Abstract
Disclosed is a bottle cap having two different materials, disposed on a container having a certain content, in the direction of discharge of the content, comprising: a main body coupled about the center of the mouth of a container; and an operation part coupled to the coupling main body mouth located at the top of the main body, and having a storage space and a receiving portion. The two different materials mix during the coupling of the bottle cap to the neck of the container in a process whereby the main body is made to contact the container mouth of the container, and the operation part, which further comprises a screw thread formed on an inner sidewall thereof, couples to the main body in a direction reverse to the direction the main body couples with the container As the main body couples about the central portion of the container mouth, the operation part screw thread winds open the operation part on the main body mouth and opens the bottom of the receiving part.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a bottle cap for mixing two different materials with each other when a neck of a container is coupled, and more particularly, to a bottle cap for effectively mixing concentrate with water, concentrate with general beverage, granulation with water, or powder with water, and so on.


Also, the bottle cap may be used in industrial fields such as medicine, pharmacy, cosmetics, and the like and alcoholic beverage fields so as to improve mixture of heterogeneous materials.


BACKGROUND ART

In general, a separate space has to be provided in a container to mix powder or concentrate with liquid beverage stored in the beverage container.


A conventional structure for mixing heterogeneous materials with each other as described above is disclosed in U.S. Pat. Nos. 6,962,254, 6,230,884, and 6,854,595.


However, it is difficult to effectively overcome limitations in functional structure, mixing efficiency, barrier, responsiveness of a product line, use convenience, and the like. Thus, the conventional structure is not popularized until now.


Also, although a joint venture technology of US, Germany, and Austria and a Japanese technology are coming into the spotlight in the international society, the Japanese technology has been popularly commercialized first.


However, the Japanese technology (JP-P-2001-0018542, Jun. 19, 2001) may have a problem in which a portion for forming an opening drops into a container. As a result, it is apprehended that child swallow the dropping portion. Recently, although a container neck having a new structure for preventing a discharge device from being separated has been developed, there is a problem in which it is impossible to apply this structure to the existing container neck.


Also, although US Patent Publication No. 2003-72850 is disclosed, this invention has a limitation in which it is difficult to technically secure airtightness, workability, mold manufacture, and insertion of a content into a receiving part.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
Technical Problem

An objective of the present invention is to allow a different kind of material contained in a storage space of a receiving part to drop into a storage space part of a container while a bottle cap is coupled to a container mouth of a container containing the content.


Another objective of the present invention is to provide a bottle cap in which an upper opening/closing hole is opened, or an opening/closing part is opened to discharge mixed contents while or after being coupled to a container mouth.


Further another objective of the present invention is to realize a bottle cap technology in which a bottle cap is separated at once to discharge mixed contents.


Technical Solution

A bottle cap containing different kinds of materials while being coupled to a neck of a container, which is coupled in a discharge direction of a content of the container, characterized in that the bottle cap includes a main body coupled around a container mouth of the container and an operation part having a storage space and a receiving part around a coupling main body mouth that is disposed on an upper portion of the main body, which are closely coupled to each other, the main body is coupled around the container mouth of the container in a forward direction, an operation part screw thread formed on an inner wall of a side surface of the operation part is coupled in a reverse direction, when the main body is coupled around the container mouth on the operation part, the main body is coupled around the container mouth, and an operation part is opened while an operation part screw thread ascends along a mouth screw thread on the main body mouth to open a lower end of the receiving part.


Also, when a screw thread is formed on a portion that is coupled to the container mouth disposed within the main body, a first screw thread and a second screw thread which have standards different from each other may be provided so that the main body is capable of being coupled container necks having sizes different from each other.


A lower end of the receiving part having the storage space may be sealed by a sealing part of the main body to maintain airtightness, and a stopper that is hooked on a lower end of the mouth screw thread may be disposed to prevent the operation part from being opened above a predetermined degree on the main body mouth of the main body.


Also, when the operation part is opened, an upper sealing part that lengthily extends from a lower end sealing part of the main body may get out of an upper opening/closing hole while the operation part of the main body is opened, and when the main body is coupled around the container mouth on the operation part, a first operation surface of the operation part may integrally move while having a predetermined load by being hooked on an operation part corresponding part of the main body and get out of the operation part corresponding part at a time point at which the main body is completely coupled to the container mouth, and when a stopper is hooked on the mouth screw thread while the operation part ascends, the ascending of the operation part may be stopped.


Also, a bottle cap containing different kinds of materials while being coupled to a neck of a container, which is coupled to a container mouth of the container containing a content, characterized in that the bottle cap includes a main body coupled around the container mouth and an operation part having a storage space and a receiving part around a main body mouth that is disposed on an upper portion of the main body, which are coupled to each other, an end of a connection part that lengthily extends downward within the operation part blocks a discharge hole formed in a lower end of the main body, when the main body is coupled around the container mouth of the main body on the operation part, the main body is coupled to the container mouth, the operation part is opened upward along a screw thread of the main body mouth and then is not opened above a predetermined degree on the main body mouth, and when the operation part is opened with respect to the main body mouth, a discharge hole formed in a lower portion of the main body is opened to allow the content of the storage space to drop into the container and be mixed.


Also, the discharge hole of the main body may be sealed by a discharge hole sealing part disposed on a lower end of the connection part of the operation part, when the operation part moves upward, the discharge hole sealing part may be opened, and when the operation part descends, a plurality of protrusions each of which protrudes by a predetermined height may be disposed on an upper side of an outer annular portion of the discharge hole to prevent the discharge hole sealing part from descending.


