Abstract
The present application discloses a box sealing device, a packaging machine and a computer-readable medium. The box sealing device can be used for sealing a packaging box; the packaging box comprises a main plate and a main cover, and further has a pressing piece, and a bending piece connected to the pressing piece and bending towards the main plate to a preset angle. The box sealing device does not need a plurality of folding plates cooperating, and the structure is simple.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The application belongs to the technical field of packing machines, and particularly relates to a box sealing device, a packing machine and a computer-readable medium.


BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

The market demand of packing boxes is increasing, and the market price of the packing boxes is much higher than that of ordinary packing products. Therefore, large-sized and small-sized food enterprises have made competitive efforts to expand the development of packing boxes recently. With respect to the sealing of existing packing boxes, mechanisms for tongue bending and tongue inserting, which are mostly separate and independent, require tongue inserting to act alone after tongue bending, thus being complicated in structure and difficult to control.


SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

The purpose of the present application is to provide a box sealing device for sealing a packing box which comprising a main plate and a main cover, comprising a pressing piece, a bending piece connected with the pressing piece and bent toward the main plate to a preset angle, and a first driving assembly connected with the pressing piece and/or the bending piece to drive the bending piece to move close to the main plate, the pressing piece is moving in cooperation with the bending piece.


In some embodiments, the first driving assembly comprises a first driving member and a first connecting piece disposed between the first driving member and the pressing piece.


In some embodiments, the pressing piece comprises a pressing piece body and two first protrusions arranged on the pressing piece body in a spaced manner.


In some embodiments, the box sealing device further comprises a grasping piece capable of grasping the main plate, and a second driving assembly capable of driving the grasping piece to drive the main plate away from and/or close to the main cover.


In some embodiments, the second driving assembly comprises a second connecting piece and a protruding piece protruding from the second connecting piece, the grasping piece is disposed on the protruding piece.


In some embodiments, the box sealing device further comprises a first limiting piece capable of limiting a displacement of the main plate and is disposed at one side of the grasping piece.


In some embodiments, the box sealing device further comprises a third driving member connected with the first limiting piece to drive the first limiting piece to move.


In some embodiments, the box sealing device further comprises a second limiting piece disposed on one side of the grasping piece away from the first limiting piece, and a fourth driving member connected with the second limiting piece to drive the second limiting piece to move.


In some embodiments, the second limiting piece comprises a second limiting piece body and two second protrusions protruding from the second limiting piece body, the two second protrusions are arranged in a spaced manner.


In some embodiments, the box sealing device further comprises a pushing piece disposed on one side of the main cover away from the main plate, and a third driving assembly capable of driving the pushing piece to move to the main cover.


The present application also provides a packing machine, comprising the box sealing device aforementioned.


The present application also provides a computer-readable medium, which can be connected with the box sealing device aforementioned, having stored a preset program that, when executed, cause to carry out the following steps: driving, by a first driving assembly, a pressing piece to move, to allow the pressing piece to press a main cover on a main plate, and a bending piece to move to one side of the main plate away from the main cover, so as to cooperate with the main plate to bend the main cover to form an insertion tongue.


The present application further provides a computer-readable medium, which can be connected with the box sealing device aforementioned, having stored a preset program that, when executed, cause to carry out the following steps: driving, by a third driving part, a first limiting piece to move so as to limit a displacement of a portion of a main plate of a packing box; and driving, by a second driving member, a grasping piece to grasp the main plate of the packing box and drive the main plate to move away from the packing box.


Compared with the prior art, the application has the beneficial effects that,


a box cover is pressed by a pressing piece, and at this time, when the pressing piece presses a cover plate by a bending piece protruding from the pressing piece, the bending piece cooperates with a plate to bend the cover plate to form an insertion tongue without the cooperation of a plurality of bending plates, so that the structure is simple.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

The following is a detailed description for the technical solutions of the present application in combination with specific implementations. However, it should be understood that, without further recitation, elements, structures and features in one implementation may be beneficially incorporated into other implementations.


In the description of the present application, it is to be understood that terms “first”, “second” are merely used for descriptive purpose and should not be interpreted to indicate or imply the relative importance or implicitly indicate the number of technical features indicated. Thus, the features defined by “first” and “second” may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of the features.


In the description of the present application, it is to be noted that the direction or positional relationships indicated by terms “upper”, “lower”, “bottom”, “inner” and the like are based on the positional relationships in FIG. 3, these terms are merely used to facilitate the description of the present application and simplify the description, yet do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in particular orientation, and therefore should not be interpreted as a limitation on this application.


