Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Cross Reference to Related Application of the Invention

The present application claims the benefit of Korean Patent Application No.10-2021-0169242, filed on Nov. 30, 2021 in the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a bottom with optional auxiliary pants, and more specifically, to a bottom with optional auxiliary pants that is capable of having functions of resistances to cold weather, wind, and water while a wearer is climbing a mountain, fishing, golfing, farming, or working in construction sites, capable of being easily put on or taken off in a state where the wearer wears general pants, capable of being conveniently portable and thus utilized for multiple purposes such as a cushion, a bag, and the like, and capable of being configured to allow multiple pairs of auxiliary pants to be selectively connected to the bottom ends thereof if necessary.

BACKGROUND OF THE RELATED ART

Outerwear is increasingly sold to lots of peoples who are climbing a mountain, fishing, golfing, hunting, skiing, and biking outdoors, farmers, and construction site workers in winter season. The outerwear is generally made of a functional fabric that provides a good wearing feeling, is lightweight, and has functions of resistances to cold weather, wind, and water in outdoor activities.

In a district having wind or cold weather in winter season, the outerwear is worn on an upper body of a person to the form of a jacket so as to provide functions of resistances to cold weather and wind.

So as to protect a lower body from wind or cold weather, accordingly, underwear is worn before a bottom is worn, and otherwise, a pair of pants is worn outside the bottom. If the underwear is worn before the bottom is worn, heat is generated from a wearer after he or she does a given outdoor activity, and accordingly, if he or she is indoors, he or she feels uncomfortable due to his or her body's heat. On the other hand, if it is desired to wear prepared underwear in an environment with cold weather, the underwear is taken out from a bag, general pants and shoes are taken off, the underwear is put on, and the general pants and shoes are put on again, which makes the wearer feel quite cumbersome.

If a person is climbing a mountain in winter, he or she starts to climb a mountain in a state of wearing underwear, and after 10 to 20 minutes, he or she wants to take off the underwear. If it is desired to take off (or put on) the underwear, trekking shoes and pants are taken off sequentially, and next, the underwear is taken off (or put on). After the underwear is taken off (or put on), the trekking shoes and pants are put on again inconveniently, and after having lunch or taking a rest, further, he or she wants to put on the underwear again. In this case, he or she has lunch in a state of sitting on stone or rock, and since the stone or rock is cold in winter season, he or she feels uncomfortable while sitting on the stone or rock.

If a person goes to a golf course to play a round of golf early in the morning of winter season, he or she tees up a ball, while wearing underwear, and when it is 10 to 11 a.m. after he or she has pass one or two holes, an atmospheric temperature becomes raised so that he or she wants to keep playing golf after taking off the underwear. However, there is no time to take off the underwear during playing, and there are lots of peoples including caddies (generally they are women) around him or her. Further, the golf course is located on an open space, and accordingly, it is actually impossible that he or she takes off general pants and underwear and then puts on the general pants again.

One of conventional bottoms for outerwear is disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-1440541 issued to the same applicant as the invention, and the conventional bottom is configured to allow portions corresponding to outseams from the top of the waistband to the bottoms of the hems of a bottom body to be open, to fix detachable fastening members to the open edges of the outseams, and to have an inner pocket formed on at least one of the inner surface of a hip portion and the inner surface of a lower abdomen portion of the bottom body so that when not worn, the inner pocket turns inside out to foldedly put the bottom and is thus transformed into a portable cushion or bag.

The conventional bottom is capable of being freely transformed into the portable cushion or bag, but since the bottom is worn only to the form of any one of six-seventh pants, seven-eighth pants, and short pants, it fails to be easily available when it becomes suddenly cold in summer season or it becomes suddenly warm in winter season, that is, under unexpected changes in weather and environment. Further, the conventional bottom is made only with one design, and accordingly, it fails to express various designs capable of satisfying unique individualities of young wearers.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present invention relates to a bottom with optional auxiliary pants that is capable of having functions of resistances to cold weather, wind, and water while a wearer is climbing a mountain, fishing, golfing, doing farming, or working in construction sites outdoors, capable of being easily put on or taken off in a state where the wearer wears general pants, capable of being conveniently portable and thus utilized for multiple purposes such as a cushion, a bag, and the like, and capable of being configured to allow pairs of auxiliary pants to be selectively connected to the bottom ends thereof if necessary.