Also, a bottle cap containing different kinds of materials while being coupled to a neck of a container, which is coupled to a container mouth of the container containing a content, characterized in that the bottle cap includes a main body coupled around the container mouth and1 an operation part having a storage space that is vertically movable downward with respect to the main body mouth of the main body, which are assembled with each other, the receiving part descends by an operation part assembled with an upper portion thereof, the operation part having a receiving part operation part, an operation surface corresponding surface corresponding to the receiving operation part is disposed around an upper portion of the receiving part, stopper protrusions are disposed on a contact portion between the main body and the operation part so that the operation part rotates on the main body in only a forward direction, but does not rotate in a reverse direction, when the main body is disposed on the container mouth to couple the operation part thereto, the main body is coupled to the container mouth, when a load is applied by a predetermined position, the operation part rotates with respect to the main body mouth in the rotating direction of the main body and is opened by a predetermined position, the receiving part operation part pushes the operation part corresponding surface of the receiving part downward, and a punching part of the receiving part breaks a sealing part that is a lower end of the storage space defined by coupling the main body to the receiving part to allow the content of the storage space to drop into the container and be mixed.


Also, the operation part may be hooked on the main body mouth of the main body and not further move upward above a predetermined height, and the main body may be disposed on the container mouth, and the operation part may be coupled, an upper portion of the receiving that corresponds to a lower side of the operation part may be punched to allow the receiving part to descend, a thin film may be disposed on an upper portion of the receiving part, and a punching part for breaking the thin film may be disposed on the bottom of an upper portion of the operation part that corresponds to an upper side of the thin film.


Also, an opening/closing part may be disposed at an upper side of the punching part of the operation part.


Also, a bottle cap containing different kinds of materials while being coupled to a neck of a container, which is coupled to a container mouth of the container containing a content, characterized in that the bottle cap includes a main body coupled to the container mouth, a main body mouth having a mouth screw thread is disposed on an upper portion of the main body, a receiving part having a storage space lengthily extends inward around the main body, a lower portion of the receiving part is sealed by a sealing part, an operation part having an operation part screw thread is disposed outward around the main body mouth, the operation part is assembled to have a space in which the operation part descends downward from an upper side of the main body mouth, and when the bottle cap is coupled to the container mouth, while the operation part screw thread descends along the mouth screw thread of the main body mouth, a lower end punching part of the receiving part breaks the lower end sealing part of the receiving part to allow the different kind of material contained in the storage space to drop into the container and be mixed.


Also, after the operation is coupled around the main body, a stopper protrusion that is hooked in a hook shape are disposed in a reverse direction without applying a load in a forward direction may be disposed inside an outer annular portion of the main body so that the main body together with the operation part is opened, and an opening/closing part that is used for discharging the mixed content may be disposed on an upper portion of the operation part.


Also, a bottle cap containing different kinds of materials while being coupled to a neck of a container, characterized in that the bottle cap includes a main body coupled around a mouth of a container mouth, a fixing protrusion is disposed on the main body to prevent the main body from being separated after being coupled to a container mouth, a discharge hole is defined in a lower portion of the main body, a main body mouth is disposed in the upper portion of the main body, an operation part having a storage space and a receiving part is coupled around the main body mouth of the main body, a discharge hole sealing part for blocking the discharge hole is disposed on a lower portion of the operation part, when the bottle cap having the above-described configuration is coupled to the container mouth, the main body is fixedly coupled to the container mouth, and the discharge hole sealing part that blocks the discharge hole while the operation part moves upward along the main body mouth is separated to open the discharge hole to allow the different kind of material contained in the storage space to drop through the discharge hole 122.


Also, when coupled around the container mouth of the bottle cap according to the present invention, the main body may be coupled around the container mouth. Then, while the operation part rotates with respect to the main body, the sealing part removing piece may push the lower sealing part of the main body downward to allow the content of the storage space to drop into the container storage space and be mixed.


Also, while the operation part operates with respect to the main body mouth of the main body, the operation part may ascend by a predetermined height. In this process, the sealing part that blocks the lower discharge hole of the storage space may move by the rotation of the operation part connected through the connection part to open the discharge hole.


Also, while the operation part rotates with respect to the main body, the connection rod may descend downward. In this process, the sealing part that blocks the lower discharge hole of the storage space may be opened to allow the content of the storage pace to drop into the container and be mixed.


Also, while the operation part rotates with respect to the main body, the sealing part removing piece of the operation part may break the sealing part formed of the thin film.


Also, while the operation part rotates with respect to the main body, the sealing part removing piece of the operation part may push the upper protrusion piece of the sealing part, which blocks the lower portion of the storage space, downward. In this process, the cutoff part may be broken to open the sealing part.


Also, while the operation part rotates with respect to the main body and moves upward by a predetermined height, the connection rod together with the operation part may move upward. In this process, the sealing part that blocks the discharge hole of the storage space may move upward together with the connection rod. In this process, the discharge hole may be opened to allow the different kind of material stored in the storage space to drop and be mixed.


Also, when the operation part rotates, the connection part may move upward. In this process, the lower discharge hole may be opened to open the upper opening/closing hole.

MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

A bottle cap 1 containing different kinds of materials,


which is assembled in a discharge direction of contents of containers 1000 and 1100 includes


a main body 100 coupled around the container mouths 1001 and 1101.


