DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Referring to the drawings and initially to FIGS. 1-3, a playing table 1 in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a table body 10, a bottom board 12 mounted in the table body 10, and two stands 11 mounted on a bottom of the table body 10.
The bottom board 12 includes a board body 20, at least one anti-slip cloth layer 40 enclosed around the board body 20 entirely, and at least one fiber cloth layer 50 enclosed around the anti-slip cloth layer 40 entirely. Each of the board body 20, the anti-slip cloth layer 40 and the fiber cloth layer 50 has a surface sprayed with a resin layer 30.
Accordingly, the bottom board 12 has a reinforced hardness, so that the bottom board 12 will not be dimpled due to a violent hit, thereby enhancing the lifetime of the bottom board 12. In addition, the bottom board 12 is formed integrally and has a smaller volume and a light weight, thereby facilitating assembly, transportation and storage of the bottom board 12. Further, the bottom board 12 has a waterproof feature so that the bottom board 12 can be used outdoors. Further, the bottom board 12 has an inexpensive price, thereby decreasing the costs of fabrication.
As shown in FIG. 4, a method for making the bottom board 12 in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a) providing a board body 20 which is processed by a surface treatment, b) spraying a resin layer 30 onto the surface of the board body 20, c) providing at least one anti-slip cloth layer 40 enclosed around the board body 20 entirely, d) spraying a resin layer 30 onto the surface of the anti-slip cloth layer 40, e) providing at least one fiber cloth layer 50 enclosed around the anti-slip cloth layer 40 entirely, f) spraying a resin layer 30 onto the surface of the fiber cloth layer 50, g) proceeding a cold press process, and h) proceeding a surface trimming process, thereby forming the bottom board 12 including the board body 20, the resin layer 30, the anti-slip cloth layer 40, the resin layer 30, the fiber cloth layer 50, and the resin layer 30.
As shown in FIG. 5, the bottom board 12 includes at least two fiber cloth layers 50 enclosed around the anti-slip cloth layer 40 entirely to reinforce the hardness of the bottom board 12.
Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment(s) as mentioned above, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. It is, therefore, contemplated that the appended claim or claims will cover such modifications and variations that fall within the true scope of the invention.
