Claims
- 1. An apparatus for producing a biodegradable resin foam, comprising:a pressure adjusting chamber constructed in a manner to be capable of being opened and closed hermetically; an air-permeable forming mold arranged in said pressure adjusting chamber; a pressure reducing tank connected to said pressure adjusting chamber to rapidly reduce a pressure in said pressure adjusting chamber; and an injection machine for injecting, into said forming mold, fluidized biodegradable resin placed in a heated and pressurized environment and having moisture trapped therein.
- 2. An apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein said pressure adjusting chamber has an evacuation valve connected thereto.
- 3. An apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein said pressure adjusting chamber has a compressor connected thereto.
- 4. An apparatus as defined in claim 2, wherein said pressure adjusting chamber has a compressor connected thereto.
- 5. An apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein said pressure adjusting chamber has a pressurizing tank connected thereto.
- 6. An apparatus as defined in claim 2, wherein said pressure adjusting chamber has a pressurizing tank connected thereto.
- 7. An apparatus for producing a biodegradable resin foam, comprising:a pressure adjusting chamber constructed in a manner to be capable of being opened and closed hermetically; an air-permeable forming mold arranged in said pressure adjusting chamber; a pressure reducing tank connected through a pressure reducing valve to said pressure adjusting chamber to rapidly reduce a pressure in said pressure adjusting chamber; an evacuation valve connected to said pressure adjusting chamber; a compressor connected to said pressure adjusting chamber; a valve controller for controlling operation of each of said valves; and an injection machine for injecting, into said forming mold, fluidized biodegradable resin placed in a heated and pressurized environment and having moisture trapped therein; said valve controller initiating actuation of said compressor before or at the time when injection of the biodegradable resin into said forming mold by said injection machine is started, carrying out termination of actuation of said compressor and opening of said evacuation valve in the course of the injection, and carrying out closing of said evacuation valve and opening of said pressure reducing valve after the injection.
- 8. An apparatus for producing a biodegradable resin foam, comprising:a pressure adjusting chamber constructed in a manner to be capable of being opened and closed hermetically; an air-permeable forming mold arranged in said pressure adjusting chamber; a pressure reducing tank connected through a pressure reducing valve to said pressure adjusting chamber to rapidly reduce a pressure in said pressure adjusting chamber; an evacuation valve connected to said pressure adjusting chamber; a pressurizing tank connected through a pressurizing valve to said pressure adjusting chamber; a valve controller for controlling operation of each of said valves; and an injection machine for injecting, into said forming mold, fluidized biodegradable resin placed in a heated and pressurized environment and having moisture trapped therein; said valve controller opening said pressurizing valve before or at the time when injection of the biodegradable resin into said forming mold by said injection machine is started, carrying out closing of said pressurizing valve and opening of said evacuation valve in the course of the injection, and carrying out closing of said evacuation valve and opening of said pressure reducing valve after the injection.
- 9. An apparatus for producing a biodegradable resin foam, comprising:a pressure adjusting chamber constructed in a manner to be capable of being opened and closed hermetically; an air-permeable forming mold arranged in said pressure adjusting chamber; a pressure reducing tank connected through a pressure reducing valve to said pressure adjusting chamber to rapidly reduce a pressure in said pressure adjusting chamber; an evacuation valve connected to said pressure adjusting chamber; a valve controller for controlling operation of each of said valves; and an injection machine for injecting, into said forming mold, fluidized biodegradable resin placed in a heated and pressurized environment and having moisture trapped therein; said valve controller opening said evacuation valve in the course of injection of the biodegradable resin into said forming mold by said injection machine and carrying out closing of said evacuation valve and opening of said pressure reducing valve after the injection.
- 10. An apparatus for producing a biodegradable resin foam, comprising:a pressure adjusting chamber constructed in a manner to be capable of being opened and closed hermetically; an air-permeable forming mold arranged in said pressure adjusting chamber; a pressure reducing tank connected through a pressure reducing valve to said pressure adjusting chamber to rapidly reduce a pressure in said pressure adjusting chamber; a pressurizing tank connected through a pressurizing valve to said pressure adjusting chamber; a valve controller for controlling operation of each of said valves; and an injection machine for injecting, into said forming mold, fluidized biodegradable resin placed in a heated and pressurized environment and having moisture trapped therein; said valve controller opening said pressurizing valve before or at the time when injection of the biodegradable resin into said forming mold by said injection machine is started and carrying out closing of said pressurizing valve and opening of said evacuation valve after the injection.