An operation part 200 having a storage space 202 and a receiving part 201 is


closely coupled around a coupling main body mouth 101 that is


disposed on an upper portion of the main body 100.


The main body 100 is coupled around the container mouths 1011 and 1101 of the containers 1000 and 1100


in a forward direction (a right screw direction).


Also, when an operation part screw thread 204 formed on an inner wall of a side surface 203


of the operation part 200 is coupled in a reverse direction, and then,


the main body 100 is coupled around the container mouths 1001 and 1101 with respect to the operation part 200,


the main body 100 is coupled around the container mouths 1001 and 1101,


and simultaneously, an operation part screw thread 204 of the operation part 200 is


opened along a mouth screw thread 101 on the main body mouth 101 to open a lower end of the receiving part 201.


Also, a screw thread is formed on a portion that is coupled to the container mouths 1001 and 1101 disposed inside the main body 100. Here, the screw thread may include a first screw thread 103 and a second screw thread 104, which have standards different from each other to allow the main body 100 to be coupled to the container mouths 1001 and 1101 which have standards different from each other.


Also, a lower end of the receiving part 201 having the storage space 202 is sealed by a sealing part 105 of the main body 100 to maintain airtightness. A stopper 205 hung on a lower end of the mouth screw thread 102 is disposed to prevent the operation part 200 from being opening above a predetermined degree on the main body mouth 101.


Also, when the operation part 200 is opened, an upper sealing part 107 lengthily extending from a lower end sealing part 105 of the main body 100 by a connection part 106 may get out of an upper opening/closing hole 206 of the operation part 200 while the operation part 200 is opened.


Also, when the main body 100 is coupled around the container mouths 1001 and 1101 on the operation part 200, a first operation surface 207 of the operation part 200 may be hung on an operation part corresponding part 108 to receive a predetermined load, thereby integrally moving. Then, when the main body 100 is completely coupled to the container mouths 1001 and 1101, the first operation surface 207 gets out of the operation surface corresponding part 108, and simultaneously, the operation part 200 ascends, and then when the stopper 205 is hung on the mouth screw thread 102, the ascending of the operation part 200 is stopped (see FIGS. 1 to 4).


Additionally explaining the bottle cap 1 as described above, FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a completed bottle cap 1. A liquid or powder may be injected into the inner storage space 202 of the bottle cap 1 having the above-described configuration. Preferably, in the state of FIG. 4, different kinds of materials are injected through a filling part 109, and then the filling part 109 is sealed by using a soft thin film or a filling part sealing part 110 that is injection-molded. This state is illustrated in FIG. 2.


Also, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, when the bottle cap 1 is coupled around the container mouths 1001 and 1101 of the containers 1000 and 1100, the main body 100 is coupled along container screw threads 1001 and 1102 of the container mouths 1001 and 1101. Here, the first operation surface 207 is closely fixed (preferably, fitted into) to the operation surface corresponding part 108. That is, the first operation surface 207 and the operation surface corresponding part 108 may integrally move until the main body 100 is fixed to the container screw threads 1002 and 1102, and then when the main body is completely coupled to the container mouths 1001 and 1101, the first operation surface 207 gets out of the operation surface corresponding part 108, and simultaneously, the operation part screw thread 204 moves upward along the mouth screw thread 102 with respect to the main body mouth 101.


Also, in a case where the bottle cap 1 further rotates in the above-described process, when the operation part 200 operates on the main body mouth 101, and then the stopper 205 contacts a lower end of the mouth screw thread 102, the operation part 200 may not further move upward. This state is illustrated in FIG. 3.


Also, in this process, i.e., while the operation part 200 rotates on the main body 100, the lower end of the receiving part 201 gets out of the sealing part 105, the different kind of material stored in the storage space 202 drops into the container storage spaces 1003 and 1103 via a dropping space 11, the mixed contents are discharged through an upper opening/closing hole 206.


Also, when it is intended to separate the bottle cap 1 from the containers 1000 and 1100, the operation part 200 reversely rotates with respect to the main body 100 so as to be locked. Here, a guide 208 is fitted in a direction of the side surface 112 of the main body 100, and simultaneously, the operation part 200 together with the main body 100 is separated.


For reference, referring to FIG. 3, although the containers 1000 and 1100 have configurations different from each other, the first screw thread 103 and the second screw thread 104 formed on the inner wall of the side surface 112 are elastically coupled even though the containers 1000 and 1100 have standards different from each other.


According to another embodiment (see FIGS. 5 to 8), FIG. 5 is a view of a bottle cap 1 having a structure in which an operation part 200 is separated from a main body 100. When the bottle cap 1 is coupled to containers 1000 and 1001 as illustrated in FIG. 5, the main body 100 is coupled to the containers 1000 and 1001 as illustrated in FIG. 6, and simultaneously, the operation part 200 ascends along a main body mouth 101 of the main body 100. Then, a receiving part 201 of the operation part 200 gets out of a receiving part insertion part 113. This state is illustrated in FIG. 7.


According to further another embodiment (see FIG. 9), a lower end of the main body 100 lengthily extends to form a main body sealing part 114 for sealing the lower end of the main body 100.


