Abstract
The present application discloses a bra assembly including a pair of bra cups, a first clip, a second clip and a removable strap. The pair of bra cups includes a first bra cup and a second bra cup. The first clip is coupled to the first bra cup. The second clip is coupled to the second bra cup. The removable strap includes a third clip at a first end and a fourth clip at a second end, wherein the first clip is coupled to the second clip during strapless mode, wherein the first clip is coupled to the third clip and the second clip is coupled to the fourth clip during strap mode. Two method for using the aforementioned bra assembly are also disclosed.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present application generally relates to bras, and more particularly, to bra assembly and method for using the bra assembly.


BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A strapless bra is a good choice if a user would like to wear a dress for banquet or party etc. Generally, the strapless bra comprises a pair of bra cups and a connector connecting two bra cups. However, the connector may be exposed when wearing low-cut dress. In addition, common strapless bra does not have the functionality of lifting up the breast since there is no strap for supporting.


Therefore, a need remains for a bra assembly and a method for using thereof to provide the user an underwear which can be adjusted between strapless mode and strap mode, decreasing the exposure of the connector when wearing low-cut dress and increasing the functionalities of current strapless bras at the same time.


SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present application discloses a bra assembly and a method for using thereof to provide the user an underwear which can be adjusted between strapless mode and strap mode, decreasing the exposure of the connector when wearing low-cut dress and increasing the functionalities of current strapless bras at the same time.


The bra assembly comprises a pair of bra cups, a first clip, a second clip and a removable strap. The pair of bra cups comprises a first bra cup and a second bra cup. The first clip is coupled to the first bra cup. The second clip is coupled to the second bra cup. The removable strap comprises a third clip at a first end and a fourth clip at a second end, wherein the first clip is coupled to the second clip during strapless mode, wherein the first clip is coupled to the third clip and the second clip is coupled to the fourth clip during strap mode.


In various exemplary embodiments, the first clip comprises a groove and the second clip comprises an insertion, the first clip is coupled to the second clip via inserting the insertion of the second clip into the groove of the first clip during the strapless mode. The first clip further comprises a first clip body, a stopper and a blocker, the stopper and the blocker are coupled to the body. The second clip further comprises a second clip body and a connector connecting the insertion and the body. A top portion of the connector is concave. A bottom portion of the blocker is convex.


In various exemplary embodiments, the first clip and the fourth clip are the same.


In various exemplary embodiments, the second clip and the third clip are the same.


In various exemplary embodiments, the first clip comprises a hole. The first bra cup comprises a first bra and a first connecting piece coupled to the first bra, the first bra is coupled to the first clip via passing the first connecting piece through the hole.


In various exemplary embodiments, the second clip comprises a hole. The second bra cup comprises a second bra and a second connecting piece coupled to the second bra, the second bra is coupled to the second clip via passing the second connecting piece through the hole.


A method for using the aforementioned bra assembly is also disclosed. The method comprises coupling the first clip to the second clip for the strapless mode; uncoupling the first clip and the second clip to transfer to the strap mode; coupling the first clip to the third clip; and coupling the second clip to the fourth clip.


Another method for using the aforementioned bra assembly is also disclosed. The method comprises coupling the first clip to the third clip and coupling the second clip to the fourth clip for the strap mode; uncoupling the first clip and the third clip and uncoupling the second clip and the fourth clip to transfer to the strapless mode; and coupling the first clip and the second clip.


Based on the above, the present application allows users to adjust the bra assembly between the strapless mode and the strap mode by coupling the first clip to the second clip or third clip and coupling the second clip to the first clip or the fourth clip. As such, the connector may not be exposed when wearing low-cut dress during strap mode. Moreover, the breast may also be lifted up by the support of the strap.


Furthermore, since the top portion and the bottom portion of the connector of the second clip are concave and the bottom portion of the blocker and the top portion of the stopper are convex, the first clip and the second clip can be coupled more stably.


In addition, since the first clip and the fourth clip are the same and the second clip and the third clip are the same, the manufacturing cost may also be reduced.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF DISCLOSED EMBODIMENTS

Reference will now be made in detail to the present representative embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Wherever possible, the same reference numbers are used in the drawings and the description to refer to the same or like parts.



FIGS. 1-2 are views showing a first clip 100 of a bra assembly 10 (referring to FIGS. 5 and 7).


