Claims
- 1. A container blank, comprising:
(a) at least one substrate layer made of disposable material; and (b) at least one film layer disposed substantially over said at least one substrate layer and having at least one portion adapted to shrink away from said at least one substrate layer upon application of heat, said shrunk film layer portion being adapted to thermally insulate the substrate layer located substantially behind said shrunk film layer portion.
- 2. The container blank of claim 1, wherein said heat application is at a temperature range of about 180°-190° F.
- 3. A container blank, comprising:
(a) at least one substrate layer made of disposable material; and (b) at least one film layer connected to said at least one substrate layer and having at least one portion adapted to shrink away from said at least one substrate layer upon application of heat, said shrunk film layer portion being adapted to thermally insulate the substrate layer located substantially behind said shrunk film layer portion.
- 4. The container blank of claim 3, wherein said heat application is at a temperature range of about 180° -190° F.
- 5. A container blank, comprising:
(a) at least one substrate layer made of disposable material; and (b) at least one film layer operatively coupled to said at least one substrate layer and having at least one portion adapted to shrink away from said at least one substrate layer upon application of heat, said shrunk film layer portion being adapted to thermally insulate the substrate layer located substantially behind said shrunk film layer portion.
- 6. The container blank of claim 5, wherein said heat application is at a temperature range of about 180°-190° F.
- 7. A container blank, comprising:
(a) at least one substrate layer made of disposable material; and (b) at least one shrink film layer disposed substantially over said at least one substrate layer and adapted to thermally insulate at least one portion of said at least one substrate layer.
- 8. A container blank, comprising:
(a) at least one substrate layer made of disposable material; and (b) at least one shrink film layer connected to said at least one substrate layer and adapted to thermally insulate at least one portion of said at least one substrate layer.
- 9. A container blank, comprising:
(a) at least one substrate layer made of disposable material; and (b) at least one shrink film layer operatively coupled to said at least one substrate layer for thermally insulating at least one portion of said at least one substrate layer.
- 10. A container blank, comprising:
(a) at least one substrate layer made of disposable material; and (b) at least one shrink film layer operatively coupled to said at least one substrate layer.
- 11. A container blank, comprising:
(a) at least one substrate layer made of disposable material; and (b) at least one shrink film layer disposed substantially over said at least one substrate layer.
- 12. A container blank, comprising:
(a) at least one substrate layer made of disposable material; and (b) at least one shrink film layer connected to said at least one substrate layer.
- 13. The container blank of claim 1, wherein at least one portion of said at least one film layer is adapted to shrink away from said at least one substrate layer in at least one pattern upon application of heat.
- 14. The container blank of claim 3, wherein at least one portion of said at least one film layer is adapted to shrink away from said at least one substrate layer in at least one pattern upon application of heat.
- 15. The container blank of claim 5, wherein at least one portion of said at least one film layer is adapted to shrink away from said at least one substrate layer in at least one pattern upon application of heat.
- 16. The container blank of claim 13, wherein said at least one shrink pattern comprises at least one generally vertical air pocket.
- 17. The container blank of claim 13, wherein said at least one shrink pattern comprises at least one generally diamond-shaped air pocket.
- 18. The container blank of claim 13, wherein said at least one shrink pattern comprises a plurality of seal spots.
- 19. The container blank of claim 13, wherein said at least one shrink pattern comprises at least one generally horizontal air pocket.
- 20. The container blank of claim 14, wherein said at least one shrink pattern comprises at least one generally vertical air pocket.
- 21. The container blank of claim 14, wherein said at least one shrink pattern comprises at least one generally diamond-shaped air pocket.
- 22. The container blank of claim 14, wherein said at least one shrink pattern comprises a plurality of seal spots.
- 23. The container blank of claim 14, wherein said at least one shrink pattern comprises at least one generally horizontal air pocket.
- 24. The container blank of claim 15, wherein said at least one shrink pattern comprises at least one generally vertical air pocket.
- 25. The container blank of claim 15, wherein said at least one shrink pattern comprises at least one generally diamond-shaped air pocket.
- 26. The container blank of claim 15, wherein said at least one shrink pattern comprises a plurality of seal spots.
- 27. The container blank of claim 15, wherein said at least one shrink pattern comprises at least one generally horizontal air pocket.
