Abstract
A bottle lid comprises a water-sealing body, the water-sealing body is provided with a water outlet and a suction-nozzle fitting hole, the suction-nozzle fitting hole is provided with a suction-nozzle component, and the bottom of the suction-nozzle component is connected with a suction tube; the water-sealing body is rotatably attached with a top lid, and the top lid is internally provided with a top-lid silicone-rubber seal for sealing the water outlet and the suction-nozzle fitting hole when the lid is closed tightly. The suction-nozzle component includes a suction nozzle, a suction-nozzle sealing ring and a suction-nozzle spring, and an outer wall of the suction nozzle is provided with a first ring protrusion, a second ring protrusion and a third ring protrusion. The only one lid achieves two different ways of drinking water, with the suction tube being hidable to prevent water leakage and splashes, which is user-friendly.

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims the benefit and priority of Chinese Patent Application Number 202122466328.0, filed on Oct. 13, 2021 with China National Intellectual Property Administration, the disclosures of which are incorporated herein by reference in their entireties.


TECHNICAL FIELD

The present application relates to the field of water cups, and in particular, to a lid for a water cup or a water bottle, particularly a cold water cup (bottle).


BACKGROUND ART

Due to different ways of drinking water, a conventional cup often needs two lids for drinking water by means of a suction tube and direct pouring, respectively. There is currently a commercially available lid for drinking water by suction and pouring on the basis of two top lids, respectively. The two top lids are sealed in two different directions, and the suction tube needs to be bent and sealed, resulting in low sealing performance, water splashes, and the like.


SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT APPLICATION

In view of the foregoing situation, the present application proposes a bottle lid to solve the foregoing conventional problems. The only one lid achieves two different ways of drinking water, with a suction tube being hidable to prevent water leakage and splashes, which is user-friendly. Also, this lid has a simple structure and therefore a low production cost.


A bottle lid comprises a water-sealing body, the water-sealing body is provided with a water outlet and a suction-nozzle fitting hole, the suction-nozzle fitting hole is provided with a suction-nozzle component, and the bottom of the suction-nozzle component is connected with a suction tube; the water-sealing body is rotatably attached with a top lid, and the top lid is internally provided with a top-lid silicone-rubber seal for sealing the water outlet and the suction-nozzle fitting hole when the lid is closed tightly.


According to the bottle lid of the present application, the top lid is rotatably attached to the water-sealing body through a lid pin.


According to the bottle lid of the present application, the lid pin is attached into an attachment hole being arranged in the top lid, and the lid pin is further provided with a torsional spring abutting against an inner wall of the attachment hole.


According to the bottle lid of the present application, the water-sealing body is further provided with a lid button, and the lid button is rotatably attached to the water-sealing body through a button pin; and a lid-button resilient member is arranged between a part of the lid button being located below the button pin and the water-sealing body.


According to the bottle lid of the present application, the top lid is provided with a top-lid snap fastener, an upper part of the lid button is provided with a lid-button snap fastener, and the lid-button snap fastener and the top-lid snap fastener are snap-fastened to each other when the top lid is closed tightly.


According to the bottle lid of the present application, the water-sealing body is further provided with a top-lid lock catch below the button pin, and the top of the top-lid lock catch is fastened to at least a part of the top surface of the top lid when the top lid is closed tightly.


According to the bottle lid of the present application, the suction-nozzle component includes a suction nozzle, a suction-nozzle sealing ring and a suction-nozzle spring, and an outer wall of the suction nozzle is provided with a first ring protrusion, a second ring protrusion and a third ring protrusion.


According to the bottle lid of the present application, the bottom of the suction-nozzle fitting hole on the water-sealing body is provided with a fitting shrinkage hole, the bottom of the fitting shrinkage hole is provided with a spring locating inner ring, and the suction nozzle is fitted into the fitting shrinkage hole and passed through the spring locating inner ring.


According to the bottle lid of the present application, the inner diameter of the fitting shrinkage hole is smaller than the outer diameters of the first ring protrusion and the second ring protrusion, and the inner diameter of the fitting shrinkage hole is larger than the outer diameter of the third ring protrusion; and the first ring protrusion and the second ring protrusion are located above the fitting shrinkage hole, and the third ring protrusion is located in the fitting shrinkage hole.