Referring to FIGS. 1-2, the first clip 100 comprises a first clip body 110, a stopper 120, a blocker 130, a hole 140, a groove portion 150 and a groove 160.


The first clip body 110 is coupled with the stopper 120, the blocker 130 and the groove portion 150. The stopper is 120 comprises a recess 122. The blocker 130 comprises a convex bottom portion 132. The hole 140 is located at the first clip body 110. The combination of the groove portion 150, the stopper 120 and the blocker 130 forms the groove 160. Specifically, the groove 160 is connected with the recess 122 to accommodate the insertion 230 (referring to FIG. 3). In the present application, the first clip body 110, the stopper 120, the blocker 130 and the groove portion 150 are molded integrally. However, the present application is not limited thereto, the first clip 100 can be molded by multiple separate components.



FIG. 3 is a view showing a second clip 200 of the bra assembly 10 (referring to FIGS. 5 and 7).


The second clip 200 comprises a second clip body 210, a connector 220, an insertion 230 and a hole 240.


The connector 220 is coupled to the second clip body 210. The connector 220 comprises atop portion 222 and a bottom portion 224. Both of the top portion 222 and the bottom portion 224 of the connector 220 are concave. The insertion 230 is coupled to the connector 220. The hole 240 is located at the second clip body 210. In the present application, the second clip body 210, the connector 220 and the insertion 230 are molded integrally. However, the present application is not limited thereto, the second clip 200 can be molded by multiple separate components.



FIGS. 4A-4C are views showing the mechanism of coupling the first clip 100 and the second clip 200.


As shown in FIG. 4A, the first clip 100 is coupled to the second clip 200 via inserting the insertion 230 of the second clip 200 into the groove 160 of the first clip 100. Since the connector 220 is blocked by the blocker 130 (referring to FIG. 4A), the angle of the intersection between the first clip 100 and the second clip 200 is less than 180 when inserting the insertion 230 into the groove 160. More specifically, the angle of the intersection between the first clip 100 and the second clip 200 is 90° when inserting the insertion 230 into the groove 160.


As shown in FIG. 4B, the insertion 230 of the second clip 200 passes through the groove 160 until one end of the insertion 230 reaches the recess 122 (referring to FIG. 1) of the stopper 120.


As shown in FIG. 4C, the shape of the blocker 130 and the shape of the connector 220 are matched when rotating the first clip 100 and/or the second clip 200 until they are parallel. Specifically, the first clip 100 and the second clip 200 are coupled stably since the top portion 222 of the connector 220 is concave and the bottom portion 132 of the blocker 130 is convex.



FIG. 5 is a view showing the bra assembly 10 during a strapless mode.


The bra assembly 10 comprises the first clip 100, the second clip 200, a first bra cup 300 and a second bra cup 400.


The first bra cup 300 comprises a first bra 310 and a first connecting piece 320 coupled to the first bra 310. The first bra 310 is coupled to the first clip 100 via passing the first connecting piece 320 through the hole 140. The second bra cup 400 comprises a second bra 410 and a second connecting piece 420 coupled to the second bra 410. The second bra 410 is coupled to the second clip 200 via passing the second connecting piece 420 through the hole 240.


It should be noted that the structure of coupling the first bra 310 with the first clip 100 and coupling the second bra 410 with the second clip 200 may be modified as long as the first clip 100 can be coupled to the first bra 310 and the second clip 200 can be coupled to the second bra 410. For example, the first clip 100 may be coupled to the first bra 310 and the second clip 200 may be coupled to the second bra 410 via adhesive. The first connecting piece 320 and the second connecting piece 420 are optional in the bra assembly 10 of the present application.


In addition, the size of the hole 140, the hole 240, the first connecting piece 320 and the second connecting piece 420 may be modified as well.


As shown in FIG. 5, the first clip 100 is coupled to the second clip 200 during strapless mode.



FIG. 6 is a view showing a removable strap 500. FIG. 7 is a view showing the bra assembly 10 during a strap mode.


Referring to FIG. 6, the removable strap 500 comprises a strap 510, a third clip 520 and a fourth clip 530. The strap 510 comprises a buckle 512, a first end 514 and a second end 516. The user can adjust the length by the buckle 512. The third clip 520 is coupled to the first end 512. The fourth clip 530 is coupled to the second end 514. In the present application, the third clip 520 and the second clip (referring to FIG. 3) are the same; and the fourth clip 530 and the first clip (referring to FIG. 1) are the same.


