BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
Field of Invention
The present invention relates to a bottle, and more particularly to a bottle with a bottle lid which is provided with a drinking opening and an opening cap for detachably sealing the drinking opening.
Description of Related Arts
Bottles, such as water bottles, beverages bottles and so on, are common articles for daily use. The bottle may not provide with any lid or can be covered with a lid. The bottles used outdoor are often provided with lids for ease of using and carrying.
In order to facilitate the use of the user, many bottles not only are provided with outlets in their bottle bodies, but also are provided with additional drinking openings in their bottle lids so as to facilitate the users to drink beverages such as water, tea, and etc. inside the bottles without removing the bottle lids. However, the design of the drinking openings provided on the bottle lids of the conventional bottles are not easy for the user to use, wherein the water or tea is often leaked or sprayed from the drinking openings provided on the bottle lids during users' drinking. Secondly, the opening cap for closing the drinking opening is relatively small that, when the user removes the opening cap from the bottle lid, he or she often forgets to recover the opening cap on the bottle lid and, as a result, the opening cap is easy to be lost. In particular, when the user carries the bottle outdoors, the lost opening cap is hard to be retrieved and the entire bottle is discarded and unusable. Furthermore, in order to facilitate carrying, a lot of bottles, especially for outdoor bottles, have bottle tapes or belts, so that the user hangs the bottles on the hands, arms or the handle of the bike. However, when the bottle is carried outdoors, these tapes are easily soiled and are hard to clean after being polluted. In addition, the tapes or belts are generally provided on the bottle body as destroy the appearance of the whole bottle as a result. Finally, many outdoor amateurs prefer to carry beverages such as tea, white chrysanthemum, lemon slices, coffee and/or effervescent tablets. These beverages or tea have to take up the backpack space, and when users require using them, they have to find them out from the packsacks or storage boxes. In addition, people with special illnesses often need to carry relevant medicines to deal with emergencies. For example, cardiac patients need to carry first-aid medicines and to take them to relieve or treat symptoms when an emergency occurs in a heart attack. Allergy sufferers need to carry first-aid medicines to take medicines and relieve allergic symptoms when accidentally exposed to allergens. The use of these medicines needs more drinking water. However, the vast majority of emergency medicines of such patients are not put together with the bottles filled with water. Sometimes, the waste time of looking for medicines even leads to missing the best first-aid time of the patients.
SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
The invention is advantageous in that it provides a bottle, wherein a bottle lid of the bottle has a drinking opening which facilitates the user to drink the beverage therein. Preferably, the bottle lid of the bottle has an opening portion, wherein the opening portion has the drinking opening provided therein.
Another advantage of the invention is to provide a bottle, wherein the bottle lid of the bottle further comprises an opening cap for covering the drinking opening of the bottle lid, and that no matter the opening cap is covered on the drinking opening or is removed from drinking opening, the opening cap is fixed to the lid body to prevent from being lost.
Another advantage of the invention is to provide a bottle, which further comprises an agitating element adapted to be placed in the bottle for well homogenizing the beverage such as coffee and protein powder added to the bottle. Thus, the agitating element is functioned as a stirring rod or a mixing spoon so that the bottle no longer needs to provide a special stirring rod or a stirring spoon to homogenize the beverage. Preferably, the agitating element is in the form of particles or spheres. More preferably, the surface of the agitating element is provided with ribs or protrusions to well homogenize the beverage added to the bottle.
Another advantage of the invention is to provide a bottle, which further comprises a mesh filter adapted to be provided in the bottle so as to well stir the beverage such as coffee, protein powder and so on added to the bottle.
Another advantage of the invention is to provide a bottle, wherein the opening cap of the bottle lid of the bottle for covering the drinking opening of the bottle lid is pivotally provided on the bottle lid, so that the opening cap of the bottle lid has a closed state and an open state.
Another advantage of the invention is to provide a bottle, which further comprises a handle defined as a suspension member, wherein the handle is provided on the bottle lid, so that the user can handle the bottle in the hand suspend on an upholder. Preferably, an upper surface of the lid body of the bottle lid has a receiving groove receiving the handle therein, so that the handle is capable of being accommodated and hidden within the receiving groove, thereby preventing the overall appearance of the bottle lid from being affected by the handle. Preferably, the receiving groove is extended from one receiving side to a pivotal end of the handle, so that it is easier for the user to clean the bottle lid especially the receiving groove of the bottle lid. More preferably, the handle is “” shaped.