In the description of the present application, it is to be noted that, unless clearly indicates otherwise, terms “connect”, “connection” shall be generally understood, such as, may be fixed connection, detachable connection or integrated connection, may be directly connected, or indirectly connected through intermediate media, or inner communication of two components. For the person skilled in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in the present application may be interpreted according to specific circumstance.


The implementations are only description for the preferred embodiments of the present application, not a limitation on the scope of the present application, without departing from the design spirit of the present application, all kinds of transformation and modification made by the person skilled in the art to the technical solution of the present application should fall within the protection scope defined by claims of the present application.



FIG. 1A shows a packing box 101, wherein two opposite side covers 1011 and two main covers 1012 (namely, a front cover 10121 and a rear cover 10122) located between the side covers 1011 are arranged at each end of the packing box 101, the side covers 1011 at the two ends of the packing box are connected with two opposite side plates 1013, and the main covers 1012 at the two ends of the packing box are connected with two opposite main plates 1014 (namely, a front plate 10141 and a rear plate 10142). The front cover 10121 and the rear cover 10122 may each be provided to include a portion for covering a box opening 1015 and a portion for being bent into an insertion tongue 1016. Each of the front cover 10121 includes a portion for covering the box opening 1015 and a portion for being bent into a long insertion tongue 10161; a socket 1017 is formed at a turning point between the front cover 10121 and the front plate 10141; each of the rear cover 10122 includes a portion for covering the box opening 1015 and a portion for being bent into a short insertion tongue 10162; when the packing box is sealed, the front covers 10121 need to be bent into the long insertion tongues 10161 and inserted into the packing box and then the rear covers 10122 are bent into the short insertion tongues 10162 and inserted into the sockets 1017 of the front covers.


Another packing box is shown in FIG. 1B, which is different from that in FIG. 1A in that one front cover 10121 is arranged at the end of the packing box 101. The front cover 10121 includes a portion for covering a box opening 1015 and a portion for being bent into a long insertion tongue 10161. When the packing box is sealed, the front cover 10121 needs to be bent into the long insertion tongue 10161 and inserted into the packing box.


Referring to FIG. 2, the present application provides a box sealing device 1, which can be used to seal the packing box 101 shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B. The box sealing device 1 comprises a pressing piece 11, a bending piece 12 connected with the pressing piece 11 and bent toward a main plate 1014 to a preset angle, and a first driving assembly 13 connected with the pressing piece 11 and/or the bending piece 12 to drive the bending piece 12 to move close to the main plate 1014, the pressing piece 11 is moving in cooperation with the bending piece 12. When the pressing piece 11 presses the main cover 1012, the bending piece 12 is located on one side of the main plate 1014 away from the main cover 1012, that is, the bending piece 12 is located on a side of the main plate 1014 outside the packing box, and thus cooperates with the main plate 1014 to bend the main cover 1012 toward the main plate 1014 to form an insertion tongue. When the pressing piece 11 presses the main cover 1012, the bending piece 12 cooperates with the main plate 1014 to bend the main cover 1012 to form the insertion tongue, and the box sealing device is simple in structure. When the pressing piece 11 presses the main cover 1012, the bending piece 12 and the main plate 1014 almost fit each other or form a relatively small included angle, so as to cooperate with the main plate 1014 to bend a portion of the main cover 1012 beyond the main plate 1014 to form the insertion tongue.


The bent direction of the bending piece 12 corresponds to that of the main cover 1012. Specifically, the pressing piece 11 presses the main cover 1012 to be bent to cover the box opening 1015, if the pressing piece 11 is located above the main cover 1012, the main cover 1012 needs to be bent downward to form the insertion tongue 1016, thus the bending piece 12 is also bent downward; and if the pressing piece 11 is located below the main cover 1012, the main cover 1012 needs to be bent upward to form the insertion tongue 1016, thus the bending piece 12 is also bent upward. In this embodiment, a description is given by taking the pressing piece 11 located above the main cover 1012 as an example. When the main cover 1012 is pressed on the box opening 1015 by the pressing piece 11, the bending piece 12 bends the portion of the main cover 1012 beyond the main plate 1014 downward at a certain angle, thus form the insertion tongue. The first driving assembly 13 may be connected with the pressing piece 11 and the bending piece 12 in various ways, as long as synchronous movement of the bending piece 12 and the pressing piece 11 is ensured. FIGS. 1A and 1B show only two types of the packing box 101, wherein the main plate 1014 and the main cover 1012 may have other shapes and also include other structures, as long as the packing box includes main covers 1012 for closing and main plates 1014 matched with the main covers 1012. The description of the packing box should not be regarded as limiting the protection scope of the present application.


