Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The disclosure relates to riding helmet, or, specifically, a bone conduction-based Bluetooth wireless riding helmet.

BACKGROUND

Helmets are mainly used to provide safety protection for the head of the human body, however, traditional helmets only have the single function of safety protection and can not meet the application requirements of special occasions. For instance, they do not support interactive communication or multimedia playing during a ride. Some existing technologies only provide the basic safety protection function for helmets, and have not integrated any voice communication device, which causes inconvenience and potential safety hazards to their users; some existing technologies adopt air conduction loudspeaker and air conduction microphone, and thus can not meet the demand of voice communication in noisy environments; when wearing an air conduction loudspeaker for a long time, the users may feel discomfort; wearing an air conduction loudspeaker also influences the perception of environmental sounds by the users, and causes potential traffic safety hazards.

SUMMARY

The disclosure aims to overcome the defects of existing technologies, and to provide a bone conduction-based Bluetooth wireless riding helmet that is characterized by simple structure, convenient use and low production cost, and it can effectively improve the safety performance of the helmet.

According to an embodiment, a bone conduction-based Bluetooth wireless riding helmet comprising a helmet body, a regulator at an interior of the helmet body, a brim at a front end of the helmet body, and a drawstring connecting two sides of a bottom of the helmet and the drawstring is fixed on the helmet through a quick release buckle; wherein an interior of the helmet body is provided with a removable bone conductor that is electrically connected with a power system and a control system; wherein the control system is electrically connected with a regulating device on the drawstring.

According to an embodiment, the interior of the helmet body is provided with two bone conductors installed on a left side and a right side on the helmet body.

According to an embodiment, the bone conductor is set inside the helmet corresponding to a forehead area of a human body.

According to an embodiment, the interior of the helmet body is provided with a fixing mount, and the bone conductor is installed on the fixing mount.

According to an embodiment, the regulating device is provided with a key to adjust a volume and a key for function selection.

According to an embodiment, the regulating device is provided with a microphone.

According to an embodiment, the control system is provided with a Bluetooth device and a multimedia communication device.

Beneficial effects of the disclosure: 1 Characterized by simple structure, convenient use and low production cost, it has an enhanced market competitiveness. 2 The bone conduction-based helmet can produce sounds, and a bone conduction-based vibrator sound source is embedded on each side of the helmet and perfectly integrated with the helmet; when the intelligent terminal connected to the helmet plays music or makes/receives a call, the vibrator will cause a resonation of the helmet, so that the entire helmet will produce sounds; in addition, the helmet is also closely fitted with the head, so that the helmet serves the role of a bone conduction medium, and the vibrator can directly transmit the sounds to the auditory nerve through the helmet and the head bone. It means that, after wearing the helmet, the sounds can be clearly heard even when both ears are covered and even when in a noisy environment. Thus, compared with the ordinary air conduction technology, the bone conduction technology can achieve a higher level of comfort for the users, and realize clear voice communication in noisy environments without influencing the perception of the surrounding environmental information by the users. 3 Adopting Bluetooth technology for the helmet can realize its wireless transmission communication with cellphone and other multimedia devices, and avoid the interference with the users' riding activity by the signal line under conventional technologies.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 are the general assembly effect drawings of the disclosed embodiments.

FIG. 4 is the assembly drawing of the disclosure's bone conduction device and helmet body.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Further specific explanations of the disclosure are provided below in combination with the appended drawings. The disclosure relates to a bone conduction-based Bluetooth wireless riding helmet comprising a helmet body 1, a regulator 2 at an interior of the helmet body, a brim 3 at the front end of the helmet body 1 and a drawstring 4 connecting two sides of a bottom of the helmet and the drawstring fixed onto the helmet through a quick release buckle 5, wherein an interior of the helmet body 1 is provided with a removable bone conductor 6 that is electrically connected with a power system and a control system, and the control system is electrically connected a the regulating device 8 on the drawstring 4.

The interior of the helmet body 1 is provided with two bone conductors 6 installed on a left side and a right side on the helmet body 1.

The bone conductors 6 are set inside the helmet, corresponding to a forehead area of a human body.

An interior of the helmet body 1 is provided with a fixing mount 7, and the bone conductors are installed the fixing mount.

A regulating device 8 is set with a key 81 to adjust a volume and a key 82 for function selection.

The regulating device 8 is also provided with a microphone.

The control system is provided with Bluetooth device and multimedia communication device.

Working principle: Before using the helmet, its power system must be charged; the residual battery amount of the power system can be known from the power indicator inside the control system. Cellphone, music player and other devices can be paired with the Bluetooth system inside the helmet based on Bluetooth technology, and after that the helmet can be worn on a head. To be specific, adopting the Bluetooth wireless technology can avoid the interference with the users' riding activity by the signal cord used in traditional technologies.

In the actual use process, a head of a human body comes into contact with bone conductors; the control system converts acoustic signals into vibratory signals, and the vibratory signals are transmitted to the bone conductor. After the bone conductor receives the vibratory signal, the bone conductor is configured to cause a resonation of the helmet to facilitate a human wearing the helmet to receive a sound transmission. The resonation of the helmet may cause the head bone that comes into contact to act as the medium of sound transmission, through which sounds are transmitted to the auditory nerve. Compared with the air conduction technology adopted by ordinary microphones or loudspeakers, this technology can achieve a higher level of comfort for the users, and realize clear voice communication in noisy environments without influencing the perception of the surrounding environmental information by the users, thus to effectively improve riding safety. Furthermore, to make convenience for the users to perform volume regulation, function selection and other operations during the riding process, the disclosure has also designed a regulating device on the drawstring 4. The regulating device 8 consists of volume +/−key 81 and function selection key 82. It can also be provided with other functions by the manufacturer in production according to the actual conditions, the unnecessary details of which will not be provided here.

Displayed and described above are the basic principle, main characteristics and advantages of the disclosure. It should not be difficult for those with ordinary skills in the art to understand that the disclosure is not limited by the above example, that what is described above is only the principle of the disclosure, and that is, without departing away from the spirit or scope of the disclosure, the disclosure may have various variations and improvements (like the sectional shape of the guide rail, the material and structure of noise reduction gaskets, etc.), all of which shall fall within the scope of the disclosure to be protected.