Another advantage of the invention is to provide a bottle, wherein the bottle further comprises a receiving unit extended downward from the bottle body, wherein the receiving unit has a receiving chamber formed therein for receiving beverages such as tea leaves, white chrysanthemums, lemon slices, coffee and/or effervescent tablets and so on inside. It is understandable that the receiving chamber is capable of receiving articles such as first-aid medicines. Preferably, the receiving unit has a foldable structure, so that when there is no articles received in the receiving chamber or the article having small volume is received in the receiving chamber, the receiving unit is folded and arranged in the bottle body, thereby minimizing the occupancy space of the receiving unit and the bottle.
Another advantage of the invention is to provide a bottle lid, wherein the bottle lid of the bottle further comprises a pair of pivoting members, wherein the pivot member is pivotally disposed on the lid body of the bottle lid and the opening cap is fixed to the pivoting member, so that the opening cap is pivotally provided on the lid body of the bottle lid. Preferably, each of the pivoting members is coaxially and pivotally disposed at the lid body of the bottle lid with the handle. More preferably, when the opening cap is covered on the drinking opening of the bottle lid, each of the pivot members is attached to the periphery of the bottle lid or is coupled to the bottle lid to maintain the overall appearance of the bottle lid of the bottle.
Another advantage of the invention is to provide a bottle lid, wherein the bottle lid has a drinking opening which facilitates the user to drink the beverage therein. Preferably, the bottle lid has an opening portion, wherein the opening portion forms the drinking opening of the bottle lid.
Another advantage of the invention is to provide a bottle lid, wherein the bottle lid further comprises an opening cap for covering the drinking opening of the bottle lid, and no matter the opening cap is covered on the drinking opening or is removed from drinking opening, the opening cap is fixed to the lid body to prevent from being lost.
Another advantage of the invention is to provide a bottle lid, wherein the opening cap of the bottle lid for covering the drinking opening of the bottle lid is pivotally provided on the lid body of the bottle lid, so that the opening cap of the bottle lid has a closed state and an open state.
Another advantage of the invention is to provide a bottle lid, wherein the bottle lid does not require precision components and complex structures, and is simple to manufacture and has a low manufacturing cost.
Additional advantages and features of the invention will become apparent from the description which follows, and may be realized by means of the instrumentalities and combinations particular point out in the appended claims.
According to the present invention, the foregoing and other objects and advantages are attained by a bottle, comprising:
a bottle body having a bottle opening, and
a bottle lid, which has a lid body adapted to be covered on the bottle opening of the bottle body, an opening portion provided on the lid body and an opening cap, wherein the opening portion of the bottle lid has a drinking opening formed therein and the opening cap is arranged to be covered on the opening portion so as to seal the drinking opening formed by the opening portion.
According to the present invention, the foregoing and other objects and advantages are also attained by a bottle lid for a bottle, comprising:
a lid body adapted to be covered on a bottle opening of a bottle body, an opening portion provided on the lid body and an opening cap, wherein the opening portion of the bottle lid has a drinking opening formed therein and the opening cap is adapted to be covered on the opening portion so as to seal the drinking opening formed by the opening portion.
Still further objects and advantages will become apparent from a consideration of the ensuing description and drawings.
These and other objectives, features, and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description, the accompanying drawings, and the appended claims.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
The following description is disclosed to enable any person skilled in the art to make and use the present invention. Preferred embodiments are provided in the following description only as examples and modifications will be apparent to those skilled in the art. The general principles defined in the following description would be applied to other embodiments, alternatives, modifications, equivalents, and applications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 of the drawings, a bottle according to a first preferred embodiment is illustrated, wherein the bottle comprises a bottle body 10 and a bottle lid 20, wherein the bottle body 10 has a bottle opening 101 provided therein, wherein the bottle opening 101 of the bottle body 10 is adapted to be covered by the bottle lid 20.
Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 of the drawings, the bottle lid 20 of the bottle according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a lid body 21, an opening portion 22 extending upward from the lid body 21, and an opening cap 23, wherein the opening portion 22 of the bottle lid 20 has a drinking opening 220 formed therein, wherein the opening cap 23 is adapted to be covered on the opening portion 22 to close the drinking opening 220 defined by the opening portion 22. One skilled in the art will understand that the drinking opening 220 defined by the opening portion 22 is a through-hole opening in such a manner that when the bottle body 10 is covered by the bottle lid 20 and the opening cap 23 is removed from the opening portion 22, the beverage contained in the bottle body 10 is capable of flowing out through the drinking opening 220 of the opening portion 22.
Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 of the drawings, the bottle according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention further comprises an agitating element 40 adapted to be placed in the bottle for well homogenizing the beverage such as coffee and protein powder added to the bottle. Thus, the agitating element 40 is able to be functioned as a stirring rod or a mixing spoon so that the bottle no longer needs to provide a special stirring rod or a stirring spoon to homogenize the beverage added to the bottle. Preferably, the agitating element 40 is in the form of particles or spheres. More preferably, the surface of the agitating element 40 is provided with ribs or protrusions to well homogenize the beverage added to the bottle.