Specifically, the first driving assembly 13 comprises a first driving member 131 and a first connecting piece 132 disposed between the first driving member 131 and the pressing piece 11. The first connecting piece 132 is connected with the pressing piece 11, and the first driving member 131 is preferably a rotary driving member, such as a rotary pneumatic cylinder. The first driving member 131 drives the pressing piece 11 to move in a certain arc trajectory through the first connecting piece 132, which is similar to a motion trajectory when the main cover 1012 is pressed, thus ensuring that the pressing piece 11 will not damage or scratch the main cover 1012 in a pressing process and effectively protecting the packing box 101. The first driving member 131 can also select a servo motor or a stepping motor to bend the main cover 1012 in stages to form the insertion tongue.


As a preferred embodiment, the pressing piece 11 comprises a pressing piece body 111 and two first protrusions 112 arranged on the pressing piece body 111 in a spaced manner. The two first protrusions 112 correspond to two sides of the main cover 1012 in position, thus, when the pressing piece 11 presses the main cover 1012 to allow the main cover 1012 to cover the box opening 1015, the first protrusions 112 just press on the two sides of the main cover 1012; the first protrusions 112 exert pressure on positions close to the two sides of the main cover 1012, the pressure on the main cover 1012 can be transferred to the side plates 1013 accordingly, and a square box body jointly enclosed by the side plates 1013 and the main plates 1014 can provide support for the main cover 1012, so that the main cover 1012 can be pressed effectively without being crushed. Since the side plates 1013 can serve as a support for the main cover 1012 to bear the pressure of the pressing piece 11, the main cover 1012 is prevented from being depressed downward due to excessive pressure. It should be noted here that the pressing piece 11 of the present embodiment is designed for the square packing box 101 shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, and the shape of the pressing piece 11 may be adaptively adjusted if it is used in packing boxes 101 with other shapes or structures.


The box sealing device provided in the present embodiment can be used for the bending of the front cover 10121 of the packing box shown in FIG. 1B, and the bending pieces 12 may be a plurality of bending pieces 12 uniformly arranged along the pressing piece 11 to ensure that the overall angle and shape of the long insertion tongue 10161 bent from the front cover 10121 are relatively consistent. Specifically, a plurality of bending pieces 12 are uniformly arranged along the pressing piece body 111. Of course, the box sealing device provided in the present embodiment is not limited to sealing the above-mentioned types of packing boxes, and any packing box with similar front cover may be sealed by the box sealing device of this embodiment.


The box sealing device provided in this embodiment may be used for the bending of the rear cover 10122 of the packing box shown in FIG. 1A. As shown in FIG. 2, the bending piece 12 is arranged on the pressing piece body 111 between the two first protrusions 112, so that when the bending piece 12 bends the rear cover 10122 to form the insertion tongue, the bending piece 12 bends a middle portion of the rear cover 10122 beyond the main plate 1014 to form a short insertion tongue 10162; and the bending piece 12 disposed between the two first protrusions 112 does not affect the operation of the pressing piece 11, and can ensure that the bending angle and shape of the insertion tongue are relatively consistent. The bending piece of the box sealing device provided in this embodiment is matched with the short insertion tongue, so that the structure is simple and the bending is convenient. Of course, the box sealing device provided in this embodiment is not limited to sealing the above-mentioned types of packing boxes, and any packing box with similar rear cover may be sealed by the box sealing device of this embodiment.


As a preferred embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the box sealing device 1 further comprises a grasping piece 14 capable of grasping the main plate 1014, and a second driving assembly 141 capable of driving the grasping piece 14 to drive the main plate 1014 away from and/or close to the main cover 1012. The box sealing device 1 provided in the present embodiment may also be used to insert the insertion tongue 1016 of the main cover into the packing box 101 or into a socket 1017, the pressing piece 11 presses the main cover 1012, and the bending piece 12 guides the insertion tongue 1016 into a corresponding position. However, when the size of a gap or the socket 1017 of the packing box 101 is relatively small, the success rate of inserting the insertion tongue 1016 is low. The main plate 1014 is moved away from the main cover 1012 by the grasping piece 14, so that the gap for inserting tongue is further enlarged, and the success rate of inserting the insertion tongue is increased. In addition, after the bending piece 12 inserts the insertion tongue 1016 into the gap or the socket 1017 of the packing box 101, the grasping piece 14 moves toward the main plate 1014 by a preset distance and abuts against the main plate 1014, and the bending piece 12 then withdraws from the gap or the socket 1017 of the packing box 101, thereby preventing the insertion tongue 1016 from being taken out by the bending piece 12 and increasing the success rate of inserting the insertion tongue. The grasping piece enables the box sealing device to be used for the inserting of the insertion tongues 1016 of the packing box with different sizes and materials.


Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the second driving assembly 141 comprises a second connecting piece 1411, and a protruding piece 1412 protruding from the second connecting piece 1411, the grasping piece 14 is disposed on the protruding piece 1412. With the arrangement of the protruding piece 1412, it may cooperate with the bending piece 12. The second driving assembly 141 further comprises a second driving member 1413, which serves as a power source to drive the grasping piece 14 to move. Specifically, the second driving member 1413 is connected with the second connecting piece 1411. A servo motor is selected as the second driving member to drive a lead screw, the second connecting piece is connected with a nut on the lead screw, and a suction disk connected with the second connecting piece is then driven to move by the nut on the lead screw. The second driving member may also be a pneumatic cylinder, which is simple in structure, light in weight, easy to control and low in cost.


More specifically, the grasping piece 14 comprises a pneumatic suction disk, which is opposite to the main plate 1014. With the use of the pneumatic suction disk, the grasping piece is not only simple in structure and easy to operate, but also is suitable for the grasping of the main plates 1014 with different sizes or shapes, without making further adjustment according to the change of the size or shape of the main plate 1014.


As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the box sealing device 1 provided in the present embodiment further comprises a first limiting piece 15, which is disposed at one side of the grasping piece 14 and capable of limiting a displacement of a portion of the main plate 1014 corresponding to the first limiting piece 15, thereby preventing the whole movement of the packing box 101 or the main plate 1014. The first limiting piece 15 has a contact surface 151 corresponding to the shape of the main plate 1014, the contact surface 151 is in contact with at least a portion of the main plate 1014 to limit the displacement of the portion of the main plate 1014, and the limited area of the main plate 1014 may be effectively controlled by adjusting the contact area between the main plate 1014 and the contact surface 151. When inserting tongue, the grasping piece 14 may pull the main plate 1014 of the packing box apart to enlarge the gap for inserting tongue, and at the same time the displacement of the portion of the main plate being in contact with the contact surface is limited by the first limiting piece 15, which may prevent the whole packing box 101 or large area of the main plate 1014 from moving, thus avoiding inaccurate tongue inserting or damage to the packing box 101. In addition, in a case where the main plate 1014 bulges outward or is recessed inward and presents an arc surface due to factors such as size or material, when the main cover 1012 is pressed by the pressing piece 11 to be in contact with the main plate 1014, the contact position therebetween is approximately curved, but the bending piece 12 cannot bend the main cover 1012 along the curve to form an insertion tongue. The first limiting piece 15 is capable of pushing the main plate 1014 close to or away from the main cover 1012, the contact surface 151 of the first limiting piece is forced to be attached to the main plate 1014, so that when the pressing piece 11 presses the main cover 1012, the surface of the main plate 1014 is nearly flat; and the contact position between the main cover 1012 and the main plate 1014 is generally straight, so that the bending piece 12 may bend the main cover 1012 along a straight line to form the insertion tongue 1016. The first limiting piece 15 enables the box sealing device 1 to be used for bending packing boxes 101 with different sizes and materials to form the insertion tongues.


Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, the box sealing device 1 further comprises a third driving member 152 connected with the first limiting piece 15 to drive the first limiting piece 15 to move. The third driving member 152 is capable of driving the first limiting piece 15 to move close to or away from the main plate 1014. Before the insertion tongue is inserted, the third driving member 152 allows the first limiting piece 15 to be in an original position that not affect the packing box 101 entering a corresponding station; and when the insertion tongue is inserted, the third driving member 152 drives the first limiting piece 15 to move to be in contact with the main plate 1014, so as to limit the displacement of the contact portion of the main plate 1014. With the arrangement of the first limiting piece 15 and the third driving member 152, the box sealing device 1 may also be suitable for inserting tongue of the deformed packing box 101, especially for the packing box deformed due to containing many soft materials such as gloves, and the third driving member 152 may drive the first limiting piece 15 to restrict the displacement of the portion of the main plate 1014 and press the portion of the main panel 1014 flat at the same time.


