Abstract
The present invention, Bloomerz, discloses a moisture-wicking double-unit and single-unit version of a mesh caddy sack. It is designed to hold one or two bottles in an inverted position. Specifically, this mesh bottle caddy sack allows all of the contents of the bottle to rest in the cap, waiting and ready to be dispensed. This caddy sack ensures all of the product in the bottle is used. The paracord, ruffle(s)/crochet ring(s), ribbon and adornment beads create a matching color set on each mesh sack. Additionally, the mesh material is readily-permeable to water and air. It allows visibility to see the products enclosed and dries quickly for portable transport.
Description
FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE

The disclosure relates to a device used to hold a bottle(s) in an inverted position to ensure all product is used, thereby eliminating wasted product.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to caddies used to store products. More particularly, this portable bottle caddy will be useful for holding various sizes and shapes of bottled products with pop-caps or flip-tops, in an inverted position. Holding the products upside-down will ensure the entire product is used up prior to discarding the bottle.

The need for a bottle caddy may vary from situation to situation. For example, when in the shower or sitting in the bath tub, it can be adjusted to a readily available position, allowing easy access for dispensing the product. Another example, the bottle caddy can be used in many areas, including for products in squeezable bottles inside the refrigerator.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The caddy sack is portable, with an adjustable strap for convenient access to the product; and for on-the-go transport of the product(s).

Implementation of the invention, it may be used to conveniently hold a variety of bottled products in an upside-down position allowing the product to rest in the top awaiting quick dispensing.

The main feature of the bottle caddy permits various products with pop-caps or flip-tops (i.e., lotions, shower gels, shampoos/conditioners, dish soaps, condiments) to be held in an inverted position allowing total use of a product thereby, eliminating waste. The bottle caddy may be attached externally to several surfaces by using a suction-cup with a hook. If there is not an available surface to affix the suction cup hook, the caddy sack can also be hung by the loop onto any existing hooks, handles and/or fixtures.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

A description of embodiments of the present invention will now be given with reference to the FIGS. 1-14 above. It is expected that the present invention may take many other forms and shapes, hence the following disclosure is intended to be illustrative and not limiting, and the scope of the invention should be determined by reference to the appended claims.

Embodiments of the invention provide a bottle caddy comprised of one rectangular panel of mesh material, which is readily-permeable to water and air.

Embodiments of the invention makes it portable and may be used to conveniently hold a variety of bottled products in an inverted position in places whereas other caddy devices are stationary, bulky units.

The combination of features provided by the bottle caddy sack, it holds various bottled products with pop-caps or flip-tops (i.e., lotions, shower gels, shampoos, conditioners, dish soaps, condiments, etc.) in an inverted position; the mesh material provide visibility to view and distinguish which product is being used.

The main benefit of the bottle caddy is it sanctions the total use of the product, thereby, eliminating waste. The bottle caddy is portable and dries quickly if it gets wet. It may also be affixed to various surfaces (with the suction cup hook), such as a shower tile, stainless steel, plastic and glass surfaces.

The mesh material surrounds all sides of the product. This allows products stored in the bottle caddy to be visible and air flow dries the sack quickly for easy portability. Mesh material minimize or prevent odors, mold growth, and is resistant to rot and other types of damage that could weaken the material over time.

The hanging/carrying cord of the bottle caddy is also used to close the sack to secure the products inside.

Materials/Supplies Needed

For the double-unit bottle caddy sack:

    • 1—Rectangular panel of mesh material (W 13.5″×L 16.5″ for regular size); (W 13.5″× L 26″ for large size)
    • 2—eyelets
    • 1—36″—550 Nylon Paracord
    • 2—polyester ruffles—8″ cut ribbon/crochet rings
    • 1—11″—grosgrain ribbon
    • 1—Cord lock
    • 4 or more—adornment bead assortment
    • Black or white polyester/cotton thread
    • Transparent thread
    • Suction cup hanger with hook

For the single-unit bottle caddy sack:

    • 1—Rectangular panel of mesh material (W 13.5″× L 16.5″ for regular size); (W 13.5″× L 26″ for large size)
    • 1—eyelet
    • 1—30
    • ″—550 Nylon Paracord
    • 1—Polyester ruffle/crochet ring
    • 1—15″—Grosgrain ribbon (Cut in three 5″ pieces)
    • 1—Cord lock
    • 2-4—Adornment beads
    • Polyester Thread (Black or White) *Color to use depends on the color of the mesh material used
    • Transparent thread
    • Suction cup hanger with hook

To Assemble Bloomerzcustom-character Bottle Caddy Sack:
    • 1. Cut one rectangular panel of mesh material 13.5″×16.5″ (regular size) or 13.5″×26″ (large size).
    • 2. Cut 1½″ holes at the center of the rectangle (layout portrait style) 8.25″ down and 2.5″ from each outer edge of mesh material.
    • 3. Hot glue ruffle/ring around each hole; secure with fabric studs, 4 spread evenly around each ruffle/ring. Fold material in half on horizontal edge matching up the edge, with ruffles on the inside.
    • 4. Sew ½″ seam all the way up on each side.
    • 5. Affix first eyelet on the front inside 1″ from top edge; affix second eyelet on the back inside of the sack ½″ from top edge.
    • 6. Fold down 1″ of material and sew bottom edge to form a casing for the paracord. Turn sack inside out.
    • 7. Sew mesh sack from the bottom upwards in the center up to the 6-inch mark. This divides the sack into two equal sections.
    • 8. Place selected decorative grosgrain ribbon looping from front to back of sewn stitch, covering the 6″ stitch. Ensure the edges of the ribbon match up with edges even; Pin to hold ribbon in place. Sew along each outer edge of the ribbon with transparent thread.
    • 9. Insert 550 Paracord through front eyelet and thread around coming into the second eyelet; form a 4″ loop; tie a knot half way up the loop, creating a smaller loop at the top. Continue threading the end back down through the same (second) eyelet and continue threading around to the opposite side front eyelet. Pull through to make sure both sides of the paracord hangs evenly.
    • 10. Burn both ends of paracord to prevent fraying.
    • 11. Depress tab on end of cord lock and insert each end of cord into respective holes on cord lock. Slide the cord lock up the cords about 6 inches.
    • 12. Add 2 bead adornments on each end of cord. Tie knot at the end of each hanging cord to hold beads in place.
    • 13. Assembly complete. Ready to install product(s).