Referring to FIG. 3 of the drawings, the bottle according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention further comprises a mesh filter 50 adapted to be provided in the bottle so that the user can add the beverage such as coffee, protein powder and so on to well stir.
Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 of the drawings, the bottle lid 20 of the bottle according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention further comprises at least one pivot member 24 pivotally provided on the lid body 21, wherein the opening cap 23 is provided in the pivot member 24, so that the opening cap 23 is capable of being pivoted toward the opening portion 22 by the pivot member 24 to cover the opening portion 22 and to be pivoted away from the opening portion 22 so as to open the drinking opening 220 of the opening portion 22. Therefore, the opening cap 23 of the bottle lid 20 is pivotally fixed to the lid body 21 by the pivot member 24, so that no matter the opening cap 23 is covered on the drinking opening 220 of the opening portion 22 or is removed from opening portion 22, the opening cap 23 is fixed to the lid body 21 of the bottle lid 20 to prevent from being lost.
Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 of the drawings, preferably, the bottle lid 20 comprises two pivot members 24, wherein the pivot members 24 are respectively and pivotally disposed on the lid body 21 of the bottle lid 20. More preferably, when the opening cap 23 is covered on the drinking opening 220 of the bottle lid 20, the pivot member 24 is attached to a periphery 211 of the lid body 21 or is coupled to the lid body 21 of the bottle lid 20, thereby maintaining the overall appearance of the bottle lid 20 or the bottle.
Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 of the drawings, furthermore, the lid body 21 of the bottle lid 20 forms a peripheral groove 2110 formed along the periphery 211 of the lid body 21, wherein the shape and size of the peripheral groove 2110 are matched with the pivot member 24 of the bottle lid 20, so that the pivot member 24 is matched with the peripheral groove 2110 of the lid body 21, thereby when the opening cap 23 is covered on the drinking opening 220 of the bottle lid 20, the pivot member 24 is received in the peripheral groove 2110 of the lid body 21, thereby maintaining the overall appearance of the bottle lid 20.
Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 of the drawings, the bottle lid 20 according to the bottle of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention further comprises a handle 25 pivotally provided in the lid body 21, so that the user can handle the bottle in the hand through the handle 25 or suspend it on an upholder. The handle 25 is also able to be defined as a suspension member.
Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 of the drawings, the lid body 21 of the bottle lid 20 has an upper surface 212 and a receiving groove 2120 formed on the upper surface 212 of the lid body 21, wherein the receiving groove 2120 is capable of receiving the handle 25 therein, so that the handle 25 is capable of being accommodated and hidden within the receiving groove 2120, thereby preventing the overall appearance of the bottle lid 20 from being affected by the handle 25. Preferably, the receiving groove 2120 is extended from one side of the lid body 21 to other side of the lid body 21, so that the receiving groove 2120 has a relative large width, thereby the handle 25 is capable of being accommodated and hidden within the receiving groove 2120. Meanwhile, as the receiving groove 2120 has a larger size, it is easier for the user to clean. More preferably, the handle 25 and the receiving groove 2120 are both in “♥” shape such that the handle 25 is more easily handed in the hand. More preferably, the receiving groove 2120 of the lid body 21 of the bottle lid 20 is extended along the upper surface 212 of the lid body 21 to the periphery 211 of the lid body 21. In other words, the receiving groove 2120 is communicated with the peripheral groove 2110 such that the receiving groove 2120 has an outward opening.
Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 of the drawings, the bottle lid 20 of the bottle according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention further comprises a pair of pivots 26, wherein the pivots 26 are respectively provided in the lid body 21, wherein the handle 25 of the bottle lid 20 is pivotally provided on the lid body 21 of the bottle lid 20 by the pivots 26. More preferably, the receiving groove 2120 of the lid body 21 of the bottle lid 20 is extended from the opening portion 22 to the pivots 26 of the bottle lid 20.
Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 of the drawings, furthermore, the pivot member 24 of the bottle lid 20 is also pivotally disposed on the lid body 21 by the pivots 26. In other words, the pivot member 24 of the bottle lid 20 and the handle 25 of the pivots 26 share the pivots 26.
Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 of the drawings, the opening portion 22 of the bottle lid 20 of the bottle according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is extended upward from the lid body 21 of the bottle lid 20, so that the beverage is not easily leaked or spilled from the drinking opening 220 formed by the opening portion 22 when the user drinking the beverage inside the bottle.
Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 of the drawings, the bottle according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention further comprises a receiving unit 30 extended downward from the bottle body 10, wherein the receiving unit 30 forms a receiving chamber 300 receiving beverages such as tea leaves, white chrysanthemums, lemon slices, coffee and/or effervescent tablets and so on inside. One skilled in the art will understand that the receiving chamber 300 of the receiving unit 30 is capable of receiving articles such as first-aid medicines. Preferably, the receiving unit 30 has a foldable structure so that when there is no articles received in the receiving chamber 300 or the article having small volume is received in the receiving chamber 300, the receiving unit 30 is folded and arranged in the bottle body 10, thereby minimizing the occupation space of the receiving unit 30 and the bottle.
Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 of the drawings, the receiving unit 30 comprises a molding portion 31, a bottom portion 32 and at least one folding layer 33 provided between the molding portion 31 and the bottom portion 32, wherein the molding portion 31, the bottom portion 32 and the folding layer 33 form the receiving chamber 300. One skilled in the art will understand that the molding portion 31 of the folding layer 33 has a certain rigidity so as to keep its shape and prevent from deformation. The shape of the molding portion 31 is flat and is not easy to be deformed so that the receiving unit 30 is capable of being steadily placed in a plane such as a desktop.
Referring to FIG. 5 to FIG. 7 of the drawings, a bottle according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated, wherein the bottle lid 20A of the bottle comprises a lid body 21A, an opening portion 22A extending upward from the opening portion 22A, an opening cap 23A, a pivot member 24A and a handle 25A, wherein the handle 25A is provided in the lid body 21A, wherein the opening portion 22A of the bottle lid 20A forms a drinking opening 220A, wherein the opening cap 23A is adapted to be covered with the opening portion 22A to close the drinking opening 220A formed by the opening portion 22A. One skilled in the art will understand that the drinking opening 220A formed by the opening portion opening portion 22A is a through-opening, so that when the bottle lid 20A is covered on the bottle body 10 and the opening cap opening cap 23A is removed from the opening portion 22A, the beverage received in the bottle body 10 is capable of flowing out from the drinking opening 220A of the opening portion 22A.
Referring to FIG. 5 to FIG. 7 of the drawings, according to the second preferred embodiment of the present invention, one end of the pivot member 24A of the bottle lid 20A of the bottle is pivotally provided at the handle 25A of the bottle lid 20A, other end of the pivot member 24A is provided in the opening cap 23A, so that the opening cap 23A is capable of being pivoted toward the opening portion 22A by the pivot member 24A to cover the opening portion 22A and to be pivoted away from the opening portion 22A so as to open the drinking opening 220A of the opening portion 22A. Therefore, the opening cap 23A of the bottle lid 20A is pivotally fixed to the handle 25A by the pivot member 24A, so that no matter the opening cap 23A is covered on the drinking opening 220A of the opening portion 22A or is removed from opening portion 22A, the opening cap 23A is fixed to the handle 25A of the bottle lid 20A to prevent from being lost. Alternatively, the pivot member 24A of the bottle lid 20A is pivotally disposed at the lid body 21A of the bottle lid 20A, so that the opening cap 23A is pivotally fixed to the lid body 21A by the pivot member 24A.
Referring to FIG. 5 to FIG. 7 of the drawings, the bottle lid 20A according to the bottle of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention further comprises a fixing wing 26A extended downwards from the lid body 21A, wherein the fixing wing 26A is provided toward the bottle body 10, wherein one end of the handle 25A is provided on the lid body 21A of the bottle lid 20A, and the other end of the handle 25A is provided on the fixing wing 26A of the bottle lid 20A.
Referring to FIG. 8A to FIG. 8B of the drawings, the folding layer 33 of the receiving unit 30 of the bottle of the present invention is provided to be folded inside the molding portion 31 so as not to be folded and has a relative small volume where there is no article received inside; referring to FIG. 9A to FIG. 9B of the drawing, the folding layer 33 of the receiving unit 30 can be unfolded after being folded, so that the molding portion 31, the bottom portion 32 and the folding layer 33 form the receiving chamber 300 to receive more articles inside. Preferably, the folding layer 33 is detachably provided in the bottle body 10 so that the folding layer 33 can be disassembled and unfolded for using as a small sized bottle.
Referring to FIG. 8A to FIG. 9B of the drawings, the receiving unit 30 of the bottle of the present invention further comprises a hand-hold portion 34 provided in the molding portion 31 so as to facilitate the user to pick or lay down the receiving unit 30.
One skilled in the art will understand that the embodiment of the present invention as shown in the drawings and described above is exemplary only and not intended to be limiting.
It will thus be seen that the objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The embodiments have been shown and described for the purposes of illustrating the functional and structural principles of the present invention and is subject to change without departure from such principles. Therefore, this invention includes all modifications encompassed within the spirit and scope of the following claims.