When the insertion tongue is inserted into the corresponding position, if the bending degree of the insertion tongue is too low or the inserting position deviates from the corresponding position, the success rate of insertion cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 5, 7 and 8-12, as a preferred embodiment, the box sealing device 1 further comprises a second limiting piece 16 disposed on one side of the grasping piece 14 away from the first limiting piece 15, and a fourth driving member 161 connected with the second limiting piece 16 to drive the second limiting piece 16 to move. In this embodiment, the second limiting piece 16 is located above the grasping piece 14 for limiting the insertion tongue 1016 located above the main plate 1014, and the first limiting piece 15 is located below the grasping piece 14 for limiting the main plate 1014 located below the grasping piece 14. The fourth driving member 161 can drive the second limiting piece 16 to move close to or away from the main plate 1014, so that when the insertion tongue 1016 is inserted, driven by the fourth driving member 161 the second limiting piece 16 continues to push the insertion tongue 1016 to a preset bending direction, thus ensure that the bending angle and the tongue inserting position of the insertion tongue 1016 are within preset ranges, and a movement track of the insertion tongue is defined to guide the insertion tongue 1016 into the packing box 101, thereby guaranteeing the successful inserting of the insertion tongue. The fourth driving member 161 can be set as required, and here, only a section of displacement is required, so that it is preferably be a pneumatic cylinder, which is simple structure, light in weight, easy to control and low in cost.


Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 7, 10 and 12, the second limiting piece 16 comprises a second limiting piece body 162 and two second protrusions 163 protruding from the second limiting piece body 162, the two second protrusions 163 are arranged in a spaced manner, that is, a first groove 164 for accommodating the insertion tongue 1016 is formed between the two second protrusions 163. The second limiting piece body 161 is used to push the insertion tongue to continue to be bent, and the two second protrusions 163 are used to limit the insertion tongue in the first groove 164. The position of the first groove 164 corresponds to the inserting position of the insertion tongue, that is, the position of the socket or the position of the box opening, so as to ensure that the insertion tongue does not deviate from the inserting position. The second limiting piece 16 is close to the main plate 1014, and the insertion tongue 1016 enters the first groove 164, and continues to be bent under the push of the second limiting piece body 161. With the arrangement of the two second protrusions 163, a force can be applied to the insertion tongue at multiple points, to prevent a situation that when the force is applied to only one point, only a portion of the insertion tongue 1016 is bent or moves while other portions do not move or move reversely, thus ensuring effective bending of the insertion tongue and the success rate of inserting the insertion tongue. As shown in FIGS. 1A and 7, the short insertion tongue 10162 is located in the middle of the rear cover 10122; in order to limit the short insertion tongue, the second protrusions 163 need be located near a middle of the second limiting piece body 162, and then the second protrusions 163 will prevent the pressing piece 11 from pressing the rear cover 10122; accordingly, to prevent the interaction between the second limiting piece 16 and the pressing piece 11, two second grooves 113 corresponding to the two second protrusions 163 are formed in the pressing piece 11, so that the pressing piece 11 can pass through the second protrusions 163 without obstacles during the pressing process, and the mutual influence between the second limiting piece 16 and the pressing piece 11 as well as mutual interference are effectively prevented. With respect to the packing box of FIG. 1B, the two second protrusions 163 are located on the two sides of the front cover 10121, so that the pressing piece 11 will not be affected to pass through the two second protrusions 163.


The main cover 1012 in an un-pressed state has an included angle of about 90 degrees with a plane where the box opening 1015 is located. If the pressing piece 11 directly presses the main cover 1012, the main cover 1012 may be bent from the middle position. In order to avoid inaccurate bending position, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, as a preferred embodiment, the box sealing device 1 further comprises a pushing piece 17 disposed on one side of the main cover 1012 away from the main plate 1014, and a third driving assembly 171 capable of driving the pushing piece 17 to move to the main cover 1012. When pressing and folding tongue, or when inserting the insertion tongue, the third driving assembly 171 drives the pushing piece 17 to push the main cover 1012 to get close to the main plate 1014 and the main cover is bent preliminarily, so that the pressing piece 11 can press the main cover conveniently. The arrangement of the above structure ensures the accuracy of the bending position of the main cover 1012 in the pressing operation, and the structure is simple and the operation is easy. In this embodiment, the pushing piece 17 is disposed on the side of the main cover 1012 away from the main plate 1014. In this embodiment, a plurality of smooth transition inclined planes are disposed at one end of the pushing piece 17 close to the main cover 1012, the inclined planes are in contact with the main cover 1012 under the driving of the third driving assembly 171, and the friction between the inclined planes and the main cover 1012 is small, so that the main cover 1012 is effectively prevented from being scratched or stuck when the main cover 1012 is pushed. It should be noted that if the main cover 1012 is driven by a structure such as a suction disk or a clamping jaw, the structure can also be disposed on one side of the main cover 1012 close to the main plate 1014.