According to further another embodiment (see FIGS. 10 and 11), a bottle cap 1 containing a different kind of material, which is coupled to a mouth of a container in which a content is contained includes a main body 10 coupled around the container mouth and an operation part 200 having a storage space 202 and a receiving part 201 around a main body mouth 101 disposed on an upper portion of the main body 100, which are coupled to each other. A discharge hole 115 defined in a lower end of the main body 100 is blocked by an end of a connection part 209 that lengthily extends downward within the operation part 200. When the main body 100 is coupled around the container mouth with respect to the operation part 200, the main body 1000 is coupled around the container mouth, and simultaneously, the operation part 200 moves upward along a screw thread formed on an outer annular portion of the main body mouth 101. Here, a stopper 210 for preventing the operation part 200 from moving upward above a predetermined height is disposed on the main body mouth 101. When the operation part 200 is opened with respect to the main body mouth 101, a discharge hole 115 defined in a lower portion of the main body 100 is opened to allow the content of the storage space 202 to drop and be mixed.


Also, the discharge hole 115 of the main body 100 is sealed by a discharge hole sealing part 211 disposed on a lower end of a connection part 209 of the operation part 200. When the operation part 200 moves upward, the discharge hole sealing part 211 is opened. Here, when the operation part 200 descends, a plurality of protrusions 116 each of which protrudes by a predetermined height are disposed on an upper side of an outer annular portion of the discharge hole 115 to prevent the discharge hole sealing part 211 from descending.


According to another embodiment (see FIGS. 12 to 14), a bottle cap 1 containing a different kind of material, which is coupled around a container mouth of a container in which a content is contained includes a main body 10 coupled around the container mouth and a receiving part 300 having a storage space that is vertically movable downward with respect to a main body mouth 101 of the main body 101, which are assembled with each other. The receiving part 300 descends by an operation part that is assembled with an upper portion thereof. For this, the operation part 200 includes a receiving part operation part 212, and an operation surface corresponding surface 303 corresponding to the receiving part operation part 212 is disposed around an upper portion of the receiving part 300. Here, stopper protrusions 117 and 213 are disposed on a contact portion between the main body 100 and the operation part 200 so that the operation part 200 rotates on the main body 100 in only a forward direction, but does not rotate in a reverse direction. When the main body 100 is disposed on the container mouth to couple the operation part 200 thereto, the main body 100 is coupled to the container mouth. When a load is applied to a predetermined position, the operation part 200 rotates with respect to the main body mouth 101 in the rotating direction of the main body 100, and thus is opened by a predetermined position. In this process, the receiving part operation part 212 pushes the operation part corresponding surface 303 of the receiving part 300 downward, and a punching part 302 of the receiving part 300 breaks a sealing part 118 that is a lower end of the storage space 301 defined by coupling the main body 100 to the receiving part 300. Thus, the content of the storage space 301 may drop into the container and be mixed.


Also, the operation part 200 includes a main body mouth protrusion 119 on the main body 101 so that the operation part 200 is hung on the main body mouth 101 of the main body 100 and thus does not ascend upward above a predetermined height. Also, an operation part stopper protrusion 214 may be also disposed on a corresponding surface of the operation surface 200 so that the operation part 200 is hung on the main body mouth protrusion 119.


Also, when the bottle cap 1 is disposed and coupled to the container 1000 as illustrated in FIG. 12, the main body 100 is coupled to the container 1000 as illustrated in FIG. 14, and simultaneously, the operation part 200 ascends to break a sealing part 118. When it is intended to separate the bottle cap 1, the bottle cap 1 may rotate in a direction opposite to the assembling direction. Thus, a stopper protrusion 213 of the operation part 200 is hung on a stopper protrusion 117 of the main body to separate the bottle cap 1 together with the main body 100 from the container 1000.


Also, the receiving part 300 may be assembled to an inner wall of the main body mouth 101 in a long groove or protrusion shape so that the receiving part 300 does not rotate within the main body 100, but moves downward.


According to further another embodiment (see FIG. 15), when the main body 100 is disposed on the container mouth of the container 1000, and the operation part 200 is coupled (rotates), an upper portion of the receiving part 300 that is an upper inner side of the operation part 200 is punched, and thus the receiving part 300 descends. For this, a thin film 304 is disposed on an upper portion of the receiving part 300, and a punching part 215 for breaking the thin film 304 is disposed on the bottom of an upper portion of the operation part 200 that is an upper portion of the thin film 304.


Also, an opening/closing part is disposed above the punching part 215 of the operation part 200. An upper discharge hole 216 is defined in the punching part 215, and an upper sealing part 217 is disposed above the punching part 215. Thus, the opening/closing part 400 is assembled around the upper sealing part 217.


As described above, when it is intended to separate the bottle cap 1 from the container, the operation part 200 may rotate in a direction opposite to the initial direction. Thus, the operation part and the main body 100 are integrally separated from the container. This technical feature will be described with reference to FIG. 13.


According to further another embodiment (see FIG. 16), a bottle cap 1 coupled around a container mouth of a container 1000 in which a content is contained includes a main body 100 coupled to the container mouth, a main body mouth 101 having a mouth screw thread 102 is disposed on an upper portion of the main body 100. A receiving part 201 having a storage space 202 lengthily extends inward around the main body 101, and a lower portion of the receiving part 210 is sealed by a sealing part 120. An operation part 200 having an operation part screw thread 204 is disposed outward around the main body mouth 101. The operation part 200 is assembled to have a space S in which the operation part 200 descends downward from an upper side of the main body mouth 101. In this configuration, when the bottle cap 1 is coupled to the container mouth, while the operation part screw thread 204 descends along the mouth screw thread 102 of the main body mouth 101, a lower end punching part 218 of the receiving part 201 breaks the lower end sealing part 120 of the receiving part 201. In this process, a different kind of material contained in the storage space 202 drops into the container 1000 and is mixed.