Hereinafter, an explanation on a configuration and an operation of a bottom with optional auxiliary pants according to the present invention will be given with reference to FIGS. 1 to 9.

Now, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings.

According to the present invention, a bottom 2 with optional auxiliary pants is configured to allow portions corresponding to outseams 6 from the top of the waistband to the bottoms of the hems of a bottom body thereof to be open and to fix detachable fastening members 20 to the open edges of the outseams 6, so that the bottom 2 can be put on or taken off easily and conveniently even in a state where a wearer wears general pants.

The fastening members 20 are desirably formed of Velcro tapes, and of course, they may be formed of zippers, hooks, snap buttons, or other equivalents.

So as to prevent the bottom 2 from being unexpectedly released from the fastened states through the fastening members 20 while the wearer is doing a given activity, as shown in FIG. 1, extension fastening bands 22 extend from waistband sides of the bottom body.

According to the present invention, the bottom 2 for outerwear is formed of a single layer of fabric, and otherwise, the bottom 2 may be formed of a double layer of fabric so as to improve the ability to keep warm.

The bottom 2 for outerwear according to the present invention is developed to a generally rectangular shape as shown in FIG. 4.

As shown in FIG. 4, if the fastening bands 22 of the outseams 6 are attached to the waistband sides of the bottom 2 in a state where a rise or inseams 8 of the bottom 2 are supported against a user's body, the user can put on or take off the bottom 2 over general pants, without taking off the general pants and shoes.

According to the present invention, the bottom 2 for outerwear includes a front body 4a and a back body 4b, and the bottom body is made by unitarily sewing the inseams 8 of the front body 4a and the back body 4b on each other and by then making the outseams 6 free in ends, without any sewing.

As shown in FIG. 4, desirably, if an oval-shaped rise piece 18 is additionally sewn on a portion where the front body 4a and the back body 4b meet the rise of the bottom 2, a hip portion 12 of the bottom 2 can be prevented from being caught in the wearer's crack of buttocks when he or she stands up after sitting.

While the hip portion 12 of the back body 4b of the bottom 2 is being formed, further, if one to three hip pieces are horizontally arranged and sewn on the hip portion 12 to form up-and-down sewn lines 16, the bottom 2 can be strongly resistant even to a tight pressure applied to the hip portion 12, when the wearer squats down, through the formation of the up-and-down sewn lines 16.

According to the present invention, desirably, the bottom 2 is configured to have the bottom body to the form of six-seventh pants, seven-eighth pants, or short pants, so that the hem lines of the bottom 2 are prevented from being dragged to the ground or coming into contact with the shoes to thus avoid water of the ground or shoes from permeating thereinto.

According to the present invention, more desirably, a large-sized inner pocket 10, which is almost equal to the hip portion 12 of the bottom 2, is formed by sewing a pocket fabric piece on at least one of the inner surface of the hip portion 12 or the inner surface of a lower abdomen portion 14 of the bottom body. In the drawings, for example, the inner pocket 10 is formed on the hip portion 12 of the bottom body.

If the inner pocket 10 may be formed on one or both of the inner surface of the hip portion 12 or the inner surface of the lower abdomen portion 14 of the bottom body, one layer of fabric is reinforced, while being hidden, when the user wears the bottom 2, thereby improving resistances for wind and cold weather. Further, the wearer can utilize the inner pocket 10 as a pocket for keeping his or her belongings therein if necessary.

According to the present invention, desirably, the inner pocket 10 is formed of a waterproof fabric, and if so, water can be prevented from permeating into his or her buttocks even while he or she is sitting on a floor where water or cold air exists.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the bottom 20 has first connectors 7 formed on whole or portions of the outer peripheries of bottom ends 5 of the bottom 2 and auxiliary pants 30 with fastening portions 31 formed on top peripheries thereof and selectively fastened to the first connectors 7.

In detail, as shown in FIG. 8, the auxiliary pants 30 is detachably attached to the bottom ends 5 of the bottom 2 according to the present invention. The detachable attachment is carried out by means of Velcro tapes, and if necessary, the wearer can attach the auxiliary pants 30 to the bottom 2.