The box sealing device provided in the first embodiment of the application is simple in structure and easy to mount, and, when being used for product packing, can be used in combination with an apparatus used in working processes such as box blank unfolding, packing box grabbing and material grabbing, and can also be used in combination with assemblies used in other packing processes of main covers or side covers.


When the box sealing device 1 provided in the first embodiment of the application is applied as a part of a packing machine to the packing of materials, it is usually and necessarily mounted on the packing machine. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 3, 9 and 11, the box sealing device 1 further comprises: a frame 18 on which the box sealing device 1 is mounted, and a fifth driving member 19 mounted on the frame 18 to drive the box sealing device 1 to move along the frame.


A second embodiment of the application provides a packing machine, comprising the box sealing device 1 described above.


A third embodiment of the application also provides a computer-readable medium, which can be connected with the box sealing device 1 as described in the embodiments above, having stored a preset program that, when executed, cause to carry out the following steps: driving, by a first driving assembly 13, a pressing piece 11 to move, to allow the pressing piece 11 to press a main cover 1012 on a main plate 1014, and a bending piece 12 to move synchronously to one side of the main plate 1014 away from the main cover 1012, so as to cooperate with the main plate 1014 to bend the main cover 1012 to form an insertion tongue.


According to the computer-readable medium described in the present application, the preset program when executed, further cause to carry out the following steps: driving, by a third driving assembly 171, a pushing piece 17 to move to bend a main cover 1012 to a preset position, so as to preliminarily bend the main cover 1012; driving, by a first driving assembly 13, a pressing piece 11 and/or a bending piece 12 to move, to allow the pressing piece 11 to press the main cover 1012 and the bending piece 12 to move to one side of a main plate 1014 away from the main cover 1012, so as to cooperate with the main plate 1014 to bend the main cover 1012 into an insertion tongue; driving, by the first driving assembly 13, the pressing piece 11 and/or the bending piece 12 to move away from the main plate 1014 to a first preset distance, at this moment, the main cover 1012 moves away from the main plate 1014 under its own elasticity, wherein the first preset distance may be set according to a rebound distance of the main cover 1012; driving, by a second driving assembly 141, a grasping piece 14 to grasp the main plate 1014 and to move away from the main cover 1012 to a second preset distance, so as to enlarge a gap for inserting the insertion tongue, thus ensure the inserting of the insertion tongue, wherein the second preset distance is set as required to avoid damage to the packing box 101 caused by excessive movement as much as possible; driving, by the first driving assembly 13, the pressing piece 11 and/or the bending piece 12 to move close to the main plate 1014 to insert the insertion tongue; driving, by the first driving assembly 13, the pressing piece 11 and/or the bending piece 12 to return; driving, by the second driving assembly 141, the grasping piece 14 to return, and driving, by the third driving assembly 171, the pushing piece 17 to return, thereby completing all of the operations comprising tongue bending and tongue insertion, and thus being simple and reliable.


According to the box sealing device 1 of the present application, when in use, the first driving member 131 drives the pressing piece 11 to rotate, and the pressing piece 11 and the bending piece 12 cooperate with the main plate 1014 of the packing box to complete the bending of the insertion tongue; then, the first driving member 131 drives the pressing piece 11 to move reversely, to allow the pressing piece 11 and the bending piece 12 to move to preset positions; the fourth driving member 161 drives the second limiting piece 16 to push the insertion tongue to make the bending degree and position of the insertion tongue meet requirements; the third driving member 152 drives the first limiting piece 15 to move close to the main plate 1014 of the packing box with a portion of the main plate 1014 of the packing box being limited; the second driving member 1413 drives the grasping piece 14 to grasp the main plate 1014 of the packing box and drive the main plate 1014 of the packing box to move away from the packing box, so that the gap for inserting the insertion tongue is enlarged; and the first driving member 131 drives the pressing piece 11 to rotate to allow the pressing piece 11 and the bending piece 12 to insert the insertion tongue into the gap, thereby completing tongue bending and tongue insertion, followed by a step that various components return to their original positions.