Also, stopper protrusions 117 and 213 that are hooked in a hook shape are disposed in a reverse direction without applying a load in a forward direction are disposed inside an outer annular portion of the main body 100 so that the main body 100 together with the operation part is opened after the operation part 200 is coupled around the main body 100. Also, an opening/closing part that is used for discharging the mixed contents is disposed on an upper portion of the operation part 200. An upper discharge hole that is used for discharging the mixed content according to an operation of the opening/closing part 400 is disposed around an upper sealing part 217, and thus, the opening/closing part 400 is closely sealed.


According to further another embodiment (see FIGS. 17 and 18), a bottle cap 1 includes a main body 1000 coupled around a mouth of a container mouth. A fixing protrusion 121 is disposed on the main body 100 to prevent the main body 100 from being separated after being coupled to a container mouth. A discharge hole 122 is defined in a lower portion of the main body 100, and a main body mouth is disposed in the upper portion of the main body. An operation part 200 including a storage space 202 and a receiving part 201 is coupled around the main body mouth 101 of the main body 100. A discharge hole sealing part 123 for blocking the discharge hole 122 is disposed on a lower portion of the operation part 200. When the bottle cap 1 having the above-described configuration is coupled to the container mouth, the main body 100 is fixedly coupled to the container mouth, and simultaneously, the discharge hole sealing part 123 that blocks the discharge hole 122 while the operation part 200 moves upward along the main body mouth 101 is separated to open the discharge hole 122. Simultaneously, a different kind of material contained in the storage space 202 drops through the discharge hole 122.


Also, the discharge hole sealing part 123 elongates an end of the receiving part 210, and a discharge hole sealing part 123 is assembled around the end. An outer annular portion of the discharge hole sealing part 123 is hung in a manner in which an inner lower end of the main body 100 is fitted into the outer annular portion. Thus, while the operation part 200 moves upward, the discharge hole sealing part 123 may be separated toward an inner lower side of the container 1000. Referring to FIG. 17, the discharge hole sealing part 123 may be connected to a connection part that lengthily extends downward from the inside of the operation part 123.


According to further another embodiment (see FIGS. 19 to 21), a bottle cap 1 include a main body 100 and a sealing part 124 that is partitioned by using a cutoff part 125 is disposed on a lower portion of the main body 100. An operation part 200 that is rotatable in a predetermined direction is disposed around an upper main body mouth 101 of the main body 100.


Also, a receiving part 201 having a storage space 02 is disposed inside the operation part 200, and a sealing part removing piece 220 that lengthily extends downward is disposed on one side of the receiving part 201. An end of the sealing part removing piece 220 is disposed in a recessed space 126 that is a starting point at which the cutoff part 125 is broken.


Also, in a state of FIG. 19, when the bottle cap 1 is coupled around a container mouth 1001 of a container 1000, the main body 100 is coupled to the container mouth 1001, and simultaneously, the operation part 200 rotates with respect to the main body mouth 101 of the main body 100. Then, the sealing part removing piece disposed in the space 126 pushes the cutoff part 125, and thus, the sealing part 124 is opened to allow the different kind of material stored in the storage space 202 to drop into the container storage space 1003 and be mixed (see FIG. 20).


Also, the mixed contents are discharged by lifting the upper opening/closing part 400. As described above, when it is intended to separate the bottle cap 1 from the container 1000, the operation part 200 rotates in a direction opposite to the initial direction. As a result, as illustrated in FIG. 21, the stopper protrusion 213 of the operation part 200 hooks the stopper protrusion 117 of the main body 100 to separate the operation part 200 together with the main body 100 from the container 1000.


As described with reference to FIGS. 19 to 21, the stopper protrusion 213 may only rotate without applying a load in a predetermined direction. However, when the stopper protrusion 213 rotates in a direction of a hook-shaped portion, the stopper protrusion 213 is hooked by the stopper protrusion 117 of the main body 100. Thus, if the operation part 200 is opened once, the operation part 200 may not return to its original position.


Also, FIG. 22 illustrates a modified example. The operation part 200 is assembled to surround an outer portion of the main body 100, and the operation part has a structure in which the operation part 200 rotates, but is not separated. As illustrated in FIG. 21, stopper protrusions 117 and 213 are disposed between the operation part 200 and the main body 100.


Also, FIG. 22 illustrates a process in which the bottle cap 1 is coupled to the container mouth 1001 of the container 1000. In this state, when the operation part 200 further rotates, an end of the sealing part removing piece 220 pushes the cutoff part 125, and thus, the sealing part 124 is opened.


Also, when it is intended to discharge the mixed contents, the operation part 200 rotates in a direction opposite to the initial direction. As a result, the stopper protrusion 213 having a structure as illustrated in FIG, 21 may hook the stopper protrusion 117 of the main body 100 and thus be separated together with the operation part 200.


For reference, FIG. 23 is a view illustrating an example in which the bottle cap 1 of FIG. 19 is capable of being designed without providing the opening/closing part that is a discharge unit in an upper portion of the operation part 200.


According to further another embodiment (see FIG. 24), a sealing part removing piece 501 that is used for breaking the cutoff part 124 of the main body 100 is separately manufactured in the form of the receiving part 500 and is coupled with respect to the bottom of the operation part 200.