- 11. An apparatus as defined in claims 1, wherein said injection machine includes a cylinder having a narrowed opening formed at a front portion thereof;a forcible transfer mechanism for forcibly transferring a biodegradable resin starting material containing biodegradable resin and charged in said cylinder and raising a temperature of the biodegradable resin, to thereby fluidize it and extruding the fluidized biodegradable resin through said narrowed opening into said forming mold; and an access mechanism for reciprocating said narrowed opening and forming mold relative to each other and retracting said narrowed opening relative to said forming mold during injection of the fluidized biodegradable resin through said narrowed opening into said forming mold.
- 12. An apparatus as defined in claims 2, wherein said injection machine includes a cylinder having a narrowed opening formed at a front portion thereof;a forcible transfer mechanism for forcibly transferring a biodegradable resin starting material containing biodegradable resin and charged in said cylinder and raising a temperature of the biodegradable resin, to thereby fluidize it and extruding the fluidized biodegradable resin through said narrowed opening into said forming mold; and an access mechanism for reciprocating said narrowed opening and forming mold relative to each other and retracting said narrowed opening relative to said forming mold during injection of the fluidized biodegradable resin through said narrowed opening into said forming mold.
- 13. An apparatus as defined in claims 3, wherein said injection machine includes a cylinder having a narrowed opening formed at a front portion thereof;a forcible transfer mechanism for forcibly transferring a biodegradable resin starting material containing biodegradable resin and charged in said cylinder and raising a temperature of the biodegradable resin, to thereby fluidize it and extruding the fluidized biodegradable resin through said narrowed opening into said forming mold; and an access mechanism for reciprocating said narrowed opening and forming mold relative to each other and retracting said narrowed opening relative to said forming mold during injection of the fluidized biodegradable resin through said narrowed opening into said forming mold.
- 14. An apparatus as defined in claims 5, wherein said injection machine includes a cylinder having a narrowed opening formed at a front portion thereof;a forcible transfer mechanism for forcibly transferring a biodegradable resin starting material containing biodegradable resin and charged in said cylinder and raising a temperature of the biodegradable resin, to thereby fluidize it and extruding the fluidized biodegradable resin through said narrowed opening into said forming mold; and an access mechanism for reciprocating said narrowed opening and forming mold relative to each other and retracting said narrowed opening relative to said forming mold during injection of the fluidized biodegradable resin through said narrowed opening into said forming mold.
- 15. An apparatus as defined in claims 7, wherein said injection machine includes a cylinder having a narrowed opening formed at a front portion thereof;a forcible transfer mechanism for forcibly transferring a biodegradable resin starting material containing biodegradable resin and charged in said cylinder and raising a temperature of the biodegradable resin, to thereby fluidize it and extruding the fluidized biodegradable resin through said narrowed opening into said forming mold; and an access mechanism for reciprocating said narrowed opening and forming mold relative to each other and retracting said narrowed opening relative to said forming mold during injection of the fluidized biodegradable resin through said narrowed opening into said forming mold.
- 16. An apparatus as defined in claims 8, wherein said injection machine includes a cylinder having a narrowed opening formed at a front portion thereof;a forcible transfer mechanism for forcibly transferring a biodegradable resin starting material containing biodegradable resin and charged in said cylinder and raising a temperature of the biodegradable resin, to thereby fluidize it and extruding the fluidized biodegradable resin through said narrowed opening into said forming mold; and an access mechanism for reciprocating said narrowed opening and forming mold relative to each other and retracting said narrowed opening relative to said forming mold during injection of the fluidized biodegradable resin through said narrowed opening into said forming mold.
- 17. An apparatus as defined in claims 9, wherein said injection machine includes a cylinder having a narrowed opening formed at a front portion thereof;a forcible transfer mechanism for forcibly transferring a biodegradable resin starting material containing biodegradable resin and charged in said cylinder and raising a temperature of the biodegradable resin, to thereby fluidize it and extruding the fluidized biodegradable resin through said narrowed opening into said forming mold; and an access mechanism for reciprocating said narrowed opening and forming mold relative to each other and retracting said narrowed opening relative to said forming mold during injection of the fluidized biodegradable resin through said narrowed opening into said forming mold.
- 18. An apparatus as defined in claims 10, wherein said injection machine includes a cylinder having a narrowed opening formed at a front portion thereof;a forcible transfer mechanism for forcibly transferring a biodegradable resin starting material containing biodegradable resin and charged in said cylinder and raising a temperature of the biodegradable resin, to thereby fluidize it and extruding the fluidized biodegradable resin through said narrowed opening into said forming mold; and an access mechanism for reciprocating said narrowed opening and forming mold relative to each other and retracting said narrowed opening relative to said forming mold during injection of the fluidized biodegradable resin through said narrowed opening into said forming mold.