The application also provides a computer-readable medium, which can be connected with the box sealing device as described in the embodiments above, having stored a preset program that, when executed, cause to carry out the following steps: driving, by a third driving part 152, a first limiting piece 15 to move so as to limit a displacement of a portion of a main plate 1014 of a packing box; and driving, by a second driving member 1413, a grasping piece 14 to grasp the main plate 1014 of the packing box and drive the main plate 1014 to move away from the packing box. With the arrangement of the grasping piece 14 and the second driving member 1413, when inserting the insertion tongue, the main plate of the packing box can be pulled to open to enlarge the gap for inserting the insertion tongue, and at the same time by limiting the displacement of the portion of the main plate 1014 of the packing box on one side of the grasping piece 14 by the first limiting piece 15, the whole packing box or large area of the main plate 1014 of the packing box can be prevented from moving, thereby avoiding inaccurate tongue insertion or damage to the packing box.


The preset program, when executed, cause to carry out the following steps: driving, by a third driving member 152, a first limiting piece 15 to move close to a main plate of a packing box and press the main plate of the packing box; driving, by a first driving member 131, a pressing piece 11 to rotate, and a bending piece 12 to cooperate with the main plate of the packing box to complete insertion tongue bending; driving, by the first driving member 131, the pressing piece 11 to rotate reversely to a first preset position, and driving, by a fourth driving member, a second limiting part 16 to move close to the main plate of the packing box, so as to push the insertion tongue to further be bent to make a bending degree and position of the insertion tongue reach a preset range; driving, by a second driving member 1413, a grasping piece 14 to grasp the main plate of the packing box and move away from the packing box; driving, by the first driving member 131, the pressing piece 11 to rotate, and the bending piece 12 to insert the insertion tongue into the packing box; driving, by the second driving member 1413, the grasping piece 14 to move close to the packing box to press the main plate of the packing box and prevent the insertion tongue from moving together with the pressing piece 11; driving, by the first driving member 131, the pressing piece 11 to return, driving, by the fourth driving member, the second limiting piece 16 to return, and driving, by the second driving member 1413, the grasping piece 14 to return.


A fourth embodiment of the application provides a method for bending an insertion tongue and inserting the insertion tongue, which comprises the following steps: driving, by a first driving assembly 13, a pressing piece 11 to move, to allow the pressing piece 11 to press a main cover 1012 on a main plate 1014, and a bending piece 12 to move synchronously to one side of the main plate 1014 away from the main cover 1012, so as to cooperate with the main plate 1014 to bend the main cover 1012 to form an insertion tongue.


Preferably, the method for bending the insertion tongue and inserting the insertion tongue comprises the following steps: driving, by a third driving assembly 171, a pushing piece 17 to move to bend a main cover 1012 to a preset position, so as to preliminarily bend the main cover 1012; driving, by a first driving assembly 13, a pressing piece 11 and/or a bending piece 12 to move, to allow the pressing piece 11 to press the main cover 1012 and the bending piece 12 to move to one side of a main plate 1014 away from the main cover 1012, so as to cooperate with the main plate 1014 to bend the main cover 1012 into an insertion tongue; driving, by the first driving assembly 13, the pressing piece 11 and/or the bending piece 12 to move away from the main plate 1014 to a first preset distance, at this moment, the main cover 1012 moves away from the main plate 1014 under its own elasticity, wherein the first preset distance may be set according to a rebound distance of the main cover 1012; driving, by a second driving assembly 141, a grasping piece 14 to grasp the main plate 1014 and to move away from the main cover 1012 to a second preset distance, so as to enlarge a gap for inserting the insertion tongue and ensure the inserting of the insertion tongue, wherein the second preset distance is set as required to avoid damage to the packing box 101 caused by excessive movement as much as possible; driving, by the first driving assembly 13, the pressing piece 11 and/or the bending piece 12 to move close to the main plate 1014 to insert the insertion tongue; driving, by the first driving assembly 13, the pressing piece 11 and/or the bending piece 12 to return; driving, by the second driving assembly 141, the grasping piece 14 to return, and driving, by the third driving assembly 171, the pushing piece 17 to return.


Preferably, the method for bending the insertion tongue and inserting the insertion tongue comprises the following steps: driving, by a third driving part 152, a first limiting piece 15 to move so as to limit a displacement of a portion of a main plate 1014 of a packing box; and driving, by a second driving member 1413, a grasping piece 14 to grasp the main plate 1014 of the packing box and drive the main plate 1014 to move away from the packing box. With the arrangement of the grasping piece 14 and the second driving member 1413, when inserting insertion tongue, the main plate of packing box can be pulled to open to enlarge a gap for inserting the insertion tongue, and at the same time by limiting the displacement of the portion of the main plate 1014 of the packing box on one side of the grasping piece 14 by the first limiting piece 15, the whole packing box or large area of the main plate 1014 of the packing box can be prevented from moving, thereby avoiding inaccurate tongue inserting or damage to the packing box.