As described above, when the operation part 200 coupled around the main body mouth 101 of the main body 100 rotates in the rotation direction, the sealing part removing piece 501 pushes the cutoff part 125, and simultaneously, the sealing part 124 is opened to a lower side. When it is intended to separate the bottle cap 1 from the container 1000, the operation part 200 rotates in a direction opposite to the initial direction. Thus, as illustrated in FIG. 21, the stopper protrusion 213 may hook the stopper protrusion 117 of the main body 100, and thus, the operation part 200 together with the main body 100 may be separated.


According to further another embodiment (see FIGS. 25 to 28), an operation part 200 is assembled around a main body mount 101, and a connection part 221 that lengthily extends downward is disposed within the operation 200. A sealing part 127 that blocks a discharge hole 128 is assembled with a lower end of the connection part 221.


In use of the present invention, when a bottle cap 1 having a structure as illustrated in FIG. 25 is coupled around a container mouth 1001, the main body 100 is coupled to the container mouth 1001 as illustrated in FIG. 26. In this state, when the operation part 200 further rotates, the operation part 200 moves upward by a screw thread or screw groove that is formed on an outer annular portion of the main body mouth 101, and then is opposed to the stopper groove or stopper protrusion. Thus, the operation part 200 may not further move upward from the main body mouth 101. This state is illustrated in FIG. 27.


Also, in the above-described process, the connection part 221 catches the sealing part 127 to ascend. Thus, the sealing part 127 may get out of the discharge hole. This state is illustrated in FIG. 28.


For reference, when the bottle cap 1 is coupled to the container 1000, the main body 100 is coupled around the container mouth 1001. When the main body 100 is stably coupled to the container mouth 1001, the operation part moves upward on the main body mouth 101, and also, the sealing part 127 gets out of the discharge hole 128 to allow the content of the storage space 202 to drop.


According to another embodiment (see FIG. 29), FIG. 25 illustrates an opening/closing part 400 that is a unit for discharging mixed contents on an upper portion of the bottle cap 1. In use, although similar to FIG. 25, when the operation part 200 rotates, the main body 100 is coupled to the container 1000. In this process, the operation part 200 moves upward with respect to the main body mouth 101, and the sealing part 217 that blocks the discharge hole 128 is opened.


Also, the mixed contents are discharged through a space formed by lifting the upper opening/closing part 400.


According to further another embodiment (see FIG. 30), although a bottle cap 1 has the same fundamental structure as that of FIG. 25, a lower end of an inner connection part 221 of an operation part 200 and a portion of a discharge hole 128 is sealed through thermal adhesion by using a sealing part 129 formed of a material such as a thin film.


In use of the present invention, when a bottle cap 1 is coupled around a container mouth 1001 of a container 1000, a main body 100 is coupled as illustrated in FIG. 30. In this state, when the operation part 200 further rotates, a connection part 221 ascends while cutting a sealing part 129 when the operation part 200 moves upward along a main body mouth 101 by a predetermined height. In this process, the discharge hole is opened, and a different kind of material stored in the storage space 202 drops into the container and is mixed.


According to further another embodiment (see FIGS. 31 and 32), a storage space 202 is defined in the main body 100, and a discharge hole 128 is defined in a lower portion of the storage space 202. The discharge hole 128 is sealed by a sealing part 601.


Also, a separate prefabricated connection rod 600 is assembled from an upper portion to a lower portion of the operation part 200. The connection rod 600 is assembled toward a space 602 of an operation protrusion 222 of the operation part 200 so that the operation part 200 descends while rotating. A sealing part 601 is connected to a lower end of the connection rod 600.


Also, a sealing member such as an O-ring for sealing may be additionally provided between the connection rod 600 and the operation part 200. In use as described above, when the bottle capl is coupled around the container mouth 1001 of the container 1000, the main body 100 may be coupled around the container mouth 1001. This state is illustrated in FIG. 31.


Also, in a state of FIG. 31, when the operation part 200 more strongly rotates, the operation part 200 rotates with respect to the main body mouth 101. In this process, an operation protrusion 222 pushes the connection rod downward, and also, the sealing part gets out of the discharge hole 128 to allow the content of the storage space 202 to drop into a container storage space 1003 and be mixed. When the operation rotates in a reverse direction, the operation part 200 hooks the main body 100 and is separated.


According to further another embodiment (see FIG. 33), a bottle cap 1 includes an operation part 200 that rotates in only one direction and assembled with an outer annular portion of a main body 100. A sealing part removing piece 501 that lengthily extend is disposed in an inner lower portion of the operation part 200, and a lower end of an inner storage space 202 of the bottle cap 1 is sealed by a sealing part 130.


Also, in use, when the bottle cap 1 is disposed on and coupled to a container mouth 1001 of a container 1000, the main body 100 is assembled with the container mouth 1001 (see FIG. 33). In this state, when the operation part 200 further rotates, the sealing part removing piece 501 breaks the sealing part 130 having an inclined angle and sealed. In this process, a different kind of material stored in the storage space 202 drops into the container storage space 1003 and is mixed.


As described above, when it is intended to discharge the mixed contents, the operation part 200 rotates in a direction opposite to the initial direction like FIG. 24. As illustrated in FIG. 21, since a stopper protrusion 213 of the operation part 200 hooks a stopper protrusion 117 of the main body 100, the operation part 200 together with the main body 100 is separated.