According to the bottle lid of the present application, the suction-nozzle sealing ring is arranged between the bottom of the second ring protrusion and the top of the fitting shrinkage hole.


According to the bottle lid of the present application, the suction-nozzle spring is arranged in the fitting shrinkage hole, the suction-nozzle spring is arranged between the second ring protrusion and the spring locating inner ring, and at least one ring of the suction-nozzle spring is located in a spring locating groove being formed by the second ring protrusion and the third ring protrusion.


According to the bottle lid of the present application, a suction-nozzle locating groove is formed between the first ring protrusion and the second ring protrusion; the water-sealing body is further provided with a toggle button, the toggle button includes a toggle piece, a toggle body, and a toggle guide rail, the toggle body is movably attached into, through the toggle guide rail, a chute being arranged in the water-sealing body, the toggle piece is arranged at a lower front side of the toggle body, and a front end of the toggle piece is passed through a toggle hole being arranged in an outer wall of the suction-nozzle fitting hole and is inserted into the suction-nozzle locating groove.


According to the bottle lid of the present application, the toggle button is further provided with a toggle spring between a tail end of the toggle piece and the water-sealing body below the toggle body.


According to the bottle lid of the present application, the bottom of the suction nozzle is provided with external threads and is attached with a suction-nozzle locating knob by threaded connection.


With the techniques proposed by the present application, the bottle lid according to examples of the present application has the following beneficial effects.

  • 1) The only one lid achieves two different ways of drinking water, with the suction tube being hidable to prevent water leakage and splashes, which is user-friendly.
  • 2) This lid has a simple structure and therefore a low production cost.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

Preferred embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following description with reference to the accompanying drawings is provided to facilitate an understanding of exemplary embodiments of the present application as defined by the claims and their equivalents. [The following description] includes various specific details to facilitate the understanding, but these specific details are to be regarded as exemplary only. Therefore, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present application. Also, detailed descriptions of functions and constructions that are well known in the art will be omitted for the purpose of making the specifications clearer and concise.


As shown in FIGS. 1-6, 1. A bottle lid comprises a water-sealing body 8, the water-sealing body 8 is provided with a water outlet 801 and a suction-nozzle fitting hole 802, the suction-nozzle fitting hole 802 is provided with a suction-nozzle component 1, and the bottom of the suction-nozzle component 1 is connected with a suction tube 16; the water-sealing body 8 is rotatably attached with a top lid 12, and the top lid 12 is internally provided with a top-lid silicone-rubber seal 13 for sealing the water outlet 801 and the suction-nozzle fitting hole 802 when the lid is closed tightly.


The top lid 12 is rotatably attached to the water-sealing body 8 through a lid pin 11.


The lid pin 11 is attached into an attachment hole being arranged in the top lid 12, and the lid pin 11 is further provided with a torsional spring 10 abutting against an inner wall of the attachment hole.


The water-sealing body 8 is further provided with a lid button 6, and the lid button 6 is rotatably attached to the water-sealing body 8 through a button pin 5; and a lid-button resilient member 7 is arranged between a part of the lid button 6 being located below the button pin 5 and the water-sealing body 8.


The top lid 12 is provided with a top-lid snap fastener 1201, an upper part of the lid button 6 is provided with a lid-button snap fastener 601, and the lid-button snap fastener 601 and the top-lid snap fastener 1201 are snap-fastened to each other when the top lid 12 is closed tightly.


The water-sealing body 8 is further provided with a top-lid lock catch 4 below the button pin 5, and the top of the top-lid lock catch 4 is fastened to at least a part of the top surface of the top lid 12 when the top lid 12 is closed tightly.


The suction-nozzle component 1 includes a suction nozzle 101, a suction-nozzle sealing ring 2 and a suction-nozzle spring 3, and an outer wall of the suction nozzle 101 is provided with a first ring protrusion 1011, a second ring protrusion 1012 and a third ring protrusion 1013.


The bottom of the suction-nozzle fitting hole 802 on the water-sealing body 8 is provided with a fitting shrinkage hole 8020, the bottom of the fitting shrinkage hole 8020 is provided with a spring locating inner ring 8021, and the suction nozzle 101 is fitted into the fitting shrinkage hole 8020 and passed through the spring locating inner ring 8021.


