1. Field of Invention
The present invention relates to a bottle cap, and more particularly to a bottle cap device for storage bottle for beverage or object.
2. Description of Related Arts
A Taiwan Patent No. M361490, entitled “Convenient Drink Mixing Device”, discloses the following technologies.
1. The mixing device is module designed and could be integrally installed to various containers produced by different manufacturers to provide a drink mixing function.
2. The mixing device could be opened by the current simplex method of turning the bottle cap anticlockwise, thereby two drinks/materials are mixed completely and the bottle cap could be taken out.
Referring to the publication of this patent, firstly, a fixture portion 34 of a subpackage vessel 30 is connected to a screw portion 26 of a bottle cap 20, and secondly, an internal thread hole 21 of the bottle cap 20 is screwed with an external screw 12 of a bottle opening 11, thereby the subpackage vessel 30 could be tightly inserted and affixed in the bottle opening 11 by means of—an external sealing ring 35. bottle opening However, this structure has the following shortcomings.
1. These elements have to be integrally installed by two screwing procedures, which wastes time and work, and the screw portion of the bottle cap 20 can not be produced economically.
2. Due to the accumulated tolerance of the screw portion 26, the fixture portion 34 and the sealing ring 35, when the subpackage vessel 30 is inserted into the bottle opening 11, it is very inconvenient to assemble these elements together and the precision of the assemblage is not good enough.
Hence, an assemblage of such bottle and its cap is required to be improved.
The invention is advantageous in that it provides a bottle cap device comprising a bottle cap and a subpackage vessel, wherein the bottle cap and the subpackage vessel could be quickly assembled by means of a retainer groove and a retainer member, forming a clutch structure, which are earier to manufacture.
Another advantage of the invention is to provide a bottle cap device that when the subpackage vessel is inserted in the bottle opening, the clutch structure will not cause any radical interference, and hence the bottle cap and the subpackage vessel could be assembled easily with a maintained assemble precision.
Additional advantages and features of the invention will become apparent from the description which follows, and may be realized by means of the instrumentalities and combinations particular point out in the appended claims.
According to the present invention, the foregoing and other objects and advantages are attained by a bottle cap device, which comprises a bottle cap, a subpackage vessel and a circular slotting tool. The bottle cap comprises a circular cover and a body extending downward from a periphery of the cover, wherein the body has an internal thread, which is screwed up by being turned clockwise. The subpackage vessel comprises a separator disposed on the bottom, wherein the separator seals the bottom of the subpackage vessel to form a containing cavity open on the top, wherein a top periphery of the subpackage vessel drills through the body and a top end of the containing cavity butt joints with the bottom surface of the cover. The circular slotting tool is disposed within the containing cavity and comprises a center hole and a cutting edge disposed on the bottom. The bottle cap and the subpackage vessel could be quickly assembled with the use of a clutch structure composed of a plurality of retainer grooves and a plurality of retainer members. A guiding structure is disposed between the slotting tool and the subpackage vessel. A linkage structure is correspondingly disposed between the bottle cap and the slotting tool, wherein when the bottle cap is turned anticlockwise, the helical block pushes the helical groove to force the slotting tool to move under limitation of the guiding structure, and then the cutting edge of the slotting tool opens the separator of the subpackage vessel.
Still further objects and advantages will become apparent from a consideration of the ensuing description and drawings.
These and other objectives, features, and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description, the accompanying drawings, and the appended claims.
Referring to
The subpackage vessel 20 comprises a separator 21 sealedly enclosing a bottom thereof to form a containing cavity 22 having a top opening. A top periphery of the subpackage vessel 20 passes through the body 12 until the top end of the containing cavity 22 connecting with the bottom surface of the cover 11 correspondingly.
The clutch structure comprises a circular rail 31 protruded around an upper portion of an external surface of the subpackage vessel 20, wherein four fastening elements 32 are symmetrically provided on the circular rail 31. Each of the fastening elements 32 has an inverted L shape, thereby a retainer groove 321 is formed between each fastening element 32 and the circular rail 3L Correspondingly, the bottle cap 10 provides a plurality of retainer members 33 which are capable of being fastened with the retainer grooves 321 respectively. Referring to
The bottle cap device further comprises a circular slotting tool 40 disposed within the containing cavity 22, wherein the circular slotting tool 40 has a center hole 41 perforating therethrough, a cutting edge 42 protruded on the bottom thereof, and a plurality of drain holes 43 radially formed in slotting tool 40.
The bottle cap device further comprises a guiding structure having two section grooves 51 symmetrically extended around the slotting tool 40, wherein the two section grooves 51 have a left shape and a right
shape respectively to form two resilient members 52, each having a free end slightly protruded resilient member from the periphery of the slotting tool 40. The guiding structures further comprises four lengthways stops 53 provided on the sidewall of the containing cavity 22 to define a space therebetween for receiving the slotting tool 40 therein with each resilient member 52 positioned between two stops 53. Referring to
The bottle cap device further comprises a linkage structure, which comprises a neck-shrinking helical block 61 protruded downwardly from the bottom surface of the cover 11, and has a helical groove 62 provided in the sidewall of the center hole 41 of the slotting tool 40 for mating with the helical block 61. Referring to
The bottle cap device further comprises a container 70. Referring to
The bottle cap device further comprises a sealing structure, which comprises a plurality of circular rings 81 annularly provided on the outside surface of the subpackage vessel 20, wherein the circular rings 81 are capable of tightly mating with the bottle opening 71, a plurality of engaging teeth 82 spacedly provided around the outside surface of the subpackage vessel 20 and positioned above the circular ring 81, and a plurality of engaging grooves 83 provided around the bottle opening 71 for engaging with the engaging teeth 82 respectively, thereby the subpackage vessel 20 could be securely installed in the bottle opening 71.
Accordingly, the present invention has the following advantages:
1. The bottle cap 10 and the subpackage vessel 20 could be quickly assembled by means of the retainer grooves 321 and the retainer members 33 of the clutch structure, wherein the retainer grooves 321 and the retainer members 33 could be a lot easier to manufacture.
2. When the subpackage vessel 20 is inserted and fixed in the bottle opening 71, the clutch structure could improve the radical interference of the conventional screwing connection, hence the bottle cap 10 and the subpackage vessel 20 of the present invention could be assembled more smoothly and easily with a maintained assemble precision.