According to further another embodiment (see FIG. 34), the current embodiment is the same as that of FIG. 33. However, the mixed content within a container are discharged through an upper opening/closing hole formed when the operation part 200 moves upward along the main body mouth 101 of the main body 100.


Preferably, the operation part 200 that rotates around the main body mouth 101 of the main body 100 to vertically partially move is assembled, and a sealing part removing part 220 that lengthily extends downward is disposed in the operation part 200. A sealing part 130 is inclinedly disposed on a lower end of the receiving part 201 having an inner storage space of the main body 100.


As described above, in use, when the operation part 200 operates, the main body is coupled around the main body mouth 1001. In this process, when the operation part 200 further rotates, the sealing part removing piece 220 breaks the sealing part 130, and thus, a different kind of material contained in the storage space 202 drops into the container storage space 1003 and is mixed.


According to further another embodiment (see FIG. 35), a sealing part 130 that is partitioned by a cutoff part 132 is disposed on an inner lower portion of the main body 100, and a protrusion piece 131 that protrudes by a predetermined height is disposed on an upper portion of the sealing part 130.


Also, an operation part 200 is coupled around the main body mouth 101 of the main body 100, and a sealing part removing piece 320 extending downward is disposed within the operation part 200. When the operation part 200 rotates with respect to the main body mouth 101, the protrusion piece is pushed.


As described above, when the main body 100 is coupled around a container, the bottle cap 1 is coupled as illustrated in FIG. 35. In this state, when the operation part 200 further rotates, the sealing part removing piece 220 pushes the protrusion piece 131. Here, the cutoff part 132 is broken to allow the different kind of material stored in the storage space 202 drops into the container and is mixed.


According to further another embodiment (see FIG. 36), a storage space 133 is defined in the main body 100, and a discharge hole 134 is defined in a lower portion of the storage space 133.


Also, a connection rod 700 is assembled around the upper main body mouth 101 of the main body 100, and a sealing part 701 for sealing the discharge hole 134 is assembled with a lower end of the connection rod 700.


Also, an operation part 200 that is vertically moveable is assembled around the main body mouth 101, and a stopper 223 for prevent the operation part 200 from further moving upward above a predetermined height is disposed on the operation part 200.


In the bottle cap 1 as described above, the main body is coupled around the container mouth. In this process, the operation part 200 lifts the connection rod 700 upward while the operation part 200 moves upward with respect to the main body mouth 101. In this process, the sealing part 701 gets out of the discharge hole 134, and then, a different kind of material stored in the storage space 133 drops through the discharge hole 134.


According to another embodiment (see FIGS. 37 to 39), a discharge hole 135 is defined in a lower portion, and an upper sealing surface 136 that lengthily extends and has an inner hole is disposed on an upper portion of the discharge hole 135. A main body mouth 101 is disposed outside an upper portion of the main body 100, and an operation part 200 that is rotatable is assembled around the main body mouth 101.


Also, a connection part 226 that lengthily extends is disposed on a lower portion of the operation part 200, and a sealing part 227 for blocking the discharge hole 135 is assembled with an end of the connection part 226.


Also, an upper sealing part 224 having an upper opening/closing hole 225 is disposed on an upper portion of the operation part 200, and the upper sealing part 224 is assembled into an inner space of the upper sealing surface 136 to maintain airtightness.


As described above, when the main body 100 is coupled around the container mouth 1001, the main body 100 is coupled (see FIG. 37). In this state, when the operation part 200 further rotates, the upper sealing part 224 gets out of the upper sealing surface 136, and simultaneously, the sealing part 227 gets out of the discharge hole 135. This state is illustrated in FIGS. 38 and 39.


INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

The present invention relates to a structure of an apparatus for containing heterogeneous materials, which effectively mixes concentrate with water, concentrate with general beverage, granulation with water, or powder with water, and so on, and the apparatus for containing the heterogeneous materials may be used in medicine, pharmacy, cosmetics, and industrial fields so as to improve mixture of the heterogeneous materials.