The inner diameter of the fitting shrinkage hole 8020 is smaller than the outer diameters of the first ring protrusion 1011 and the second ring protrusion 1012, and the inner diameter of the fitting shrinkage hole 8020 is larger than the outer diameter of the third ring protrusion 1013; and the first ring protrusion 1011 and the second ring protrusion 1012 are located above the fitting shrinkage hole 8020, and the third ring protrusion 1013 is located in the fitting shrinkage hole 8020.


The suction-nozzle sealing ring 2 is arranged between the bottom of the second ring protrusion 1012 and the top of the fitting shrinkage hole 8020.


The suction-nozzle spring 3 is arranged in the fitting shrinkage hole 8020, the suction-nozzle spring 3 is arranged between the second ring protrusion 1012 and the spring locating inner ring 8021, and at least one ring of the suction-nozzle spring 3 is located in a spring locating groove 103 being formed by the second ring protrusion 1012 and the third ring protrusion 1013.


A suction-nozzle locating groove 102 is formed between the first ring protrusion 1011 and the second ring protrusion 1012; the water-sealing body 8 is further provided with a toggle button 15, the toggle button 15 includes a toggle piece 151, a toggle body 152, and a toggle guide rail 154, the toggle body 152 is movably attached into, through the toggle guide rail 154, a chute 8025 being arranged in the water-sealing body 8. As a snap fastener of a toggle switch, the toggle guide rail 154 is fitted into the chute 8025 or a snap groove being arranged in the water-sealing body 8, which prevents the toggle button 15 from falling out and exerts a vertical locating action. The toggle piece 151 is arranged at a lower front side of the toggle body 152, and a front end of the toggle piece 151 is passed through a toggle hole 8027 being arranged in an outer wall of the suction-nozzle fitting hole 802 and is inserted into the suction-nozzle locating groove 102.


The toggle button 15 is further provided with a toggle spring 14 between a tail end of the toggle piece 151 and the water-sealing body 8 below the toggle body 152. The tail end of the toggle piece 151 is provided with a spring locating pin 153, the spring locating pin 153 is used for clamping and locating a front end of the toggle spring 14, and the front end of the toggle spring 14 is clamped to the spring locating pin 153. The water-sealing body 8 is provided with a spring fixing groove 8026, and the other end of the toggle spring 14 is clamped into the spring fixing groove 8026.


The bottom of the suction nozzle 101 is provided with external threads and is attached with a suction-nozzle locating knob 9 by threaded connection.


The bottle lid according to the present application is a dual-purpose cup lid that achieves two ways of drinking water (use functions) on the basis of one lid. The top lid can be opened to allow drinking water directly (drinking water directly from the mouth), while the suction nozzle can be sprung to allow sucking water through the suction tube (drinking water from the suction nozzle). The suction nozzle can be hidden, and the one top lid can achieve sealing and locking for the two ways of drinking water.


When the bottle lid according to the present application is closed, the water outlet 801 and the suction nozzle 101 are water-sealed through the top-lid silicone-rubber seal 13 and the suction-nozzle sealing ring 2. The snap fastener 601 on the lid button 6 and the snap fastener 1201 on the top lid 12 realize fixed locking, and the top-lid lock catch is rotated upward to realize fixed tightening. After the top lid is opened, water can be directly drunk through the water outlet 801, and the suction nozzle is fixed by clamping the toggle piece 151 on the toggle button into the locating groove 102 in the suction nozzle. Then, the toggle button 15 is toggled to spring the suction nozzle 101, so that water can be drunk through the suction nozzle 101.


According to the bottle lid of the present application, the only one lid achieves the two different ways of drinking water, with the suction tube being hidable to prevent water leakage and splashes, which is user-friendly. Also, this lid has a simple structure and therefore a low production cost.