As such, referring to FIG. 7, the first clip 100 is coupled to the third clip 520 and the second clip 200 is coupled to the fourth clip 530 during strap mode. In detail, if the user would like to wear a strapless bra, the user can do so simply by coupling the first clip 100 to the second clip 200 as shown in FIG. 5. However, if the user would like to wear a strap bra, the user can uncouple the first clip 100 and the second clip 200 to transfer to the strap mode. After that, coupling the first clip 100 to the third clip 520 and coupling the second clip 200 to the fourth clip 530 as shown in FIG. 7.


Conversely, if the user would like to wear the strap bra first and change to the strapless bra, the user can couple the first clip 100 to the third clip 520 and couple the second clip 200 to the fourth clip 530 for the strap mode as shown in FIG. 7. After that, uncoupling the first clip 100 and the third clip 520 and uncoupling the second clip 200 and the fourth clip 530 to transfer to the strapless mode. Finally, the bra assembly 10 may be transferred to the strapless mode simply by coupling the first clip 100 and the second clip 200 as shown in FIG. 5.


Based on the above, the present application allows users to adjust the bra assembly between the strapless mode and the strap mode by coupling the first clip to the second clip or third clip and coupling the second clip to the first clip or the fourth clip. As such, the connector may not be exposed when wearing low-cut dress during strap mode. Moreover, the breast may also be lifted up by the support of the strap.


Furthermore, since the top portion and the bottom portion of the connector of the second clip are concave and the bottom portion of the blocker and the top portion of the stopper are convex, the first clip and the second clip can be coupled more stably.


In addition, since the first clip and the fourth clip are the same and the second clip and the third clip are the same, the manufacturing cost may also be reduced.


It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the structure of the present application without departing from the scope or spirit of the present application. In view of the foregoing, it is intended that the present application cover modifications and variations of this application provided they fall within the scope of the following claims and their equivalents.

Claims
  • 1. A bra assembly, comprising: a pair of bra cups comprising a first bra cup and a second bra cup;a first clip coupled to the first bra cup;a second clip coupled to the second bra cup;a removable strap comprising a third clip at a first end and a fourth clip at a second end, wherein the first clip is coupled to the second clip during strapless mode, wherein the first clip is coupled to the third clip and the second clip is coupled to the fourth clip during strap mode.
  • 2. The bra assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first clip comprises a groove and the second clip comprises an insertion, the first clip is coupled to the second clip via inserting the insertion of the second clip into the groove of the first clip during the strapless mode.
  • 3. The bra assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first clip further comprises a first clip body, a stopper and a blocker, the stopper and the blocker are coupled to the body.
  • 4. The bra assembly as claimed in claim 3, wherein the second clip further comprises a second clip body and a connector connecting the insertion and the body.
  • 5. The bra assembly as claimed in claim 4, wherein a top portion of the connector is concave.
  • 6. The bra assembly as claimed in claim 5, wherein a bottom portion of the blocker is convex.
  • 7. The bra assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first clip and the fourth clip are the same.
  • 8. The bra assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second clip and the third clip are the same.
  • 9. The bra assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first clip comprises a hole.
  • 10. The bra assembly as claimed in claim 9, wherein the first bra cup comprises a first bra and a first connecting piece coupled to the first bra, the first bra is coupled to the first clip via passing the first connecting piece through the hole.
  • 11. The bra assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second clip comprises a hole.
  • 12. The bra assembly as claimed in claim 11, wherein the second bra cup comprises a second bra and a second connecting piece coupled to the second bra, the second bra is coupled to the second clip via passing the second connecting piece through the hole.
  • 13. A method for using a bra assembly of claim 1, comprising: coupling the first clip to the second clip for the strapless mode;uncoupling the first clip and the second clip to transfer to the strap mode;coupling the first clip to the third clip; andcoupling the second clip to the fourth clip.
  • 14. A method for using a bra assembly of claim 1, comprising: coupling the first clip to the third clip and coupling the second clip to the fourth clip for the strap mode;uncoupling the first clip and the third clip and uncoupling the second clip and the fourth clip to transfer to the strapless mode; andcoupling the first clip and the second clip.