Claims
  • 1. A bottle cap containing different kinds of materials while being coupled to a neck of a container, which is coupled in a discharge direction of a content of the container, characterized in that the bottle cap comprises a main body coupled around a container mouth of the container and an operation part having a storage space and a receiving part around a coupling main body mouth that is disposed on an upper portion of the main body, which are closely coupled to each other, the main body is coupled around the container mouth of the container in a forward direction, an operation part screw thread formed on an inner wall of a side surface of the operation part is coupled in a reverse direction, when the main body is coupled around the container mouth on the operation part, the main body is coupled around the container mouth, and an operation part is opened while an operation part screw thread ascends along a mouth screw thread on the main body mouth to open a lower end of the receiving part.
  • 2. The bottle cap of claim 1, wherein, when a screw thread is formed on a portion that is coupled to the container mouth disposed within the main body, a first screw thread and a second screw thread which have standards different from each other are provided so that the main body is capable of being coupled container necks having sizes different from each other.
  • 3. The bottle cap of claim 1, wherein a lower end of the receiving part having the storage space is sealed by a sealing part of the main body to maintain airtightness.
  • 4. The bottle cap of claim 1, wherein a stopper that is hooked on a lower end of the mouth screw thread is disposed to prevent the operation part from being opened above a predetermined degree on the main body mouth of the main body.
  • 5. The bottle cap of claim 1, wherein, when the operation part is opened, an upper sealing part that lengthily extends from a lower end sealing part of the main body gets out of an upper opening/closing hole while the operation part of the main body is opened.
  • 6. The bottle cap of claim 1, wherein, when the main body is coupled around the container mouth on the operation part, a first operation surface of the operation part integrally moves while having a predetermined load by being hooked on an operation part corresponding part of the main body and gets out of the operation part corresponding part at a time point at which the main body is completely coupled to the container mouth, and when a stopper is hooked on the mouth screw thread while the operation part ascends, the ascending of the operation part is stopped.
  • 7. A bottle cap containing different kinds of materials while being coupled to a neck of a container, which is coupled to a container mouth of the container containing a content, characterized in that the bottle cap comprises a main body coupled around the container mouth and an operation part having a storage space and a receiving part around a main body mouth that is disposed on an upper portion of the main body, which are coupled to each other, an end of a connection part that lengthily extends downward within the operation part blocks a discharge hole formed in a lower end of the main body, when the main body is coupled around the container mouth of the main body on the operation part, the main body is coupled to the container mouth, the operation part is opened upward along a screw thread of the main body mouth and then is not opened above a predetermined degree on the main body mouth, and when the operation part is opened with respect to the main body mouth, a discharge hole formed in a lower portion of the main body is opened to allow the content of the storage space to drop into the container and be mixed.
  • 8. The bottle cap of claim 7, wherein the discharge hole of the main body is sealed by a discharge hole sealing part disposed on a lower end of the connection part of the operation part, when the operation part moves upward, the discharge hole sealing part is opened, and when the operation part descends, a plurality of protrusions each of which protrudes by a predetermined height are disposed on an upper side of an outer annular portion of the discharge hole to prevent the discharge hole sealing part from descending.
  • 9. A bottle cap containing different kinds of materials while being coupled to a neck of a container, which is coupled to a container mouth of the container containing a content, characterized in that the bottle cap comprises a main body coupled around the container mouth andl an operation part having a storage space that is vertically movable downward with respect to the main body mouth of the main body, which are assembled with each other, the receiving part descends by an operation part assembled with an upper portion thereof, the operation part comprises a receiving part operation part, an operation surface corresponding surface corresponding to the receiving operation part is disposed around an upper portion of the receiving part, stopper protrusions are disposed on a contact portion between the main body and the operation part so that the operation part rotates on the main body in only a forward direction, but does not rotate in a reverse direction, when the main body is disposed on the container mouth to couple the operation part thereto, the main body is coupled to the container mouth, when a load is applied by a predetermined position, the operation part rotates with respect to the main body mouth in the rotating direction of the main body and is opened by a predetermined position, the receiving part operation part pushes the operation part corresponding surface of the receiving part downward, and a punching part of the receiving part breaks a sealing part that is a lower end of the storage space defined by coupling the main body to the receiving part to allow the content of the storage space to drop into the container and be mixed.
  • 10. The bottle cap of claim 9, wherein the operation part is hooked on the main body mouth of the main body and does not further move upward above a predetermined height.
  • 11. The bottle cap of claim 9, wherein, the main body is disposed on the container mouth, and the operation part is coupled, an upper portion of the receiving that corresponds to a lower side of the operation part is punched to allow the receiving part to descend, a thin film is disposed on an upper portion of the receiving part, and a punching part for breaking the thin film is disposed on the bottom of an upper portion of the operation part that corresponds to an upper side of the thin film.
  • 12. The bottle cap of claim 11, wherein an opening/closing part is disposed at an upper side of the punching part of the operation part.
  • 13. A bottle cap containing different kinds of materials while being coupled to a neck of a container, which is coupled to a container mouth of the container containing a content, characterized in that the bottle cap comprises a main body coupled to the container mouth, a main body mouth having a mouth screw thread is disposed on an upper portion of the main body, a receiving part having a storage space lengthily extends inward around the main body, a lower portion of the receiving part is sealed by a sealing part, an operation part having an operation part screw thread is disposed outward around the main body mouth, the operation part is assembled to have a space in which the operation part descends downward from an upper side of the main body mouth, and when the bottle cap is coupled to the container mouth, while the operation part screw thread descends along the mouth screw thread of the main body mouth, a lower end punching part of the receiving part breaks the lower end sealing part of the receiving part to allow the different kind of material contained in the storage space to drop into the container and be mixed.
  • 14. The bottle cap of claim 13, wherein, after the operation is coupled around the main body, a stopper protrusion that is hooked in a hook shape are disposed in a reverse direction without applying a load in a forward direction is disposed inside an outer annular portion of the main body so that the main body together with the operation part is opened.
  • 15. The bottle cap of claim 13, wherein an opening/closing part that is used for discharging the mixed content is disposed on an upper portion of the operation part.
  • 16. A bottle cap containing different kinds of materials while being coupled to a neck of a container, characterized in that the bottle cap comprises a main body coupled around a mouth of a container mouth, a fixing protrusion is disposed on the main body to prevent the main body from being separated after being coupled to a container mouth, a discharge hole is defined in a lower portion of the main body, a main body mouth is disposed in the upper portion of the main body, an operation part having a storage space and a receiving part is coupled around the main body mouth of the main body, a discharge hole sealing part for blocking the discharge hole is disposed on a lower portion of the operation part, when the bottle cap having the above-described configuration is coupled to the container mouth, the main body is fixedly coupled to the container mouth, and the discharge hole sealing part that blocks the discharge hole while the operation part moves upward along the main body mouth is separated to open the discharge hole to allow the different kind of material contained in the storage space to drop through the discharge hole 122.