The description of the foregoing examples is only for facilitating an understanding of the method and the core idea of the present application. At the same time, the specific embodiments and application scope can both be changed by those skilled in the art according to the idea of the present application. Claims
  • 1. A bottle lid, characterized in that, the bottle lid comprises a water-sealing body (8), the water-sealing body (8) is provided with a water outlet (801) and a suction-nozzle fitting hole (802), the suction-nozzle fitting hole (802) is provided with a suction-nozzle component (1), and the bottom of the suction-nozzle component (1) is connected with a suction tube (16); the water-sealing body (8) is rotatably attached with a top lid (12), and the top lid (12) is internally provided with a top-lid silicone-rubber seal (13) for sealing the water outlet (801) and the suction-nozzle fitting hole (802) when the lid is closed tightly; the suction-nozzle component (1) includes a suction nozzle (101), a suction-nozzle sealing ring (2) and a suction-nozzle spring (3), and an outer wall of the suction nozzle (101) is provided with a first ring protrusion (1011), a second ring protrusion (1012) and a third ring protrusion (1013); the bottom of the suction-nozzle fitting hole (802) on the water-sealing body (8) is provided with a fitting shrinkage hole (8020), the bottom of the fitting shrinkage hole (8020) is provided with a spring locating inner ring (8021), and the suction nozzle (101) is fitted into the fitting shrinkage hole (8020) and passed through the spring locating inner ring (8021); the inner diameter of the fitting shrinkage hole (8020) is smaller than the outer diameters of the first ring protrusion (1011) and the second ring protrusion (1012), and the inner diameter of the fitting shrinkage hole (8020) is larger than the outer diameter of the third ring protrusion (1013); and the first ring protrusion (1011) and the second ring protrusion (1012) are located above the fitting shrinkage hole (8020), and the third ring protrusion (1013) is located in the fitting shrinkage hole (8020).
  • 2. The bottle lid according to claim 1, wherein the top lid (12) is rotatably attached to the water-sealing body (8) through a lid pin (11); the water-sealing body (8) is further provided with a lid button (6), and the lid button (6) is rotatably attached to the water-sealing body (8) through a button pin (5); and a lid-button resilient member (7) is arranged between a part of the lid button (6) being located below the button pin (5) and the water-sealing body (8).
  • 3. The bottle lid according to claim 2, wherein the top lid (12) is provided with a top-lid snap fastener (1201), an upper part of the lid button (6) is provided with a lid-button snap fastener (601), and the lid-button snap fastener (601) and the top-lid snap fastener (1201) are snap-fastened to each other when the top lid (12) is closed tightly.
  • 4. The bottle lid according to claim 2, wherein the water-sealing body (8) is further provided with a top-lid lock catch (4) below the button pin (5), and the top of the top-lid lock catch (4) is fastened to at least a part of the top surface of the top lid (12) when the top lid (12) is closed tightly.
  • 5. The bottle lid according to claim 1, wherein the suction-nozzle sealing ring (2) is arranged between the bottom of the second ring protrusion (1012) and the top of the fitting shrinkage hole (8020).
  • 6. The bottle lid according to claim 1, wherein the suction-nozzle spring (3) is arranged in the fitting shrinkage hole (8020), the suction-nozzle spring (3) is arranged between the second ring protrusion (1012) and the spring locating inner ring (8021), and at least one ring of the suction-nozzle spring (3) is located in a spring locating groove (103) being formed by the second ring protrusion (1012) and the third ring protrusion (1013).
  • 7. The bottle lid according to claim 1, wherein a suction-nozzle locating groove (102) is formed between the first ring protrusion (1011) and the second ring protrusion (1012); the water-sealing body (8) is further provided with a toggle button (15), the toggle button (15) includes a toggle piece (151), a toggle body (152), and a toggle guide rail (154), the toggle body (152) is movably attached into, through the toggle guide rail (154), a chute (8025) being arranged in the water-sealing body (8), the toggle piece (151) is arranged at a lower front side of the toggle body (152), and a front end of the toggle piece (151) is passed through a toggle hole (8027) being arranged in an outer wall of the suction-nozzle fitting hole (802) and is inserted into the suction-nozzle locating groove (102); the toggle button (15) is further provided with a toggle spring (14) between a tail end of the toggle piece (151) and the water-sealing body (8) below the toggle body (152), the tail end of the toggle piece (151) is provided with a spring locating pin (153), and a front end of the toggle spring (14) is clamped to the spring locating pin (153); and the water-sealing body (8) is provided with a spring fixing groove (8026), and the other end of the toggle spring (14) is clamped into the spring fixing groove (8026).
  • 8. The bottle lid according to claim 7, wherein the bottom of the suction nozzle (101) is provided with external threads and is attached with a suction-nozzle locating knob (9) by threaded connection.
