storage. When consumers desire to drink the beverage in the container of the present invention, the cover body (2) is turned by force, so that the internal thread section (22) of the cover body (2) is reversely screwed away from the screwed state of the external thread section (122) of the liquid outlet (12) of the container body (1), the cover body (2) can be taken off from the liquid outlet (12), and then the beverage can be poured out from the liquid outlet (12) of the container body (1) for drinking. When consumers pour the beverage from the liquid outlet (12), the inclined surface (13) arranged on the cavity wall above the cavity (11) of the container body (1), which inclines from the surrounding side of the cavity (11) to the direction of the liquid outlet (12), can be used to improve the smoothness of the contents of the beverage such as tapioca balls or konjac flowing out from the liquid outlet (12).


Therefore, the beverage container of the present invention is formed by integrally blow molding the container body (1) from a plastic blank, and the upper end of the container body (1) is integrated into the liquid outlet (12), which can omit the cumbersome process of forming and then bonding and fixing the container body and the liquid outlet of the conventional beverage container, so as to improve the production efficiency of beverage containers, and can greatly save the production cost of beverage containers, so as to meet the modern industrial needs of low cost and high efficiency.


It can be seen according to the above-mentioned structure and embodiments, advantages and effects provided by the present invention may include the following:

    • 1. The structure of the beverage container of the present invention is such that the container body is blow-molded from plastic blanks, and a liquid outlet is integrally formed on the upper end of the container body, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process and greatly saving the production time and cost of the beverage container.
    • 2. The beverage container structure of the present invention is to use the liquid outlet to deviate from the center position of the container body, so that the liquid outlet is closer to the periphery of the container, and can be drunk at a small inclination angle when drinking, wherein the cavity wall above the cavity of the container body is formed with a inclined surface from the circumferential side of the cavity to the direction of the liquid outlet, and the use of the bevel guide can improve the smoothness of the content of particles such as powder round or konjac contained in the beverage to the liquid outlet.
    • 3. The beverage container structure of the present invention is to form a neck at the connection between the container body and the liquid outlet, and a rounded corner is provided at each of the upper and lower ends of the neck, so that the rounded corners can disperse the stress generated when the jig is clamped on the neck, and prevent the container body from breaking at the neck.

Claims
  • 1. A beverage container structure, comprising a container body, which is integrally blow-molded from a plastic blank, wherein the container body comprises a cavity formed therein, a liquid outlet integrally formed on an upper end of the container body and deviated from a center position of the container body, and a inclined surface inclined from the side of the cavity to the liquid outlet formed on a cavity wall above the cavity of the container body, wherein the liquid outlet has a through hole provided thereof to communicate with the cavity of the container body, and an external thread section formed on an outer wall of the liquid outlet.
  • 2. The beverage container structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the container body comprises a narrow neck formed between the upper end of the container body and the liquid outlet, wherein the upper and lower ends of the neck are respectively connected with the liquid outlet and the container body, wherein the neck has a rounded corner arranged at each of the connections between the neck and the liquid outlet and between the neck and the container body.
  • 3. The beverage container structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the beverage container structure further comprises a cover body, which has a covering cavity arranged in the cover body, so as to cover the liquid outlet of the container body correspondingly, and an internal thread section formed on a cavity wall of the covering cavity of the cover body, so as to be screwed and combined with the external thread section provided on the outer wall of the liquid outlet.