Preferably, the method for bending the insertion tongue and inserting the insertion tongue comprises the following steps: driving, by a third driving member 152, a first limiting piece 15 to move close to a main plate of a packing box and press the main plate of the packing box; driving, by a first driving member 131, a pressing piece 11 to rotate, and a bending piece 12 to cooperate with the main plate of the packing box to complete insertion tongue bending; driving, by the first driving member 131, the pressing piece 11 to rotate reversely to a first preset position, and driving, by a fourth driving member, a second limiting part 16 to move close to the main plate of the packing box, so as to push the insertion tongue to further be bent to make a bending degree and position of the insertion tongue reach a preset range; driving, by a second driving member 1413, a grasping piece 14 to grasp the main plate of the packing box and move away from the packing box; driving, by the first driving member 131, the pressing piece 11 to rotate, and the bending piece 12 to insert the insertion tongue into the packing box; driving, by the second driving member 1413, the grasping piece 14 to move close to the packing box to press the main plate of the packing box and prevent the insertion tongue from moving together with the pressing piece 11; driving, by the first driving member 131, the pressing piece 11 to return, driving, by the fourth driving member, the second limiting piece 16 to return, and driving, by the second driving member 1413, the grasping piece 14 to return.

Claims
  • 1. A box sealing device for sealing a packing box which comprising a main plate and a main cover, comprising a pressing piece, a bending piece connected with the pressing piece and bent toward the main plate to a preset angle, and a first driving assembly connected with the pressing piece and/or the bending piece to drive the bending piece to move close to the main plate, the pressing piece is moving in cooperation with the bending piece; further comprising a grasping piece capable of grasping the main plate, and a second driving assembly capable of driving the grasping piece to drive the main plate away from and/or close to the main cover;a first limiting piece capable of limiting a displacement of the main plate and is disposed at one side of the grasping piece; anda third driving member connected with the first limiting piece to drive the first limiting piece to move.
  • 2. The box sealing device of claim 1, further comprising a second limiting piece disposed on one side of the grasping piece away from the first limiting piece, and a fourth driving member connected with the second limiting piece to drive the second limiting piece to move.
  • 3. The box sealing device of claim 2, wherein the second limiting piece comprises a second limiting piece body and two second protrusions protruding from the second limiting piece body, the two second protrusions are arranged in a spaced manner.
  • 4. The box sealing device of claim 1, wherein the first driving assembly comprises a first driving member and a first connecting piece disposed between the first driving member and the pressing piece.
  • 5. The box sealing device of claim 1, wherein the pressing piece comprises a pressing piece body and two first protrusions arranged on the pressing piece body in a spaced manner.
  • 6. The box sealing device of claim 1, wherein the second driving assembly comprises a second connecting piece and a protruding piece protruding from the second connecting piece, the grasping piece is disposed on the protruding piece.
  • 7. The box sealing device of claim 1, further comprising a pushing piece disposed on one side of the main cover away from the main plate, and a third driving assembly capable of driving the pushing piece to move to the main cover.
  • 8. A packing machine, comprising the box sealing device of claim 1.
  • 9. A packing machine, comprising the box sealing device of claim 2.
  • 10. A packing machine, comprising the box sealing device of claim 3.
  • 11. A packing machine, comprising the box sealing device of claim 4.
  • 12. A packing machine, comprising the box sealing device of claim 5.
  • 13. A packing machine, comprising the box sealing device of claim 6.

  • 15. A non-transient computer-readable medium, which can be connected with the box sealing device of claim 1, having stored a preset program that, when executed, cause to carry out the following steps: driving, by a first driving assembly, a pressing piece to move, to allow the pressing piece to press a main cover on a main plate, and a bending piece to move to one side of the main plate away from the main cover, so as to cooperate with the main plate to bend the main cover to form an insertion tongue.
  • 16. A computer-readable medium, which can be connected with the box sealing device of claim 1, having stored a preset program that, when executed, cause to carry out the following steps: driving, by a third driving part, a first limiting piece to move so as to limit a displacement of a portion of a main plate of a packing box; and driving, by a second driving member, a grasping piece to grasp the main plate of the packing box and drive the main plate to move away from the packing box.
