A stopping ring 113 is disposed annularly at the outer surrounding wall 12 of the fastening member 11 which is adjacent to the open end 111 of the fastening member 11, and an outer diameter of the stopping ring 113 is larger than a diameter of the opening 33 of the container 30, so that the stopping ring 113 is abutted against the outer periphery of the opening 33 of the container 30. An abutting ring 114 is disposed at an upper portion of the stopping ring 113 and includes a protruded ring enclosed the outer surrounding wall 12 of the fastening member 11. The abutting ring 114 is disposed distantly and parallel to the stopping ring 113, so that an interval h is formed between the abutting ring 114 and stopping ring 113. A plurality of via holes 15 simultaneously passing through the outer surrounding wall 12 and the inner surrounding wall 13 is opened on the fastening member 11 and adjacent to the close end 112, each via hole 15 is extended longitudinally and formed as rectangular shaped. Each two adjacent via holes 15 have a rib 16 formed therebetween, and each rib 16 is connected to the close end 112. A recessed groove 17 is formed between each rib 16 and the close end 112, and a first engaging portion 171 is disposed in the recessed groove 17. The cap member 21 is provided for sleeving with the fastening member 11 and has an extended tube 22 extended downward. A receiving room 23 is formed inside the extended tube 22. An open terminal 24 is formed at an end portion downward extended from the extended tube 22 and communicates with the receiving room 23. The extended tube 22 is extended downward the close end 112 of the fastening member 11 through the open end 111 of the fastening member 11. The open terminal 24 of the extended tube 22 is connected with the close end 112 of the fastening member 11, and the periphery of the open terminal 24 is inserted in the recessed groove 17 between each rib 16 and the close end 112 so as to shield the open terminal 24 of the extended tube 22. A second engaging portion 241 is disposed at the inner periphery of the open terminal 24 in which the outline and the position of the second engaging portion 241 match with those of the first engaging portion 171. In this embodiment, the first engaging portion 171 is a semicircular protrusion, and the second engaging portion 241 is an arced groove, so that when the open terminal 24 is inserted in the recessed groove 17, the first engaging portion 171 engages with the second engaging portion 241 to provide a positioning function, and the outer periphery of the extended tube 22 is attached with the inner surrounding wall 13 of the fastening member 11 so as to shield the via hole 15 of the fastening member 11, thereby making the receiving room 23 form a closed space. An assembling portion 25 is disposed around the inner periphery of the cap member 21 and includes a threading section so as to lock with the connecting portion 34 of the outer periphery of the opening 33 of the container 30. The cap member 21 has a working portion 26 assembled at the inner periphery thereof. In this embodiment, the working portion 26 includes a plurality of protruding blocks annularly disposed at the inner periphery of the cap member 21, and when the cap member 21 is sleeved with the fastening member 11, the working portion 26 is disposed between the interval h between the stopping ring 113 and the abutting ring 114, so that the upward axial movement of the cap member 21 is blocked by the abutting ring 114, and the downward axial movement of the cap member 21 is blocked by the stopping ring 113. And, when the extended tube 22 of the cap member 21 shields the via hole 15, the working portion 26 is abuttingly connected to the upper portion of the stopping ring 113.

The following paragraphs are provided to describe the assembling of the present invention. For the present invention, firstly, a predefined article (not shown) is filled into the receiving room 23 through the open terminal 24 of the extended tube 22; and then, the open end 111 of the fastening member 11 is sleeved with the outer periphery of the extended tube 22 of the cap member 21. Since the cap member 21 and the fastening member 11 are both made by plastic, the working portion 26 of the cap member 21 can be assembled at the interval h between the stopping ring 113 and the abutting ring 114. Based on this, the cap member 21 and the extended tube 22 thereof are axially movable relative to the fastening member 11 along the length of the interval h, thereby allowing the open terminal 24 of the extended tube 22 to connect with the close end 112 of the fastening member 11, so that the periphery of the open terminal 24 is inserted in the recessed grooves 17 between each rib 16 and the close end 112. And then, the first engaging portion 171 is engaged with the second engaging portion 241, so that the article is sealed in the receiving room 23 of the cap member 21. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 3, the cap member 21 sleeved with the fastening member 11 is rotated to lock with the connecting portion 34 of the opening 33 of the container 20 by using the assembling portion 25. During the locking process, the fastening member 11 is stuffed in the inner periphery of the opening 33 of the container 30; meanwhile, the fastening member 11 is abutted against the outer periphery of the opening 33 of the container 30 via the stopping ring 113 with the fixing portion 14 closely abutting the inner periphery of the opening 33 of the container 30, so that the fastening member 11 is securely positioned, thereby achieving the assembling of the fastening member 11 to the container 30.

