1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a blowgun and particularly to a blowgun that has a mouthpiece and a mechanism for firing bullets.
2. Description of the Prior Art
Conventional paintball guns are usually used in the war game which uses paintballs to act for real bullets and plays like a real war. In some situations, a more safe game is desirous especially for children. However, most paintball guns used in the war game are not satisfied the aforesaid conditions and need inextricable protection to get in return safe of player or to prevent accident.
Thus the present invention is aimed to provide a blowgun that overcomes the drawbacks of the paintball guns of the prior art, and the blowgun according to the present invention is beneficial to firing bullets.
In view of the aforesaid problems occurred to the conventional paintball guns, the present invention aims to provide a blowgun for war game, children or otherwise.
Another object of the invention is to provide a blowgun that has a mouthpiece to provide high pressure and a mechanism to load bullets for firing bullets by blowing.
Yet another object of the invention is to provide a blowgun that has at least one magazine for containing bullets and a bracket for anchoring the magazine.
To achieve the foregoing objects, the blowgun according to the invention comprising: a grip which is comprised a loading gate, a lead pipe, and a guiding flange; a trigger which is installed slidably at the grip, and a interference bar is installed at a part of the trigger, which is formed in the inner of the grip; a mouthpiece which is comprised a tubular part at one end thereof and a conical part at another end thereof; a barrel; a pushing bar which is installed slidably in the lead pipe and can be slid between the mouthpiece and the barrel; and a first recoil spring which is installed in the lead pipe; wherein the lead pipe is formed at the rear of the barrel and through inner of the grip; the loading gate is connected to the lead pipe; the guiding flange is installed in the grip; the tubular part is coupled together with the lead pipe; and during an interval the trigger being compressed, the interference bar of the trigger brings the pushing bar to approach the mouthpiece and to compress the first recoil spring until a chamber which is connected to the loading gate between the pushing bar and the barrel is enough for containing the bullet, and then the first recoil spring returns and brings the pushing bar to approach the barrel and to push the bullet into the barrel while the interference bar contacts with the guiding flange and releases the pushing bar.
The pushing bar comprises a second contact part by which the pushing bar contacts with the interference bar.
The interference bar comprises a first contact part that an upper part thereof can be contacted with the second contact part and a lower part thereof can't be contacted with the interference bar; and during the interval the trigger being compressed and when the chamber is enough for containing the bullet, the lower part of the interference bar contacts with the guiding flange.
The blowgun further comprises a second recoil spring which is installed in the grip for opposing being compressed of the trigger.
The blowgun further comprises a first holding part which is installed in the barrel for blocking the bullet at the rear of the first holding part in the barrel.
The blowgun further comprises a second holding part which is installed at the rear of the first holding part in the barrel for restricting the bullet in the barrel between the first holding part and the second holding part.
The front end and the rear end of the bullet in the barrel respectively are contacted with the first holding part and the second holding part tightly.
The first holding part and the second holding part both are O-rings.
The blowgun further comprises a sleeve which is installed at a front part of the mouthpiece and made of aluminum.
The blowgun further comprises a bracket, which is installed on the barrel, and at least a magazine, which is installed on the bracket and contains a plurality of bullets.
The blowgun further comprises a receiver which is installed on the loading gate and connected with the loading gate for holding the magazine.
In conclusion, the blowgun of the present invention can be operated to fire bullets by blowing and is safer than paintball guns of prior arts so that the blowgun of the present invention is more adaptable to children. Besides, the trigger can bring the pushing bar to a position until a bullet is allowed to be loaded in the chamber, and the pushing bar can automatically push the bullet into the barrel by the first recoil spring. Therefore, the bullet is ready to fire as the trigger reaches the position where the bullet is loaded in the chamber so that the responding time is short and is helpful to the user.
The foregoing, as well as additional objects, features and advantages of the invention will be more readily apparent from the following detailed description, which proceeds with reference to the accompanying drawings.
While the present invention is susceptible of embodiment in various forms, there is shown in the drawings and will hereinafter be described a presently preferred embodiment with the understanding that the present disclosure is to be considered an exemplification of the invention and is not intended to limit the invention to the specific embodiment illustrated.

Because the mouthpiece 130 is made of a soft material such as plastic or rubber, a sleeve 160 is inserted in the inner surface of the tubular part 132 of the mouthpiece 130 for assembling the tubular part 132 of the mouthpiece 130 with the grip 110 while the sleeve 160 is made of a hard material such as aluminum or aluminum alloy. The pushing bar 150 has a retainer flange 154 and a second contact part 152, and one end of the said first recoil spring 117 is contacted with the retainer flange 154 and another end of the said first recoil spring 117 is contacted with the sleeve 160. Moreover, the second contact part 152 is installed at a lower part of the pushing bar 150, and the pushing bar 150 contacts the interference bar 122 by the second contact part 152. The interference bar 122 has a first contact part 122a that the upper part thereof can be contacted with the second contact part 152 and the lower part thereof can't be contacted with the interference bar 122.
The said blowgun 100 further has a second recoil spring 118. One end of the second recoil spring 118 is connected to the extended bar 124 of the trigger 120, another end of the second recoil spring 118 is connected to the grip 110. The blowgun 100 further has a first holding part 142 and a second holding part 144. Each of the first holding part 142 and the second holding part 144 can be an O-ring, and the first holding part 142 and the second holding part 144 are respectively installed at a groove 141 and a groove 141′ of the barrel 140. Each of the groove 141 and the groove 141′ respectively has a plurality of openings 141a and a plurality of openings 141a′ (referring to

Although the pushing bar 150 pushes the interference bar 122 by the second contact part 152 in the above embodiment, the second contact part 152 can easily be replaced with the mechanism topology. For an example, the pushing bar 150 has a recess (not showed in the figures) which replaces the second contact part 152, and the interference bar 122 can contact to the recess. Besides, the installation of the bracket 170, the magazine 180, and the receiver 190 makes convenient for supplying the bullets 70, but these structures are optional and depend on demand in use or any other substitute which can replaced them with the mechanism topology.
In conclusion, the blowgun 100 of the present invention can be operated to fire bullets 70 by blowing and is safer than paintball guns of prior arts so that the blowgun 100 of the present invention is more adaptable to children. Besides, the trigger 120 can bring the pushing bar 150 to a position until a bullet 70 is allowed to be loaded in the chamber 119, and the pushing bar 150 can automatically push the bullet 70 into the barrel 140 by the first recoil spring 117. Therefore, the bullet 70 is ready to fire as the trigger 120 reaches the position where the bullet 70 is loaded in the chamber 119 so that the responding time is short and is helpful to the user.
Moreover, because of the resistance caused from the first holding part 142, the bullet 70 is held between the first holding part 142 and the second holding part 144 until the pressure due to blowing of the mouthpiece 130 is higher enough. Therefore, the blowing pressure which can fire the bullet 70 must be over a minimum value so that the bullet 70 shot from the barrel 140 has high speed and the amusement of the war game is kept. Besides, the first holding part 142 and the second holding part 144 can keep the bullet 70 at the barrel 140 firmly, and the first holding part 142 and the second holding part 144 also increase air seal of the interface between the barrel 140 and the bullet 70.
While the preferred embodiment of the invention have been set forth for the purpose of disclosure, modifications of the disclosed embodiments of the invention as well as other embodiments thereof may occur to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to cover all embodiments which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.