Further, the first connectors 7 and the fastening portions 31 are detachably attached to each other by means of Velcro tapes. Of course, they may be locked onto each other under a curtain set structure, and otherwise, they may be connected to each other under other various structures with buttons or zipper.

In the case of the curtain set structure, the first connectors 7 are fixedly disposed on the bottom ends 5 of the bottom 2, and otherwise, separate guide rails may be provided to locate the first connectors 7 therealong. When the fastening portions 31 of the auxiliary pants 30 are connected to the first connectors 7, accordingly, the auxiliary pants 30 connected to the bottom 2 can move along the rails in accordance with the wearer's movements, so that outer patterns or pictures of the auxiliary pants 30 can be shown even in one direction.

Further, as shown in FIG. 9, one or more second connectors 33 are formed on the bottom ends of another pair of auxiliary pants 30, and accordingly, if multiple pairs of auxiliary pants 30 are provided, the fastening portions 31 of the first auxiliary pants 30 are selectively connected to the second connectors 33.

In this case, one or more pairs of auxiliary pants 30 are attached to the bottom ends of the bottom 2, so that the wearer can wear the bottom 2 to the selective form of short pants, six-seventh pants, seven-eighth pants, and long pants.

In the case of hot weather in summer season, for example, the bottom 2 is worn, without having any auxiliary pants 30, and in the case of the night with lots of mosquitoes, the bottom 2 is connected to the multiple pairs of auxiliary pants 30 to the form of long pants.

If the multiple pairs of auxiliary pants 30 are provided, they may be different from one another in color, pattern, or length. For example, if three pairs of auxiliary pants 30 are provided, the first pair of auxiliary pants 30 has a blue color, the second pair of auxiliary pants 30 a red color, and the third pair of auxiliary pants 30 a yellow color. Otherwise, the first pair of auxiliary pants 30 has a water droplet pattern, the second pair of auxiliary pants 30 a national flag pattern, and the third pair of auxiliary pants 30 an animal picture, so that the three pairs of auxiliary pants 30 have various patterns and images different from one another.

As the multiple pairs of auxiliary pants 30 are provided with various colors and patterns, they may be freely and easily changed in accordance with the wearer's individuality, thereby improving conveniences and variety in use thereof.

Additionally, the bottom 2 or the auxiliary pants 30 according to the present invention may have an LED (microLED) for emitting light and a power supply and a battery for supplying power to the LED (microLED) on the outer and inner sides thereof, and the light may be selectively emitted from the LED (microLED).

In the case of the LED (microLED), a component as disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-2124173 issued to the same applicant as the invention is adopted as the LED (microLED).

In this case, light emission and color or pattern changes from the LED (microLED) mounted on the bottom 2 or the auxiliary pants 30 may be freely performed through the wearer's smartphone if necessary.

The component as disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-2124173 is known, and therefore, an additional explanation on the component will be avoided.

That is, the bottom 2 according to the present invention can express various patterns or designs through the auxiliary pants 30, and further, the bottom 2 can emit light through the LED (microLED), so that the bottom 2 can provide a variety of advantages.

Further, the bottom according to the present invention has been explained and illustrated to the basic form of the short pants, but if necessary, the bottom may be provided with auxiliary bottoms connected to a bottom end of a skirt.

That is, the bottom as an initial main body is a skirt typically worn by a woman, not short pants, and the auxiliary bottoms are selectively connected to the bottom end of the skirt.

As described above, the bottom with optional auxiliary pants according to the present invention is capable of being easily put on or taken off in a state where the wearer wears general pants, capable of being conveniently portable and thus utilized for the purpose of a portable cushion or bag, and capable of having functions of resistances to cold weather, wind, and water while he or she is climbing a mounting, fishing, golfing, doing farming, or working in construction sites outdoors, so that as the bottom has a basic form of short pants, the bottom ends of the bottom are connected to one or more pairs of auxiliary pants, thereby allowing the bottom to be adjusted in length to the form of six-seventh pants, seven-eighth pants, and long pants in accordance with various situations, and further, the pairs of auxiliary pants are different from one another in color and pattern to express various designs and unique individuality of the wearer as a designer.

While the present invention has been described with reference to the particular illustrative embodiments, it is not to be restricted by the embodiments but only by the appended claims. It is to be appreciated that those skilled in the art can change or modify the embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention.