Upon operation, as shown in FIG. 4, when the user rotates the cap member 21 counterclockwise relative to the container 30, the cap member 21 is axially moved upward to drive the extended tube 22 to move axially and upwardly along the connecting portion 34 of the opening 33 of the container 30; furthermore, during the counterclockwise rotating of the cap member 21, the axial stress generated by the cap member 21 is much smaller than the abutting force provided by the fixing portion 14 of the fastening member 11, therefore, during the upward axial movement of the extended tube 22 driven by the cap member 21, the fastening member 11 is retained in the inner periphery of the opening 33 of the container 30, such that the extended tube 22 is axially movable relative to the fastening member 11. Based on this, during the counterclockwise rotating of the cap member 21, the via hole 15 of the fastening member 11 is no more shielded by the extended tube 22, thereby allowing the article in the receiving room 23 of the extended tube 22 to fall into the container 30 through the via hole 15.

When the user continuously rotates the cap member 21 counterclockwise so as to allow the cap member 21 moving upward axially along the connecting portion 34 of the container 30 and to allow the working portion 26 of the inner periphery of the cap member 21 abuttingly connecting with the abutting ring 114; that is, as shown in FIG. 5, when the user continuously rotate the cap member 21 counterclockwise so as to allow the upward axial stress being larger than the abutting force provided by the fixing portion 14 of the fastening member 11, the working portion 26 at the inner periphery of the cap member 21 pushes the abutting ring 114 of the fastening member 11, so that the fastening member 11 is moved upward by the pushing of working portion 26 of the cap member 21. Based on this, during the counterclockwise rotating of the cap member 21, the user firstly makes the article inside the extended tube 22 fall into the container 30; and then, the fastening member 11 stuffed in the inner periphery of the opening 33 of the container 30 is pulled out upon rotating the cap member 21 to open the container 30, so that the user drinks the beverage or drinks inside the container 30 conveniently.

Based on the above, the bottle cap structure provided by the present invention includes the cap member 21 and the fastening member 11 sleeved with each other, thus being reusable. Furthermore, an additional threading cap is not necessary to be applied above the cap member 21, so that the manufacturing cost of the bottle cap is reduced, and the bottle cap structure is simplified as compared to conventional.

Furthermore, during rotating to open the cap member 21, the article inside the receiving room 23 falls into the container 30, so that the user can use the bottle cap simply and conveniently, and the issue of the article not falling into the container 30 raised by user's misoperation can be efficiently avoided.

Moreover, the abutment of the working portion 26 toward the abutting ring 114 pulls out the fastening member 11 from the inner periphery of the opening 33 of the container 30 upon rotating to open the cap member 21, thereby efficiently solving the problem how to take the fastening member 11 out of the bottle cap structure, and thereby benefiting the user to drink the fluid inside the container 30 conveniently.

Please refer to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, which illustrate the second embodiment of the present invention. The structure of the second embodiment is approximately the same as that of the first embodiment, except that in the second embodiment, after the fastening member 11 is sleeved with the cap member 21, a sealing assembly member 41 firstly encloses the outer periphery of the fastening member 11 so as to avoid the fastening member 11 and the cap member 21 from being contaminated before being assembled with the opening 33 of the container 30. The sealing assembly member 41 has a through hole 42 correspondingly receiving the fastening member 11, and the inner periphery of the through hole 42 is not closely connected with the outer periphery of the fastening member 11. A connecting portion 43 is disposed around the outer periphery of the through hole 42 correspondingly matching with the assembling portion 25 of the cap member 21. Based on this, the connecting portion 43 of the sealing assembly member 41 is locked with the assembling portion 25 of the cap member 21, so that the sealing assembly member 41 encloses the outer periphery of the fastening member 11.

Please refer to FIG. 8, which illustrates a third embodiment of the present invention. The structure of the third embodiment is approximately the same as that of the first embodiment, except that in the third embodiment, a top portion of the cap member 21 has a protruding portion 27 integrally formed thereon and extended upward. In this embodiment, the outline of the protruding portion 27 is formed as a diamond. And, an expanded accommodating space 28 is formed in the protruding portion 27 and communicates with the receiving room 23 of the extended tube 22.

Via the protruding portion 27, the appearance of the cap member 21 is more attractive, thereby promoting the user to purchase the beverage or drinks using the present invention as the container 30. Furthermore, via the protruding portion 27, the overall volume of the receiving room 23 of the cap member 21 is expanded so as to receive an article with larger volume.

Although particular embodiments of the invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
